Today's service was really great, especially at this location cause it's always busy when I drive by. I was able to get two food items and they came out great. My drink was also really yummy. The barista at the window named Desiree was so nice and she even asked about my day asked if I had any plans for the weekend and it was just a cute conversation to have. I've worked customer service before and it's always nice to be social with people who are in the service industry. So please keep up the good work! Easily the worst Starbucks in town, which makes some sense given that it's in the worst neighborhood in town (I can say that, I'm from here!) Without any notice online or on Google Maps, it turns out you actually can't even walk in here. I guess it's only for Drive Through, mobile preorders, and delivery services? The Drive through line is impossibly long, and you literally cannot just drop in and order a coffee like the normal location it presents itself as. Terrible customer service. Lady put in the wrong order I didn't know what it was and told her what I had ordered. Then expected me to pay the difference for her mistake. Why this drive in or pick up only location is still open i don't know. They ALWAYS get at least 1 drink of your order wrong!!!! If you order a cream based frappacino you get coffee based, if you order white mocha you get regular mocha. The pink drinks are never right... not creamy but the coconut milk is separated so it looks like theres which junk floating in your drink. Very unappetizing. The drive through wait is always too long, and when you get your drink thats made incorrectly you either get rude comments, or you have to wait in the long line all over to get what they should have made in the first place. The supervisor Bri is lazy. They didn't remove drinks that they didn't have from the app, causing an order to be submitted that wasn't even available at their store. When I arrived they told me they didn't have it and refused to refund my money. They said I would have to call customer service to get refunded... instead of handling it themselves they pushed me out to a call center. So here I am waiting over 10mins for a call center rep to be reimbursed for a $6 drink? So we took our dogs back inside and found out what was going on which was an active shooter so we were motioned to go back into our apt until the all clear. Which we did. A typical Starbucks. Went here on a Saturday morning around 9am... Hung around for about an hour, there was a constant line. This location is definitely a busy one, but the wait isn't terrible and they keep people moving. We were a group of 7, each with a drink and some sort of pastry/sandwich. I appreciate the barista at the register, who was friendly, helpful, and patient with us and our long order. 30 mins later when I went back in line to order something else, he still remembered my name, nice! So our drinks were Starbucks standards, I ordered an iced unsweetened green tea and a bacon/egg sandwich. The sandwich was heated nicely, the cheese melted... It had bacon but still tasted light, and not too heavy. My kid enjoyed a toasted bagel with cream cheese. A little messy though, probably because of the heavy traffic...
