Mickey was not only friendly but incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in making sure my experience was perfect. They took the time to ask about my preferences, making recommendations that were spot on, which really showed their knowledge and passion for what they do. What stood out the most was how Mickey went above and beyond to personalize my order. They crafted my drink with such care and attention to detail, it felt like a work of art. Every sip was exactly how I hoped it would be - rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Went in the drive thru for a drink & a feta wrap with a siracha. They messed up my drink, & the wrap was destroyed, along with no siracha. I used to work at Starbucks & it's really not hard to follow instructions & get items out correctly. Do better. read more
