The staff is pleasant, mixed with attentiveness and sprinkled with perfection. The food is 100% what you are hoping it will be and that is glorious. Ham steak, topped with 2 perfectly done over hard eggs on a toasted bagel that's not a thomas'. Choices of cheeses and a great cup of joe. The two by two had 2 of the best pancakes I've had in forever. So golden brown, served hot so the butter melted and they were SO FLUFFY and light that the syrup absorbed nicely for bliss in every bite. The only complaint was I wished I ordered bananas in them ha ha which isn't a complaint it's my desire to be gluttonous. They were even kind enough to get us a specialty coffee from the other side - a highly specific americano (2 shots decaf, 2 shots reg, 2 pumps caramel with room left for cream - please).
