I was surprised to discover that we were the only one to purchase an Irish Soda Bread at the Palm Desert bakery, this St. Patrick's Day; I think Aspen Mills has to work on their marketing, as I would have expected Aspen Mills Irish Soda Bread to fly off Aspen Mills shelves on Saint Patrick's Day. Ironically, many of our Irish friends said that they never thought of Aspen Mills for Irish Soda Bread. Post Covid-19 Pandemic, I've put a real premium on businesses that excel, particularly, small businesses; I so wish success for Aspen Mills Bakery. The staff in the Palm Desert bakery are consistently kind and friendly. The bakery is immaculate (it's inside Clark's).
