I ordered the Lavender Matcha with lavender, lavender foam, and coconut milk. They have different packaged snacks available; I grabbed a vegan snack by Greyson bakery (sold in store) and It was delicious. Service was wonderful! It was not long before my order was brought out to me. The beverage itself looked delicious--it was green at the bottom from the matcha and purple on top from the lavender. I enjoyed it as it was not too sweet. There are a few tables and chairs inside but keep in mind it is a small space. Everything to tidy and in place. Next time I have my eyes on one of the refreshers and or the chai latte. Tip: Complementary parking lot and street parking "Love what you see in the mirror and life will change."

I stumbled across Cheers Coffee while visiting the area, and I'm so glad I did. The moment you walk…read morein, you can tell the owners genuinely care about every little detail. The café is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a relaxing atmosphere that you instantly want to stay a while instead of grabbing your drink and leaving. The baristas were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. You don't see that kind of hospitality very often anymore. The coffee was excellent, and the pastries were just as impressive. We tried the Honey Cake and the Bird's Milk cake, and both were fresh, rich, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they don't cut corners when it comes to quality. As an Armenian, I left with an even bigger smile knowing this place is Armenian-owned. It honestly made me proud to see a local business representing our culture with so much class, warmth, and professionalism. It's a beautiful reflection of Armenian hospitality. Cheers Coffee isn't just another coffee shop. It's the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Wishing the owners and the entire team nothing but continued success. You guys have built something truly special.

I feel bad writing more negative reviews but ordered their "signature" Spanish latte (iced) and it…read morewas pure milk. It was completely white with minimal coffee reaching the bottom line of the cup. Is that even a standard double shot of espresso? I knew from looking at it that it wasn't drinkable. That was confirmed after I mixed and tasted it. It was brought to me at work so not like I could get it remade or order something else. The condensed milk with regular milk shouldn't make a difference either as I've had Spanish lattes before that actually taste like coffee and the flavors blend well. Also tried a cappuccino which was plain and nothing special. There was just no richness to it and I wonder if it was the beans. Additionally, Cheers could benefit from listing what's in each signature drink on the menu. How are we supposed to know what's in a Dirty Desert or Floral Escape? If the ingredients aren't going to be included on the menu, baristas should know what information to share. I was told staff wasn't very clear on the signature items and even had to check when another customer asked if there were seasonal offerings. Shouldn't they know? Maybe that's reflected in how the drinks are made. As for food, they have a wide selection of pastries that did look really good. The strawberry cheese danish was okay, but probably wouldn't get it again as the filling tasted a little artificial. Just disappointing when you want something fresh. The Coachella Valley is growing with flavorful coffee shops and unfortunately I do not think Cheers can compete at this time.

Açaí bowls are my fav especially during the spring & summer. Tutti Frutti did not disappoint! My pitaya bowl was delicious! They actually get extra points from me because they automatically added granola to the very bottom of the bowl without me even having to ask (as I usually do but had forgotten to this time). Therefore, it was a super nice surprise when I got toward the bottom of my bowl and realized they had added granola to the bottom. My daughter got a Dole whip that was scrumptious also! (She let me taste it) Everyone that worked there was SO friendly also. Tutti Frutti will certainly be a spot that we frequent each time when visiting Palm Springs in the future.

BUT the past few times that I have visited the Cathedral City location have been a disappointment. I went a few weeks ago and waited for over 8 minutes in the drive through window behind another car with no one to assist us. I had groceries in the car and it was 110+ degrees outside. Finally, I gave up and went inside to see if there was an issue. I was told by the sole worker that the other team members were in a meeting. As a previous bank manager I know how dangerous it is to leave a team member on the floor alone for an extended time. I told the young lady to tell them to come out immediately. She didn't want to, but I insisted. When the others came out, I told them how dangerous it is to leave one person on the floor alone. I understand that a manager may need to speak to a team member, but you ensure that you are in a place that you can monitor the floor. I went back recently and there seemed to be confusion inside regarding the orders. Who ordered what and which order went to which car. I understand that it is hard to get employees in the valley, but I have never experienced this kind of service at the other Koffi locations, which lends me to believe that they are either way under staffed or there is a management issue. Either way please do better for the safety of your staff.
