On the rare occasion that I go to McDonald's I've have bad experiences at this location many times. First let's talk about the hours. The owner seems to think Covid is still in full swing. I get the impression the owner is burnt out and not really interested in owning a McDonalds and to be fair corporate seem to be the same. McDonald's food quality is sub par at all locations which is not the fault of the owner. That being said, the owners could do a lot more to make the experience palatable . This particular location seems to open and close when the owner feels like it not according to the published hours. The food is poor quality at best. Cold fries almost every time, and we know the ice cream machine is broken every night. This has become a running joke now even on late night tv shows. My guess is they clean the machine and don't feel like getting it dirty again. How about waiting till the store closes to clean it. ? If you want the best service and food try then Vista Chino store. The owner is obviously not interested in his business, or the dining area would be clean and at least partially overseen by a human. The only dine-in customer that seemed to get any attention was a homeless man who would pop in and yell towards the kitchen, "Hey! Can I get a cup of ice!" First off, the app wasn't working. Tried 5 times. Nothing. Ordered at drive through. Paid at 6:07pm. Was told to wait in slot 2 in parking lot. All slots were filled. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. Went in to complain and there was another customer upset waitto get a refund because their food was never brought out either. I want to report the worst customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's and I have traveled almost all over the US and never experienced something as catastrophic as this. I was trying to get water from my service dog and I had ordered some french fries and he was telling me that there was no more water that he could give me for my service dog because I got one for my mom myself and my boyfriend and then with the french fries they were very cold and had a rubber texture like it was sitting for 20 minutes. When I told the gentleman he said, OK, I'll get you a new one and threw the fries that I gave back to him that were cold and then with the water he was throwing the cups on the ground and got frustrated because I kept asking for water, he seems to be the only person working back. There is very stressed, but doesn't mean that he should be taking it out on me. This man is too old to be acting like a teenager.
