I enjoyed it, although it tasted almost like a healthy drink because of the bee pollen! I typically enjoy their gluten free pumpkin muffin, which is delicious! This location of avid doesn't have as many food options as their Santa Rosa location, but it's all still very good. They have some fun merchandise here, and my wife bought one of their t-shirts the other day.

I went to this location this morning, there were 4 people in line, only one cashier open while one employee was cleaning the windows. Since when is clean smudges more important than customers? It's getting so when ever I go to SB for a cup of coffee, I'm waiting in line for 8-10 minutes. This is a top level issue, Howard Schultz made $21.5 million last year (that's an hourly wage of $9,637) and he can't get this right? Also, SB's needs to decide wether or not they want to sell coffee or food? Shultz recently jettisoned La Boulange bakery. I get it, he needed to write off couple hundred million of profit. Which the us tax payers will absorb. But, I think trying to be a bakery, instead of just concentrating on good coffee n' service is a mistake, and it's the customers who are inconvenienced. Schultz should concentrate on retail sales operations; and less on Wall Street. read more

This store is one of my regular stops every morning on my way into work, the staff is always super friendly and kind and service is superb. I love the ambiance in this store in the mornings, I've been by in the afternoons as well and it's still great just usually busier later in the day. One barista here in particular is always such a pleasure and they make my drink perfect every single time, the consistency and dedication to their job is admirable, and I sincerely appreciate them. I've been coming here for a bit now and I love Starbucks. Good location in a great shopping center. The only thing was the young woman who was helping me was a little rude and looked confused. I don't know if it was because she was young, but she needed an attitude adjustment. Other than that, it's an ok spot. read more

There were quite a few customers, but the line moved smoothly and didn't get backed up at the register. I ordered the strawberry smoothie (a strawberry-banana protein drink) and the cheese sausage sliders. The smoothie was good, but I wish it had more strawberry and banana flavor. it tasted a bit too milky for my preference. The sandwich, however, was really good. I actually enjoyed that a lot. Overall, this visit was a much better experience than my last one.
