This starbucks SUCKS! The slowest moving line in west pasco to be greeted at the window by rude little snobs. I have given them chance after chance and now I'm done. I'm done wasting my money for a disgusting cup of coffee. They can't even make a drink right. don't go to this starbucks! i wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and when i get to the screen the barsita tells me they closed at 4. I look at my phone and it's 4:02....seriously? i get up to the window and try to ask her if I can get a drink and she rolls her eyes says no and closes the window. I also want to add that the person in front of me had 5 drinks. so unbelievably rude, ruined my day. i've been a cashier before and stayed way after closing for a costumer I think she could have stayed a couple minutes. i hope karma catches up to her :) there's no reason to be that rude to a customer. i waited 30 minutes in total just to get treated badly. read more

Quite possibly the worst cup of Starbucks coffee I've ever paid for came from this place on 4/9/15. I am not from here, but was here on business. In my hometown on the west side, I visit Starbucks every morning. I get the dark roast drip. This is what I got here twice on my trip east. 4/8 my visit was decent except the first person in line ordered like 4 drinks and scanned them all individually. This is a clear violation of the policy. I realized later, when it was my turn, that the cashier was new and probably didn't know. When I asked for a grande in a venti cup she had to ask another worker how to do that. ANYHOO, I digress. The coffee on my first visit was fine. On the second visit, my cup to enjoy as I left this good forsaken town, was the worst coffee ever. I think my hotel coffee tasted better. It was so weak and had a weird "old" taste to it. Is it the water? Is it the grounds? Is it the brewing process! Whatever it was I couldn't even drink it, it was that bad. I have already notified corporate about my experience, so hopefully the product will improve to Howard's standard. read more

I've never had exceptional service here and I've been here a few times. Here's a tip to the staff and management: greet customers when they arrive especially when you are looking at them. Say hello. Say thank you once you give change. And for goodness sake, smile and pick up the pace. Have some coffee if you need the energy. Hope to see these changes on my next visit. read more

The morning crew is nice and usually on top of their game. However, things go downhill very quickly once the noonish people clock in. Early afternoon is a very slow time for them so being the only customer in drive thru or inside you would think you would great great service and attention, right? WRONG! Several times I have been in during this time and you really get treated as an inconvenience(drive thru and inside). They will see you, look at you while they finish their conversation (this last time it was about fingerprints), and then ask you what you want while they half listen to you so they can quickly return to their conversation. I've had them ask me a few times to repeat my order because they weren't listening or just flat out get my order wrong. I've also had them tell me information that I know is flat out wrong because they either don't know the answer and don't want to look dumb, don't want to bother finding out the answer, or most likely weren't listening and answered the question they assumed I was asking not the one I actually asked. This Starbucks is frustrating. They have messed up my order probably the most out of the all the local Starbucks, but that's not saying much because I feel that all the local Starbucks are kind of subpar to the Starbucks standard I've seen elsewhere. Bathroom was dirty, and the Chi Tea was watered down. On the plus side the staff was friendly. I mostly likely will not be going back.

Look, I still go to this place because it is near me, but man do they screw up orders. I swear I make it clear and they always seem to mess something up by the time I get the order. It's not like my orders are complex. Just a tip for any potential customer, make sure your order is clearly stated and that you receive the correct item before you walk out. I do not live in Pasco therefore I do not visit this location frequently like some or know of better coffee places but this is Washington and this is Starbucks so hey! My aunt makes a pot of coffee every single morning literally an entire pot and she drinks it! AND THEN goes to starbucks lol so I was in town and decided to make the trip to Starbucks. Upon arrival the outside of this Starbucks is very cute! the way it is designed, nothing like that on this side of the mountains (Seattle) I ordered our drinks hers was a Vente ice vanilla latte and mine was an iced macchiato with coconut milk! it was made quick and came out just fine. I would recommend for people just in town for a few days. read more

