A recent change in staff or schedule and ever since then (maybe 2 months) it's like a new Starbucks. They are very nice, professional, and friendly. Orders have been correct and things seem to be running a lot better. Glad things changed up and I don't have to go to another one. read more

If I could give no stars I would It is CONSTANT. Never fill the drink all the way while half the cup is FOAM. This has been a constant problem at this store. I've asked them to fix something once and they let me know they were annoyed and were rude about it. I've contacted management so hopefully something changes. read more

No stars!! All the lights were on including marque and menus. Employees were moving inside with headsets on. We had zero indication that the location was closed at 6:00 PM on a Friday. We were in the drive though along with another car. No answer from the speaker. Drove to the window thinking there was a problem with the speaker. Employees came and went and refused to make eye contact. Drove around to the front. No sign with hours etc. Lights on Employees inside. The door was locked and when I knocked they looked up and gave me the hand across the throat sign, and turned off the lobby lights. Seriously??? The staff seemed annoyed that I asked them to fix my order when they gave me a chai w lavender powder and vanilla cold foam then called my new order and stared at me rudely and i left only to realize they messed up my order again!! it was now a matcha w no lavender powder and lavender cold foam but considering they were all still give me rude looks i took the drink and left because i'd rather deal with yet another wrong order then their attitude and the overall very unpleasant atmosphere. read more

Definitely not a location to brag about. My orders always the same ; easy cold brew , vanilla and oz of hwc. The drive thru seemed best option since we were on our way to dinner soon. The staff is always helpful here and they have never messed up my order. It's a great place to sit and chat for a while if you want to catch up or talk with a good friend for a bit. They also have the ac set to a comfortable temperature. I would suggest a P.A. system or something because no body can ever hear their names called when their order is ready. read more

I went inside and ordered: 6 pumps raspberry Strawberry açaí Lemonade Add ice Shakey Shakey Top with passion tea I come to this Starbucks 3-4 times a week and I order the same thing every time! my order was wrong and an employee gave me attitude about MY order! There was a very rude Asian guy wearing a beanie with blonde streaks asked what's my name I gave him my name and he said this is your drink. I immediately said No that's not because it doesn't look like what I ordered because it was topped with white cream foam. He replied so rudely "this is what you ordered" I said no it doesn't LOOK like what I ordered I have NEVER ordered it with white cream foam on top. He then repeated himself "well that's your name and that's what you ordered!" We went back and forth then he grabbed a new cup and mixed up a drink in a hurry with attitude and threw my drink on the counter! I watched him fix it and he didn't do what I ordered he just put in açaí and lemonade. Keep in mind they charged me $8.88 for this one drink so at least fix it right! It should be full, especially at this price point. * crew members decide to clean counters, sweep etc before helping customers, even when there are several people in line. You can sweep behind the counter AFTER seeing to customers. At the very least greet & acknowledge them! * slow service. Whether it be 2 people in line or 8 the speed is slow. And it's not bc their accurately filling drink orders. I absolutely love this Starbucks. It's near work and soon to be within walking distance from my apartment when I move to the area. I get there early; in fact, I'm about 30 minutes prior to opening early on workdays. I'm not sure what it is, but the staff is always awake and friendly, and my drink is always just the way I like it. I love Jo, she's absolutely amazing. This location rarely has anything in stock. Each time I attempt to make an order it says not sold at this Starbucks location. Almond milk and caramel syrup aren't rare items. I go 3-4 times a week at 5am on my way to work. I pull up to the drive-thru at 517am and I am told they aren't opening until 530 because the staff decided to not show up. This happened 3 times in a row. Why open at 5 if you are going to turn customers away at 517? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. read more

You can't make this stuff up. Almost 20 minutes after ordering to get a black coffee and a black tea.......nothing else. This location always seems to have challenges but today was the best. Loads of staff behind the counter and all of them seemed oblivious to the huge line that kept growing because they were so slow. There is a little independent coffee shop across the street. I never thought I'd be leaving a bad review for any Starbucks location because it's typically such a solid experience no matter where you go, however this location has not served me well. I've been going to Starbucks for years and since moving to Utah from Arizona, I find it hard to find a location in Orem or Draper that doesn't mess up your drink fairly often. This is the third morning in a row, yes I am a regular and order nearly the same thing every morning, that they have messed up my order. The employees that are staffed in the morning are not typically very warm/friendly, and it seems as though they can't handle the morning rush judging by the way they repeatedly skip the details of your order. I've even been in the evening to study at this location, ordered a drink, the employee I ordered from apparently went home for the day without putting in my order. I waited 30 minutes before saying anything and then had to argue with a different employee about the validity of my story, that I was never given the drink I paid for, and I had to prove it by showing that I had two hits to my bank account from Starbucks and was never given the second drink. In other experiences with a messed up/missed order I've noticed that most Starbucks employees are extremely kind and jump at the opportunity to correct any sort of mess up. In another instance I asked for a vente with an extra shot, noticed that my coffee looked extremely light in color, and asked the employee if they had put 4 shots into my drink. She then argued with me that a vente normally has two shots in it; and adding an extra shot would only equate to three shots. I explained that I've always ordered a vente with a base of three shots, and paying for an extra shot would normally equate to four shots. She insisted and that she was correct and I just decided to leave, frustrated. I wouldn't be reviewing this location if it didn't need a ton of education/attention to detail. read more
