At this very moment that I'm writing this, I'm waiting in line to get my coffee and let me tell you whoever took my order had (i think her name is Armani using register #3) a very poor customer service. If you give me bad service I won't come back. To me good customer service is #1 key to keep your customer's to come back. Will I come back maybe no. I know it's early morning but hey once you walk into your place of job and that has to deal with customers you gotta smile and make them feel welcome. I'm rating this Starbucks 1 star due to bad customer service and messing up our drinks. I waited AN HOUR in the drive thru, I wasn't too bothered until I tasted my drinks and they were completely bad. & after I went back in there the second time they tasted the same. They tasted like hot water with old coffee grounds. This is the first time that this ever happens at this Starbucks and I usually come here all the time and I'm always satisfied, but this was unacceptable. read more

We stopped here for some coffee before heading back on the freeway for the long road home. When I walked in the staff behind the counter were busy making drinks. I went to the register and the girl there just looked at me and then walked away, rude. Stood there for a few minutes and then finally another employees came to the register to help. I ordered a venti iced coffee, a tall green tea frappachino and a venti water. I received my drinks fairly quickly, the frappachino didn't taste like anything. I let the barista know and she gladly made a different drink for me at no charge. read more

I am typically not one to complain, but when I wait ten minutes for tea, after I was the only one in line, annnndddd I see all the chit chatty girls, chit chatting, I'm going to complain. It wasn't prime time when I came here, but the service was on point, and the employees were friendly. Frankly, I was just happy to finally find a Starbucks on my way home to San Diego. It seems like on I-10, leaving Phoenix, Starbucks are few and far between so if you see one and miss it, turn around! Otherwise, you'll be stuck driving through hours of nothingness until you get to Gila Bend (but Gila Bend doesn't even have a Starbucks)! I buy starbucks everyday , and this is by far the worst location I have ever been too. Every single time I am here I leave unhappy and have to get my drink redone and it comes out just as gross as the first. The staff are very rude. For example, yesterday I went into the store and waited in a very long line & ordered four drinks, I payed and waited for my drinks. After 10-15 mns I waited and had 3 drinks, I asked a lady if my 4th one was coming and she said I had only ordered 3. She rudely said "Well no worries, you can get back in line and she will ring it up for you." So I had no other option but to get back in a long line and the girl who took my order said " I had thought you ordered 4 but I wasn't sure." I was very upset because she didn't bother to ask if I had said 3 or 4 !! I let it go and went back to wait and this girl that was also waiting for another drink said "Yeah they messed up my order too, I been waiting for a long time." Like I said I always leave upset. I need to stop coming to this location but it is 24/7 and sometimes past 10pm I need coffee! read more

I have complained to the manager, emailed the corp office but seems everyone is fine with this because it never changes. I don't know what it is about this location but it seems to mostly hire people who are equal parts rude and incompetent. The drive thru takes longer than most even when they are not busy. Drinks are placed on the counter with out calling a name and when asked I get a half answer by someone walking away. Something with my order is almost always screwed up. They forget to give me something, ring up the order wrong so I get over charged, etc. I was once told they were out of a seasonal item, in the middle of the holidays, and that they would not be getting it back until next season. Every other store was still serving this drink. -I went in a few weeks later and ordered said drink. I love Starbucks in general but I happened to stop by this location on my way out of town. I always get a classic oatmeal every morning and this store decided to throw a bonus to it SOAP! Yes I I opened it and it appeared to have colorful bubbles over the oatmeal. Although it appeared to be soap bubbles I didn't want to believe that could happen so I tasted it and sure enough it was like I licked a bar of soap! I called about 5 times trying to talk to a manager and nobody answered! I had to call customer service and they did gave me great service. Never going to this location again! read more
