How is it possible that 5 people are behind the counter chatting and only 1 person is working the coffee bar. Bar person also loads inventory while customers are standing around for their bar orders. Service is super slow. Many people waiting for their orders. Placed mobile order that should have been ready at 9:27, received it at 9:40. This store needs better management, better trained servers, lessons in customer service and better organization. read more

We ordered two medium Americanos and one chai tea. We received one hot chocolate and two medium Americanos that were undrinkable. They were extremely strong and neither one of us could drink them. We ask for medium cream and we barely got any cream and they were extremely strong, maybe an extra spot of espresso? I'm not sure but I've never had such bad service at a Starbucks before. read more

What a lovely experience. I just got some bad news and my mood was 1/10 at 6.10am. By 630 my drink still had not arrived and I realized I'd ordered at the wrong Starbucks. I mentioned this by way of explanation why I'm leaving as my train was imminent. and a really kind batista made me another for free. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name but what a sweet person. Meh. Feels like I'm at the airport with all its travel stresses instead of mellowly awaiting a tire rotation. I usually avoid this place at all costs because. . . Even the cream cheese "spread" is that impersonal and cold. No real comfort here. The staff is friendly and efficient and their is finally an alternative to the hormone disrupter soy milk and watery almond milk! Yay coconut milk! The bagel is so 3/10. I come into this Starbucks almost every week and all of the younger girls are the most sweetest people there! But there is this older lady that is always rude and has the worst attitude. I ask an iced water and she doesn't say anything and gives it to me with no lid and says "if you want a lid go get it over there" she seemed annoyed that I asked. I went to this location to use my points to get a back of coffee. I went in and using the app selected redeem points. I checked out and looking at the receipt to find they charged my card not my points. I asked about it and was told that I had to tell them I was using points, that is fine I didn't know. My problem is that when I asked to have it corrected, I was told I could only get store credit. I said if that is the only way then that would be fine. It turns out that they didn't have any store credit cards. In the end I was stuck with paying for a bag of coffee that I wanted to use points to get and left annoyed they didn't seem to have there stuff together. I was only getting the bag for a house guest to use while they were visit UPDATE: I was able to go back in a day later and talk with a manager. She was very understanding and was able to refund me and credit my points. She told me that it was likely the person didn't know how to do it and said she would make sure everyone did with the upcoming holidays. In all I was happy with the outcome. The drinks were good, it was our first time trying Starbucks drinks in a while. The decor in the store was great, and the place was clean. However, when we went to order, we had to wait almost 20 minutes for two medium sized drinks. The barista skipped us to serve their friends first, which was terrible customer service since we ordered before their friend. Not a great location in terms of getting into the place easily but fairly convenient. If you plan to come in the mornings I would do a mobile order as it gets pretty busy. I usually spend between 10-15 minutes waiting on 1 drink so I would plan accordingly. My most recent visit was a frown turned upside down I would say. I got my drink after shockingly waiting for less than 5 minutes. But when I went to put a straw in somehow my cup got a hole at the bottom. Coffee was everywhere. However, the staff was very accommodating and gave me another drink for free! I will say staff will always make sure your drink it made right and will adjust to your liking. Driving through after leaving SF & had not yet had coffee. Stopped into Starbucks in Petaluma because they're consistent & I know what I'm getting. The girl who took our order was nice & sweet & personable. However, the woman making the coffee had attitude. She was obviously not having a good day or is just naturally unpleasant, but she was intentionally rude. First she ignored me when I asked for a straw & they forgot the cream in my husbands coffee & I had to ask for it to be added, which was obviously a huge inconvenience for her...then when I realized they had made the wrong drink & I asked that it be made over, she at first argued with me & then when the other girl who had taken the original order, confirmed that the wrong drink had been made, she begrudgingly made me the correct drink. Nothing about the visit was pleasant & I spent $50 there. No sorry, no thank you. No nothing. Rude service. read more

Worst Starbucks I've been in my life. Don't ever come here if you are anything other than white. My family and i were discriminated we were polite but the employees just looked at us from top to bottom not asking if we're ready to order once we did we waited for our drinks to be called or my name and no one did. Every one else got their name called except us we were giving no straws for our drinks when every one else behind us did. I went to this location yesterday and it was pretty busy in the early evening. We got our drinks and went to find a table. There were 5 empty tables and every single one of them was COVERED in trash and crumbs. We wiped down a table and sat for about an hour waiting for my other niece to be done at softball and what really blew my mind is that one of the girls working there walked around and swept the floors, swept the bathroom (with the same broom yuck) then mopped the floors and the bathroom (with the same mop yuck) then walked out of the bathroom looked at all the filthy tables and just walked right on past them! We left about 15min later and all the tables were in the same condition, the store was now EMPTY, and there were two girls behind the counter so why was no one cleaning? read more

It took 12 minutes from placing the order to actually getting it. The number of staff equaled the number of total customers: 3; only one customer ahead of me. No one ordered a large order. I love Starbucks. However, this location will forever be tainted in my mind. The magnetic strip on my credit card was giving the cashier some trouble. Then, Christian's attitude started. I assured him the card was valid, as I had just filled my gas tank. When I advised trying the paper trick, again I received a heap of attitude.
