We came here with a party of 15 kids and they were able to get all our drinks done while the rest of our party was still ordering! They are so sweet and great service and had no problems with getting our orders correct. They were so patient with the amount of orders, especially since most of us are from out of town and this was our first time, I can't wait to come back more often and will for sure let others know! read more

Not a fan. The service was good and the sitting area was OK. I am just not a fan of the dirty sodas, I guess.

I'm just getting into the Utah soda scene (thanks to a gift card) and this was a pretty good Swig location! I got a Beach Babe, which was pleasantly surprising. It is a Mountain Dew base with raspberry and peach flavors, plus vanilla cream. The service through the drive-thru was pretty speedy, but I was very confused as to how to get into the drive-thru at first. This location is in a shopping center, and the drive-thru goes behind a building that also houses other businesses. I wasn't sure if I was in the right spot, so I pulled around front and was going to walk inside until I saw that the lobby was closed. Eventually, I turned around and found the drive-thru, but I think I would have driven past the shack where you order if I hadn't seen the person in front of me stop at it. I don't recall seeing many signs indicating how to get to the drive-thru or where to order, but by the time I figured it out, things went smoothly. Maybe a few more signs would help people know where to go, and some more new customers would stop by! read more

Good drinks and quick service. The cashiers are always happy to make recommendations. I tried the Christmas drinks- mistletoe and alpine avalanche. The mistletoe you could get with either Stillwater or sparkling water. I did feel like it was missing something, even trying it with the Stillwater and sparkling water two separate times. The Alpine avalanche was so good. It is more like a slushy drink. Swig is more on the pricey side, so do not expect cheap drinks. read more

They spend more time wiping off the drinks with a dirty towel than getting them out to waiting customers. Wild how slow this location. Don't say who the drink is for when they bring a drink out to the lobby. Then customers have no clue who the drink is for. Causes tons of confusion. Clueless. Ice all over the floor. This location needs a competent leader to help guide these young lads and ladies. Guess this is what happens when the Miller family buys Swig. read more

Took 20 minutes to get a Diet Coke and never got my fruit water. Worry swig location I've been to

Really fun drinks, of EVERY flavor, including boba options even! You can order inside, but the drive thru moves quickly too! The staff are super friendly, so you can't go wrong! If you you'd prefer something less sweet, you can get a "Refresher." They're especially perfect for summer! Enjoy! read more

I went to a swig with my friends and it was perfect. The atmosphere was fun and the soda was amazing. The service was so great, we even got a free sugar cookie on the house! Totally recommend going here, it perfect read more

Being from the Phoenix area I've never heard of or been to a Swig. While meeting up for lunch with a long time friend she said we absolutely had to stop here. I quickly realized we have something similar in AZ called Twisted Sugar. I knew it would be good when I saw the crazy long line in the drive thru. While it was very long we were in and out fairly quickly. I love Dr Pepper and decided on the Spring Fling which is Dr Pepper, vanilla, strawberry purée and coconut cream. My friend also said I just had to try a cookie. I think she's trying to fatten me up so I don't have to leave the state ha ha. Anyways drive thru was quick, menu was vast and I guarantee there's something for everyone. If you aren't a soda drinker they also offer sparkling waters, hot chocolate, cookies and more. Employees were great. My drink was delicious and cookie perfect. read more

Great sodas made with actual soda brands, and loved the pretzels and cookies for a treat! Kind staff.

