My mom stopped by and got 8 donuts for 6 of us. Within 24 hours they were all polished off (and some of these are pretty good-sized donuts!). I was driving by later and decided I had to stop in too. I ordered a cannoli--they aren't pictured in the case because they fill them fresh to order! Also, I'm obsessed with their sticker. read more

My husband and I visited Hole in One on a Saturday morning in October. It's a very small place and the line was out the door, which I believe is a testament to how good their food and coffee are. We purchased an apple fritter, a chocolate croissant and two black coffees. All were fantastic. They had a wide variety of donuts too. All of them looked amazing so we'll certainly have to go back and try some. read more

Even the bagels and cream cheese are wonderful! Too bad everyone knows about this place and the lines can be long.

Besides the line outside, its a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. So many great choices of breads, donuts, muffins and all kinds of great sweets. Small place with large choices...all looked delicious read more

The donuts were great. Very fluffy and fresh. The pumpkin latte and other baked goods were okay. I'd go back for the donuts only.

I rarely give 5 stars but Hole in One deserves it. What a find. We went to the other location yesterday and saw this one today so went in. Queer o meter a high five-ing 10! Most excellent. The staff is pleasant, mixed with attentiveness and sprinkled with perfection. The food is 100% what you are hoping it will be and that is glorious. Ham steak, topped with 2 perfectly done over hard eggs on a toasted bagel that's not a thomas'. Choices of cheeses and a great cup of joe. The two by two had 2 of the best pancakes I've had in forever. So golden brown, served hot so the butter melted and they were SO FLUFFY and light that the syrup absorbed nicely for bliss in every bite. The only complaint was I wished I ordered bananas in them ha ha which isn't a complaint it's my desire to be gluttonous. They were even kind enough to get us a specialty coffee from the other side - a highly specific americano (2 shots decaf, 2 shots reg, 2 pumps caramel with room left for cream - please). My wife knows what she likes and this was it. She said it was delicious and one of the best she's had. Me? Like I said cup of diner Joe. It was rich hot and hit the spot. Thank you Hole in One for 2 great meals. Your staff seems very happy and to me that says a lot about the people you work for. Keep it up it's working. Cheers! read more

I guess cake doughnuts aren't my thing. Arrived to a line, which moved reasonably quickly and people in line were very friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful, with lots of choices on offer. We tried the sour cream, butter crunch?, chocolate glazed, toasted coconut and cruller stick. The cruller was so dry you must be expected to dunk it in coffee, but I had iced coffee. Toasted coconut was my favorite of the bunch, but overall the doughnuts were just not my taste. They were all very large a bit heavy which I assume is basic cake style, I guess with the high review score my expectations were very high. So if you love cake style doughnuts this is a great place for you. read more

Amazing donuts! Had the best cranberry muffin! And the coffee is wonderful. Line moves fast. Great way to start your day!!

I really like this place! Walking in, you get the donuts painted on the ground, each with its own message! It's amazing! And I walked in, didn't know what to get, it was pretty busy, so I had some time to think! I got a chocolate glazed, and these donuts are WAY bigger than Dunkin's because they keep shrinking their donuts. And the workers are kind! And we got free samples! And it smells good in there! I do recommend it! I'm coming back! read more

Stopped in 2x during my annual week long visit in Eastham, it's just that good! Had to try an iced caramel latte and a chai latte, both were outstanding. Also indulged in some delicious sweets, namely the sugar bun and blueberry muffin, but the absolute standout was their sour cream donut. Wow, it was easily the best I've ever had. The service was quick and friendly. And I was able to sit at the window bar and enjoy my iced coffee and donut. There's ample seating and the ambiance was neat and just what you'd expect for a well maintained local coffee shop. Whether sitting and enjoying or grabbing a quick bite/drink and running, Hole in One was a wonderful experience. read more

After scouring Yelp and Reddit, I decided I must come here to try doughnuts. The shop is very cute and no one was there when I popped in. Maybe they were busy earlier or something, but the person working the register/counter seemed less than stoked when I walked in. I ordered a chocolate frosted doughnut and a blueberry muffin. Before I could add any drinks, she already told me the total. I added a drink, paid, and I was on my way out. The chocolate frosted doughnut was good and they are larger which I appreciated. I would say it's a solid doughnut and better than if you were to go to Dunkin or HoneyDew which are both below mid. The Muffin - I gave a few bites to, but donated to the local ravens. My first two bites, there was 1 blueberry. I know sometimes that happens so I bit the parts where they were quite obvious. It wasn't as soft as I hoped. I do like the sugaring on the top and thought it was a nice touch, but the sides felt more like a day old muffin and the blueberries just weren't blueberrying. Overall, it's okay. Maybe they have better muffins or pastries that I'm not aware of. I would give them another go, but it was just okay. read more

A throwback! The donuts that a so hard to find anymore. I was so happy to wait in the line and finally get inside to see the throwback donuts on the shelves. Then, to get home and finally taste them, it was worth every second I waited. I wish there were more places like Hole in One! 95% of the donuts sold today are not anything like the real doughnuts that were sold years ago.....unfortunately! I ordered 9 doughnuts total......2 glazed, 2 jelly, 2 blueberry, 1 cinnamon, 2 chocolate covered....WOW! This place is incredible! Three places that I compare it too....two are gone and one is still open.... Adams Bakery, Bridgton, Maine....closed many years ago...but use to make incredible doughnuts! Doughnut Kitchen- Woburn, Mass....closed many years ago....but use to make incredible doughnuts that so many people miss! Nantucket Bake Shop- still open and still pumping out great doughnuts today Hole in One is in this top rated class! I will be back....for sure....thanks for making my day! -Plenty of parking -The line is long but worth it -Price was worth every penny -Service (once inside) was awesome! If I could give 6 stars....I would! Thanks read more

