I dont understand how she has so much "gossip" to talk about her boss. I met her boss. Her boss (Amy) is the SWEETEST woman I have EVER met. Maybe if "Rob" actually did her job then her boss wouldnt be "such a bitch". Yeah, us customers can hear you talk. Thats good for you and the starbucks name, cursing in front of the customers and children. By the way, talking about how your friend got written up because "your boss is an unfair bitch" isnt something I want to hear, Im sorry if your friend didnt do her job and got in trouble, but really no Im not sorry, so please can you stop your rude conversation and take my order before I call your boss myself. I always thought Starbucks prides themselves with good customer service. Well, one of the baristas here missed the training: young white guy, somewhat on the short side. He barely greeted customers when they came up to the counter, didn't smile once, and didn't extend any pleasantries. When I asked for a refill on my tea, he rang it up as a new order instead of the 50-cent charge. The other baristas were nice though, which is why I'm rating this in the middle, but boy, someone needs a lesson in customer service! read more

The service here is good. It's almost always crowded with professionals and high school students so you might struggle finding a chair, table and the universally coveted power outlet. One thing I must point out is this: lately homeless people have been hanging around the outside patio. This definitely affects the ambiance of the shop. read more

This Starbucks is so close to my house and always SO clean and smells delicious! The people who work here are very friendly and helpful, and don't get discouraged with my long orders :) I have never waited very long for an order, but I don't think I come in early enough for the morning rush. Guess I'm lucky though, my sausage brefix sammich is always available, even after the morning groups. This location always has a stocked case of treats to choose from, lots of cupcakes, blueberry oat bars, marshmallow treats, etc. And the cream/sugar station is always so clean! Parking can be a bitch at times, since its in a larger shopping plaza, but you will find something close enough. I will drive PAST the Mini Starbucks inside of to come to this one. read more

Called in a mobile order that I have done lots of times in the past. Used my rewards which obviously tells you I am a supposedly a VALUED CUSTOMER. My husband picks up the order. When he gets home it tastes terrible. I have my husband taste it he agrees it's not me. I call to let the?barista know the coffee tasted horrible. I'm not surprised this location is horrible because just trying to enter and find a parking spot is a CF!! So after grabbing a few items at Target we needed a nice cool drink :D . Luckily I got a perfect parking spot right in the front but the minute we walked in , it was allll downhill! This cashier was so messy, unprofessional it was ridiculous! When we walked up to the counter she was stuffing her face and having a conversation with a barista that kept distracting her from taking our order. She clearly cannot multi-task! The only reason why I didn't give them a 1 star is because the baristas actually know how to make my drinks properly! I didn't have any small change to leave a tip and in a way I'm glad because she doesn't deserve it. No customer service, no professionalism! I tend to love Starbucks, but this particular one is just dreadful. It is right next to my house, so I've given it more than enough chances, and I've decided not to go back again. The atmosphere is uninviting, the staff is aloof and SLOW (there can be 5 people in the shop and it takes them 15 minutes to get me a gingerbread latte), and the drinks never taste quite right. It's a chain! The drinks should be standardly tasty, but the ones I get here are just... off. Also on three separate occasions I've ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese; stale every time. That's tree strikes guys, you're out. From now on I'll be walking the extra ten minutes (2 minutes by car) to the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf just up the street. Way better. read more

How do you know a store is in trouble? When the cash register person attempts a hard sell to have you buy more coffee than you came in for, because they are discounted (goody! the old un-fresh stuff they need to unload). When they spend tons of money of remodeling, but lose it all in poor customer service. If you are the regular walk-in coffee or espresso lover looking for that cool Starbucks experience of fun and peaceful hangout, watch out, this location is not for you: expect serious delays as they try to figure out how to serve the fast lane customers efficiently. 15 minutes wait time for an espresso (they simplest drink) when the entire store is empty is not a fun and cool experience for me, and a damaging experience for the store. It turns out there WAS a long line, a long line of Web App orders. Best of luck with the fast lane, folks. I mean it! I'll be hanging out next door where the have coffee beans, tea leaves, and seriously trained Baristas. read more

It's pretty standard Starbucks fare, with all the typical menu items and decor. But even for a Starbucks, this place is slow. Like glacial. And it's always got a grimy feeling. It's almost common for me to have a bad time here. Nothing solidly good about this place. Small. Seating is meh, but at least there is room for outlets and laptops. Only one regular sized table. The place always seem dirty inside and out. There are homeless people near the parking lot usually, so watch out. Employees aren't too friendly and screw up something usually...which I have learned over a long period of time, as in years. It's obvious who is to blame. For example, they don't smile ever, they don't take your name, etc. Generally speaking, as it is at most Starbucks, the people who work from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. are the best. This is my new Starbucks. Is it a little out of my way? YES, but it is worth it. I used to go to the store on the corner of North Tustin and Lincoln, but that store has turned into literally the worst I have ever been to. This store has great employees who are amazing with my kids. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and every time I bring them with me they are greeted with Big Smiles and my 5 year old always asks for a high five AND GETS MORE THAN ONE. The last time I was in there with my 3 year old he saw there was one last cake pop in the window and the employee heard he say he wanted it. Before we even got to the counter to place the order (we were next in line by the way) she had already pulled it for him. It made his day. It is the simple act of kindness from the staff here along with the quickness that they have received my business and will continue to get my business. As a parent who usually has at least one of my kids with me, I want to thank you. It means a lot especially as kids are not always easy to deal with, but you all help and it makes the stop a whole lot easier. read more

This is a very convenient location for me, but I don't find myself going there that often for two reasons: no drive thru and long lines. The service is good, it's just too convenient for so many and so close to shopping that the line extends to the door. I also hate to have to walk through all the cigarette smoke on the patio to get through the door. If they would at least initiate or enforce a no smoking policy for the outdoor seating, it would not seem like I was walking through a grimy store front. It just takes away from the inviting feel that I get from most other Starbucks locations. read more

Starbucks is good in general. This only a review on the restroom. I know weird but if the restroom is dirty at a place where people buy food it makes me wonder. Granted starbucks is always busy and they rather have people on the floor working but this bathroom was worst than a gas station's or those portable potties. I didn't get the chance to tell the baristas there but there was so much trash everywhere, blood, and throw up all over the toilet seat. It totally grossed me out and made me not want to drink my psl. Anytime I go to a place where I buy food and the restrooms are a hot mess I can't eat. Sorry for this review but hopefully it gets cleaned up for the public's safety. read more
