Some staff at this location behave like the store is their personal break room. I have made…read moremultiple reports to Starbucks corporate about inappropriate employee conduct here, including staff discussing customers within earshot, making comments about a customer's perceived sexuality, and using offensive language on the floor. During one visit, I heard staff discussing whether I was gay within earshot, followed by additional comments after an employee came near me. I also heard staff casually use the R-word while working. Starbucks corporate acknowledged that report, stated that the behavior was unacceptable, and said the employees on duty had been identified and the matter documented. On a later visit, after a brief card issue that was immediately resolved, I heard an employee mock me behind the counter, saying something along the lines of, "He doesn't have money for coffee?" and "You should've seen his face." That is not acceptable customer-service behavior. This location appears to have a workplace-culture problem. Customers should be able to order coffee or work quietly without being gossiped about, mocked, or made uncomfortable by employees. Hopefully corporate addresses it.

When I order ahead on the app like today I still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get my regular coffee. Like today I had to wait 15 minutes or more. Nobody was in the store (image included to show the empty parking lot). Nobody was in the drive-thru either and I am sitting and waiting for the app order to process. Meanwhile I notice three baristas joking around until someone finally asked me what I was waiting for. Evidently, my order was sitting at the coffee maker with everyone ignoring that fact.
