Pumpkin season is officially back at Starbucks starting today! I stopped by this Starbucks location in Orlando to try one of the seasonal favorites, a Grande Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso. The drink was made to perfection. It had a great balance of coffee, pumpkin flavor, and sweetness, making it a refreshing way to kick off the fall season. I can't believe that I waited a year for this drink to be back. The pumpkin cream added a smooth, creamy finish that went well with the espresso. Overall, my experience at this Starbucks location was excellent, and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso was a great way to celebrate the return of pumpkin season. Decided to compare iced chai lattes from two coffee shops- Starbucks and Foxtails. I expected them to come about even. Very surprised! Starbucks chai flavor pales in comparison and was overly sweet but not because of the Carmel requested in both. Starbucks barely had any Carmel flavor along with their chai. Both were 24 oz glasses and both had same chai and Carmel offerings. Foxtail won hands down in both chai and Carmel taste. Starbucks needs to step it up! read more

But besides the Starbuck staples of good coffee, sinful cakes, and frufru drinks, there's a group of Baristas that strive for customer satisfaction. They have drive-through and it backs up a ton! I've order a pink drink, a strawberry açai lemonade with Apple juice, impossible breakfast sandwich and a pup cup! Love, love, LOVE this location for my Starbies fix! I moved here almost three years ago and this is what I would considered my home based for coffee fixtures. I'm a coffee addict, and have had coffee in different countries. I would consider this Starbies to be my #1 location (beating New Zealand)! The drive thru line is always busy, but the staff gets the line moving pretty quick, so I'm never worried when the line is longer than the road. They always get my order right and the consistency is on point. My regular order is a grande vanilla iced latte. The way they make my drink is very by the book. Two shots, 4 long pumps, 3/4 milk then ice. I think the reason why drinks are so good here is because they don't half ass the recipe for drinks. I would drive miles away to go to this specific Starbies location because I know I will never be disappointed. I wrote a good review a while ago as a I am a loyal costumer but I just wanted to say this is not an iced matcha latte. This is straight almond milk. As you can see it's almost as white as my finger nails. Usually it is bright green. I got here close to their closing time but I think anyone would agree that doesn't mean I should get ripped off. If I knew I would be paying 5 dollars for a cup of almond milk I wouldn't have come here. Only because I came close to their new closing time, I gave 2 stars instead of one. read more

Come on guys. I am a regular at several stores (2-3 times a day) and 40% of the time they screw up the order. I order what should be one of the simplest drink other than a black coffee that there is. A double espresso with light steamed cream and I explain that by light I mean a very small amount of steamed cream. What I get 40% of the time is either a espresso latte with more cream than espresso, or a hot espresso with cold (not steamed) cream resulting in a room temperature drink. Come on, you want $15/hr and you can't make the most basic drink? read more

Everytime I come to this Starbucks Marco (I think that's the name I saw on the apron) is SO friendly it genuinely puts a smile on my face. I never leave Yelp reviews, but this employee definitely deserves one. I have visited this Starbucks several times recently and have been impressed each and every time. In a busy area, this Starbucks really has their act together. I often order through the drive through and by the time I reach the window my order is waiting for me. Impressive since I usually have food and coffees here. I love the oatmeal with fresh blueberries and of course you can not go wrong with one of the fresh heated sandwiches. Special requests are welcomed and filled perfectly. Inside the store is spacious and immaculately clean. Employees are always happy and attentive to customers. So much nicer than many other Starbucks I have visited. I went to this location today for the first day of the holiday drinks. I was expecting the workers to be flustered as I'm sure they were very busy with so many people trying the new drinks. Second time I've been here. First time I asked for a green tea lemonade and they gave me iced green tea, went back today & asked for a medium passion tea lemonade w light ice... I'm well aware that Starbucks creates their stores with the intent of having a high rotation of people coming through, but never have I ever been so dissapointed of the furniture in a Starbucks store before. All of the tables are made just an inch below comfort level for anything, so people have to crunch over to type, write, or just to put their elbow down. The chairs are the basic Ikea-looking wooden chairs, which aren't comfortable by any means but typically. I havent been to Starbucks in a long time cause after discovering Foxtail I was hooked.....should of went to foxtail. I went around 8am so traffic is to be expected at well any coffee shop thats not my problem neither is the staff the woman at the window was sweet and keep a nice professional conversation as I waited for my items. My problem is the taste I got a Carmel macchiato with almond milk and a cheese Danish. Ew...just gross I paid $8 for a Danish that tasted like it's been sitting out all night and a drink that's bland. Foxtail is full of flavor. Starbucks use to as well. I remember their pastries would taste so soft and flavorful . But now its bland. The worse Starbucks location I've ever visited out of many across different states!! It's unfortunate and very inconvenient to not have what you are craving for, but even worse when it's happened four times in the last few weeks. They were out of the raspberry ingredients for the raspberry refresher that my daughter wanted a couple of weeks ago. They didn't have thee blonde blend for my wife's order last week, and today, they were out of the guava passion fruit ingredients for the drink I ordered. When I asked for the pineapple maccha as a backup order, they were also out of the pineapple syrup. Maybe they should downgrade to another brand that isn't the Starbucks that we have gotten to know for their quality, service, etc. The owner for this store should seriously consider getting someone to do the inventory correctly and order their ingredients on time or take them off the menu!