This is one of the nicer Starbucks in town. Unlike the one off canal in Kennewick, it doesn't feel like you are being ignored because you weren't too lazy to come into the store. They actually prioritize the in-store customers! Today, they didn't have the sandwich I wanted, so they gave me a different one and a gift card for a free one. Expectations exceeded in a nice, nonchalant way. Oh, and it actually feels like a coffee house in there--a neighborhood gathering place. Well done. read more

Walk in is horrible, 25 mins for a coffee!! I get it they are busy but damn.. some of the staff are a bit nasty looking... I'm pretty sure showers are available at most residences.. no? The girls are nice and actually pay attention when you're ordering but some of the guys are lacking in the listening Dept. I've had more mess ups in the last month then correct drinks.. not that I'm ordering a crazy complicated drink. White chocolate breve is pretty standard.. the manager was in the lobby asking questions and she asked me if my experience was up to par... I looked at her and laughed.. let her (Gabby) know I wouldn't be back.. get your staff cleaned up and TRAINED half of them are apparent must hire due to their obvious lack of self pride. read more

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years. I love their coffee and since I've lived all over Tri Cities, I've been to most of the locations numerous times. We moved to rd 68 last year and this Sbux location is central to my commute so I go here almost every day. Today however was my last straw and I'm going to stick to Roasters from now on. The customer service at this place is horrible. This past winter there were a couple great baristas that I loved, but apparently they're gone and their replacements were not trained very well. Today I waited for 13 minutes behind one single car at the window. Yes, that was frustrating but I get that sometimes things do happen. However, when I finally pulled up to the window, the girl hands me my drink and says "$3.95"... nothing else. No explanation, no apology whatsoever for the wait, not even a customer service smile or hello or anything. Now, I am non confrontational... but that is ridiculous, so I looked at her and said "You're seriously going to charge me and the guy behind me even though we've been waiting almost 15 minutes?"... and she said "Oh, uh, I didn't look at the time." AND NOTHING ELSE. No apology or explanation or anything. Any other location has this situation happen and they immediately apologize and offer something free. They often conversate with you for a little bit and wish you a good day. I know this for a fact, its happened plenty of times and I leave feeling valued as a customer. Not the 68 location. There they just hand you coffee, take your money, and turn back around. I am tired of spending my money at a location where the baristas clearly do not care about the customer. Recently I've sat and waited for my drink at the window and listened to them talk badly about customers to each other while they make my coffee. The store owner and managers need to do something, maybe take a class from the location on Gage in Richland or something, because your location is not accurately representing Starbucks. read more

I'm pretty much writing this review for the customer service I have received at this location. As for the coffee, well, it's Starbucks coffee. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's meh. Depends on the baristas. I certainly understand that with such a large co. the barista who is making my drink could be new and just learning so if you're looking for awesome coffee this may not be it. That said, I usually go through the drive thru here right before I go to work for the convenience. I have never had anything but kind and friendly customer service. One time I was almost late for work because I was in the drive thru for about 30 mins. The poor girl up front apologised profusely and explained that she was new. She than promptly told me my coffee was on the house. I can totally understand and apologising always helps. One day I was also given free drinks along with the ones that I ordered. I do feel that it is hard to find perfect customer service these days but I can only give my own honest experience about this location. Working in a service industry helps you to have patience and understanding, maybe some kindness towards those who may have had a rough day could be a thought. Maybe they have new management since I've only been coming to this Starbucks for 2 yrs but the customer service here has definitely been better for me than any of the other locations. Sigh...I guess I remember being in my teens and waiting on tables and felt a little bad for them. I'm sure that those who have had horrible customer service there are right in their opinions but I'm sure there are also alot of good people who truly care who work there. The drinks are most often incorrect and today I had horrible arguing and the worst customer service I have experienced by the window barista 080517. She was super rude when you let her know it's incorrect, then tried to overcharge for the drinks. I have been a customer for years and will not return to this location as a result. Worst place to get coffee in Pasco. The service is terrible, the coffee beans taste burnt and the whole vibe inside the place is like everyone is on edge. I gave the batista my order she was hardly paring attention and didn't repeat my drink order back to me so my drink ended up being wrong. Way over priced for crappy coffee.