Worst service and app ever. We walked to swig vs. driving and indoor ordering was closed. They told us we could use the app and curbside pickup. Sounded like a good solution. When was this app written? 2008? Worst app ever. I'm using an iPhone, at first the app seemed fine then I clicked on the "order" button to checkout, that restarted the order, cleared my cart, etc... I ordered it all again, then found the strangely placed basket. If your not logged into the app, it become really confusing here. I eventually figured out what was going on, almost restarting my order again, but at least it had a confirmation button preventing that action. When I verified my phone, the app just kept having me verify my number over and over and over again until I backed out back to the order screen then tried again. Now it let me order. However the credit card screen was very sketchy, looked like a 101 hello world. No Apple Pay, very sketchy. After ordering I was not able to click "I'm here for 15 minutes " so I told the people inside. They found the order, perplexed at what to do. We should have walked through the drive through which they wouldn't let us do. Terrible. read more

Got the hula girl which has both sprite and lemonade in it. It was a nice change up from just a regular flavored soda that I matched it with a dirtball cookie. The line went by pretty quick as usual. My only complaint is that they put the sign with new items by the menu instead of the pick up window. By the time I'm picking up my drink and cookie it's too late to change it if I decide I want this months special cookie or drink. read more

Legit mind blowing that people are giving anything less than five stars! Must be some random fluke accident because every time I've gone my order has been nothing short of perfect. Quick and efficient drive thru, pleasant employees, delicious swigs and snacks. Might I recommend the Strawberry Breeze if you're in a healthy mood, an Al's if you need a pick me up, or a Diet Islander if you need a healthy pick me up!! Completely unsatisfactory for your response to ignore the lobby issue. ________UPDATE ABOVE_____ I generally speaking like Swig. Although I only ever order one specific drink for myself. Mountain Man. However, they very often have inconsistent results in preparing mine and others drinks. Almost every other time I order from here I have to come back and have them remake it because it tastes nothing like it should. The hassle is annoying when you have to drive back for that. Speaking of driving. OPEN THE LOBBY! Your recommendation to walk up to to drive through to order in person is ridiculous. It's not safe and I would bet it's against your insurance policy to do that. Stop being cheap because you don't want to maintain a lobby. Allow us peasants who don't drive everywhere to have a safe and comfortable experience purchasing your product. read more

The only reason they are getting a 4 and not a 5 is because the drive through is hard to figure out, and the lobby isn't open so I can't go work here. However, the staff is always so kind! Their cookies are usually fresh and this is the ONLY soda location in Utah where I have found cupcake flavoring! So if I'm really in the mood for that, THIS is the place you'll find me! The prices are great, occasionally they hand out free stickers, and they have new cookies all the time to keep you on your toes! read more

I don't get their drinks nor have I had one, but we stopped by for the collaboration they have with KAI POPS & they are straight A M A Z I N G. We were bummed they only had one flavor here as we wanted to try them all, but we stopped by the American Fork location to pick up the other 3. The Kai Pops are full of flavor, juicy, & milky -- is that possible/weird? Either way, they are amazing & we'll likely be back just for the KAI POPS!! read more

Amazing service, great drinks and food. London took our order and she was so sweet, helpful, and respectful. Great place to get drinks!

Nicole, Thank you for responding to my Yelp review. Here are the details you requested. My husband and I are from out of state and we were visiting some friends for the weekend. I had heard lots of buzz about Swig and was excited to see one across the street from our hotel we were staying at. On Saturday we had an opportunity to try it out. Since I'm pregnant and was tired from a bad nights sleep I sent my husband to Swif with the order to get something. His phone was charging at the hotel and we didn't have a car since we were from out of town but we didn't think that would be a problem. When my husband finally came back with a soda and cookie. He looked pretty upset and explained the following to me... He said that he entered the store and went to order and the person behind the counter wouldn't take his order unless he placed it over the phone app. My husband then explained that he was from out of state had no car and that his phone was charging across the street at the hotel he was staying at. He asked if they would be able to make an exception and just place an order over the two devices that he saw were on and working. The person said no. He then asked if he could use that persons phone to place an order and they said no. Then the person got the shift manager and he/she came out and said that my husband would have to stand in the drive thru to place an order and that was the only way he could purchase a drink. The shift manager said that if he didn't like it he could go somewhere else to get a drink. I think my husband was a bit shocked by this statement. He runs his own business and was just completely taken back and surprise by the whole situation. And honestly I think he would have gone somewhere else but he knew how excited I was to get something from there. He was also surprised that there were six people working in the store and no one was willing or able to take his order. So he went outside and stood in the freezing weather to order a soda and cookie. He was so flustered that he didn't order himself anything either. Can you imagine the frustration and humiliation of a grown man having to order and stand in line with all thoes cars? But what really breaks my heart is that after he gets back to the hotel and tells me everything that happened he ends with saying that he wonders if they would have treated him that way if he wasn't brown (he's multi racial). Idk and I guess we'll never know. My husband is a sweet and not confrontational person which is why I wrote the review and not him. I am just still in shock that this whole thing took place and that he was told to go somewhere else instead of providing him a service that would have taken little effort. Hope this information helps and if you have any additional questions please let me know. read more

