This location is a joke. I'm an uber driver and every single website just says that this location is 24 hours. I tried finding specific lobby hours, but every site says the same thing, 'store is 24 hrs.' So I arrive to get my customer's order and I see that there's a line that, and I'm not exaggerating here, is approx. 25 cars long. So I park and go into the lobby thinking it's open according to my research, and the guy inside tells me the lobby is closed. So I tell him I'm simply there to grab an uber order (which should Am already be made and ready to go) hoping that he'll just hand it to me and let me leave. But no, he makes me get in the huge, ridiculous line. So now my customer is going to be waiting at least 40 min just to get some drinks from Starbucks. And the guy's attitude was completely petty and unprofessional. This place needs to be more specific with their lobby hours, and hire people who don't treat their guests like garbage. It was a quiet Monday morning (yesterday) when I felt like getting a nice white mocha. So I ordered got my drink but the lid didn't seem right. It felt like it was made from a cheap plastic or a paper type. Went on my way driving on the 10 when I finally picked this up and low and behold the knucklehead who put the lid on didn't even check to see if it was secure to the cup. You got it spilled down my front into my lap. I was floored.. had to turn around and return home for a shower which in turn made me late. These morons are on a assembly line pushing orders out as fast as possible not even checking to see if the covers or the cups are good. What the hell is this? These chunks floating in my White Chocolate Mocha. Is this normal? Alright, so I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted to drink. I knew I wanted cold but not really coffee, however that's always a backup. I was craving the Jade Mint flavor but wanted it cold. Krystal was my barista and offered a green tea with peppermint syrup, it was good but not what I was wanting. She then offered to hot brew the Jade Mint tea and then ice it. I had order a drink and a snack for Postmates, I counted 26 cars in the drive-thru line, in the Postmates app it says the wait time was 25 minutes even. That's not bad, that's less than a minute on just about ever car in that line.
