They make good coffee but are seriously understaffed and getting a coffee can take 20+ minutes even on a not so busy day! I've been late to work twice because of this, 20 minute wait with only 3 cars in line. read more

Sunday morning walked in and was attended right away by a super hot barista very nice and sweet. Hope to see her again.

I went to the drive thru today and ordered a venti hazelnut iced coffee with 2 percent milk, the lady responds asking if I want any creamer, to which I reply "no, can I have 2 percent milk instead". She asks " so without creamer?" And I tell her " no 2 percent milk instead. I roll up to the window and there I see Karizma, the Starbucks employee, and she hands me a dark coffee without any milk. I ask her if she can add some 2 percent milk and she snaps at me, " I asked if you wanted creamer and you said no" and before I could reply she slams the window and and proceeds to add milk in the coffee. To be clear, Creamer is not the same thing as milk. Karizma returns and hands the coffee back and doesn't even look in my direction saying have a good day with major attitude. Why is she getting mad over her mistake?? Needs to work on her customer service skills ASAP. Hands down worst employee at Starbucks, and that says a lot since I get coffee from them everyday and from many different locations. read more

Drive through is always packed. Slowest Starbucks I've been to. I went through the drive through at midnight and the gentleman working the window was very rude. In a rush to take my order and give me my drinks. Not only that, I didn't even get a receipt for my order and I was missing a drink. Need to train their staff on customer service skills. read more

I absolutely love Starbucks, I would say too much. This is by far the most disappointing location I've ever been, and on multiple visits. I am always disappointed in the way my drink tastes. The servers and baristas are always very nice and professional, It's just always been a problem with the drink I order. I've even wondered if they use different syrups than every other locations. And in case you wonder, my favorite drink to order is a raspberry white chocolate mocha with extra espresso. It usually is a deep pink color with a sweet flavor. I don't know how they make it so different at this location as I am not a barista. So I just try to steer clear of this one as there are so many locations to choose from. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I went there in the evening and they had plenty of staff, but they seemed too busy talking to each other and complaining about the only person working, to pay attention to customers. They wanted to cut her early so someone could take an extra 15 minute lunch. That doesn't make sense. I'm sure that poor girl could hear them talking about her because I could hear them in the lobby. The woman next to me said, "I can't believe them." Then walked out. If I wasn't already meeting someone there, I would have too. Never again to that Starbucks! read more

Dirty in its fullest sense. Behind the counter is filthy, the bathroom reeks of urine, and I'm sitting in my car parked in front of the store thinking I would go in and order because the drive thru line is way too long. I don't understand how slow the line moves when there's usually 5-7 baristas working and customers to take care of in the store. Now I'm looking at this male barista standing up on something dancing and pretending to be stripping his shirt off? WTH? Then another lady barista jumps up on whatever they're standing on and is just on her phone while I see a younger barista girl hustling her butt off taking care of the drive thru drinks. Terrible service, dirty location, and to think I wanted to work here. No thanks, I can just go back to high school if I wanted to be around young and unprofessional kids. Waited at the counter to order for about 15mins , not including the time we waited in line.. we were never approached or acknowledged, so we left. There were 7 people working at that time. read more

Worst experience I've had in a Starbucks. They could not hear my order and kept saying random add-ons. I was in the drive thru for 28 minutes with 106 degree heat! When I approach the window, the barista did not even apologize!! Management needs to better this situation. Thank goodness I don't live around this area. Worst freakin service ever . Paid for extra caramel didn't get any . Stupid girl was in a rush & didn't let me finish my order

They're always busy at this location I've been here a few times. And every time I use the bathroom I've regretted my decision. The mirror is so dirty I couldn't clearly see myself through it. It looks like the sink hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The floor had black foot prints and the trash was completely full and overflowing at 11am. If that's how the bathroom looks I wonder how clean everything else it. read more

First they did not have our snacks. Second we ordered 2 venti soy London fogs which is near 6 dollars a drink, we were treating ourselves. Drove away, took a sip incorrect instantly! Missing the vanilla, a KEY ingredient, not happy. So, I called the store but no one picked up, so I had to Yelp at you guys for having crappy service cause your service is so poor you can't even pick up the phone to hear it. This is the slowest Starbucks in town. Unless you have a book to read or a sweater to knit - skip it.