Honestly not sure if it's just a bunch of dumb kids running it without a manager, or if it the manager doesn't know how to be efficient, but this is probably the worst run swig I've ever been to. So slow. If there is a holdup in line because of people waiting in drinks, don't send an extra employee out to take more orders- have them help with the backed up orders already placed. Seems like a no brainer? Happens more often at not at this location. 2 stars cuz I like swig, but this place needs some help. read more

I LOVE Swig! This location is convenient and faster than other ones. I do like when they have someone in the booth (sometimes they don't)but still is a faster location. The soda with the mix ins are great! My favorite is the Raspberry Dream with coke. It comes with raspberry purée and coconut cream. My new favorite drinks they have are the revivers! AMAZING! I am addicted to the Mountain Man! It comes with blackberry, coconut, fresh lime, half and half and Mountain Dew. It sounds like a lot but it's so good! I also love their cookies. The sugar is my favorite. It so good cold. And I also like the coconut cookie. You really can't go wrong! read more

Love swig, I'm a loyal customer. The employees at this location are always friendly. Best drinks around.

Crappy service and no walk up? Great job Swig. Why have your door propped open if you don't want walk ups?

The lack of focus stands out. My drinks were to be ready at 3:45 it's 4:19 and still don't have them. If Swig would hire 14 year olds to make drinks-easily doable-they could have more help. If the current help would stop chatting about when they get off and who is coming in on the next shift and how they do or don't like those people and actually focus on making drinks I wouldn't be standing in their lobby with every other person who did curbside. Just picked up my drinks off the table. They've been sitting there as long as I've been here. Ice is probably melted. Where is the adult in charge?? read more

This location absolutely sucks. First of all we ordered two of the same drinks and we got to the window and they only said we paid for one. The person taking our order clearly was not listening or be attentive. Typically when a mistake like this happens the restaurant/store eats the profit and gives the customer what they ordered without having them go through extra hoops to get the second drink that they definitely ask for in the first place. Second of all, all the of the employees were rude, on there phones, not paying attention and overall horrible at there job. This location needs real work. Lastly, the drinks were lukewarm and had next to no ice in them. Overall do not go to this location it will make you hate swig. read more

I got my swig this afternoon and on one of my last bites of the first 1/4th of cookie, I pull this out of my mouth with a big old long hair. I'm pretty sure hairnets are supposed to be a part of health and safety of a restaurant. A employee with very long hair had it down and was playing with it while handling food. I was hoping she wasn't part of prepping the food but unfortunately seems like she was. - I'm thankful they got back to me and are going to make sure this store is sanitary. read more

My car broke down on the side of the road. I wish I could keep coming back, but your drinks are so inconsistent. It's really just a game of luck when I get a drink and it's made with the correct ingredients. With a family of 6, odds are that someone is disappointed. It's really not that hard, do better. read more

Ordered my drinks for pickup at 2:05, I arrived at 2:07, I let them know I was here using the app, and it's now 2:31 and still no drinks. A worker came out and I asked him about my order and he said "we're busy, we'll get it out when we can" there were so many cars that came through the drive through and other cars that came up after us and left with their drinks. If you are the manager and are reading this, this is the worst location that I've ever used. Get your staff together.