I was super excited to try this place. completely let down. service was arguably the worst I have ever seen in my life. order messed up 2 times, and never received part of my order. coffee is equivalent to sewer water, and donuts are pretty good but whatever. honestly it's not worth the it if there's a line. no line fine go grab a donut and a cup of wellfleet sewer water but with a line Jo chance it's worth it read more

The line always seems long, but trust me, these are the best donuts. Sour cream donut is always my go to. Sometimes it's a jelly stick. The line does move. Donuts are always fresh and delicious. The bakery goods are top notch however stopped in yesterday for my favorite Potato Pancakes and the coffee literally looked like light tan tea! Pastries were just ok and not fresh. Coffee was meh. We did ask for one drink to be remade and they did it

As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I can confidently say that Hole in One's vanilla-infused cold brew is one of the best coffees I've ever had -- anywhere. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, it's the kind of drink that you think about long after your vacation ends. I find myself craving it from back home in New Jersey, counting down the days until my next trip to the Cape just to get my hands on another cup. The pastries and donuts are equally unforgettable. Their donuts are honestly among the best I've had in my life. Whether you're a classic glazed fan or want something more adventurous, you can't go wrong here. The shop itself has a warm, inviting vibe that matches the quality of what they serve. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a bite, it's the perfect start to any Cape Cod morning. If you're anywhere near Eastham, Hole in One is a non-negotiable stop. read more

Vegan and gluten free options! Super yummy and fresh! Fast service cute little bar stools

Paid a flat $30 cash today (5/30/25) for a dozen gut busters: plain, honey dip, jelly, boston cream, fruity pebble toupee, chocolate. Unfortunately, from the start, each ate more like cake than the pillowy indulgence I was hoping for. Especially about the jelly donut: the filling was scrumptious but somewhat runny. The jam squirt was frugal to the point it almost seemed like a plain in disguise. The rings were a bit more spongy when fresh, but the effect soon wore off and the persistent cake texture intensified. For the Cape, it's the probably the best option. However, tastier alternatives lie elsewhere. Shout out to Adams Donuts in Greenfield, MA, Dipping Donuts, and Big Y Supermarkets for providing disk deliciousness. read more

I've been going here for a very long time and thoroughly enjoy all their baked goods however I'm not getting why there are no prices on anything. Is everybody so not price conscience? I don't get it. Isn't that a law to post prices on baked goods on display. I even picked up a package of three cookies and there was no pricing. $2.75 for a plain bagel and I don't find that out until I am paying- it's not right. read more

My goodness they say New Yorkers are rude but I actually think Massachusetts takes the cake. The coffee and food was good, solid donuts but the service was BLEGH. The Airbnb was less than a mile away, so I actually visited this bakery three times assuming that I just got them on a bad day at a bad time but no. Not friendly whatsoever and when I asked what the donut was because I couldn't see the sign I was met with a heavy sigh. Dude I'm sorry I sympathize with you but it's a donut shop and I'm short. Make sure you get here early on the weekends as there is a long line! I ordered a number of things, and my favorites all ended up being the non-donut options. I will return as my favorite options listed below were far beyond the average. They have so many things to choose from like donuts, bagels, soup, breads, pastries, etc. Samples of muffins and donuts were even out. My favorites: - Bacon, egg and cheese croissant: This isn't the typical breakfast sandwich, it comes already stuffed in the croissant and they can heat it up for you. It is delicious and the croissant is extra buttery. I ordered this because I read other Yelp reviewers that liked it, and I would get this again. -Eclair: I LOVE eclairs and get them any chance I get. This was one of the best I've had and each bite tasted like there was sugar on it. The amount of filling was perfect. - Sugar muffin: This was unique and delicious. Almost like a cinnamon roll without the icing, but better? You know how sometimes only the inside of the cinnamon roll is the best part? The whole thing was delicious. It was not dry at all and was packed with flavor. We also got: -Toasted coconut donut -Chocolate coconut donut -Cinnabon cold brew coffee: You really need to stir it together as they put the cinnabon cream on top. It is full of flavor. Seating - There is limited seating and it is all outdoors. Parking - There is a huge parking lot, no need to worry. read more

Really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a good breakfast sandwich- sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Found this place on yelp and it said they had them and donuts for the kids. After waiting in a very very long line outside for about 45 mins I was told I need to go next door to get breakfast sandwiches!!??? I had to wait in yet another line and then wait for my bagel sandwiches which were $10 each- ouch! The donuts were actually cheap but this evened it out. I was there for well over an hour just to get a donut, a muffin and two breakfast sandwiches. Not worth it! Not sure why all the reviews don't mention this but you CAN'T GET BREAKFAST SANDWICHES AT THIS PLACE - go next door to the fairway which also offers call ahead. Very very frustrating! Also the staff in both places seemed confused and discombobulated. As for the food yes the donut was good but not worth the wait. It had also been crushed by the muffin in the bag since the employee hadn't put the muffin in first. The breakfast sandwiches were sloppily made, sausage was burnt, not very tasty and well I guess I should post that on the place next door... My suggestion would be to skip this place read more
