This is one of the YLs I have mixed feelings about. It's reliably here for us customers, the staff is always welcoming, the toppings bar is always clean and well stocked. On the other side though, their yogurt tends to be a bit more runny and the inside seating area is often dirty. I've usually visited during rush hour YL times, so I assume the machines are playing catch up with temperature.. Despite the yogurt being runny sometimes, I find that all or at least the better 90% of their machines are working and dispensing regularly. read more

I talked to a worker and he said that it was normal for it to look like that and tested it himself. By the time we walked back to the car, it was completely melted. Located next to Panda Express. This is a nice place to come for a sweet treat. I do have to say the music is way too loud in there and it's hard to have a conversation. There is a restroom inside for customers only. You have to ask staff for the bathroom key. The frozen yogurt is always tasty. It is pretty pricey though. The area used to be nice and safe. Now they're letting the homeless sit outside for hours while little kids play. They let them inside as well. One lady had problems and screaming inside. I love this location because it always has the flavors we like, has friendly staff, and is clean and spotless! I love that they always have our favorite yogurt flavors! Our kiddo loves Rocket Pop, orange sorbet, and mango sorbet. They always have one of these flavors to make him happy! I think their flavors hit the mark on what they are supposed to taste like. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the yogurt was runny at this location, and was pretty melted by the time I paid. The tables were also not very clean, and I had to wipe it down myself. They also had run out of napkins at the counter, so I had to ask the employee for some. Our go to location, however this time we didn't have a pleasant experience. My child accidentally put the spoon in her mouth, I quickly took it away before she put it back in the candies. The employee did not even acknowledge her and had a mean face and clearly was upset. I work with kids and special needs children, and this is a place that clearly is intended for kids. We came here a little after noon, just after they opened on a weekday. Usually I'm an ice cream person and not much of a frozen yogurt person but on this day I was overruled. The young woman working here was very cordial and happy, the sort of person who makes you smile just being around them. The outdoor tables were sparkling clean as was everything inside. All the flavors were available. I put two in a cup: espresso and chocolate-peanut butter. The fruit toppings all looked fresh and plentiful but I went with some of the sweet toppings. I'm one of those people who you think just got a little frozen yogurt to go with the toppings. After paying (very reasonable) we ate outside. Mine was good but - this is my complaint about every Yogurtland - the flavors of the yogurt are much too weak. For me the toppings are what provide any flavor. I got a message on Facebook that this location was doing a $5 special where you load up a 16oz cup as full as you can. As expected it drew a lot of customers, and yes the little ones are messy. Husband and I each got some frozen yogurt tonight. Once we got home, my husband tried his (peanut butter cocoa) and said it tasted absolutely foul. I tried a bite and had to spit it out immediately. Not only did it taste foul, it smelled like very sour milk. I took it back to the store and asked for a refund. The employee helping me was very nice and processed the refund. Another employee was laughing and pretending she was just "coughing".... However, I am extremely perturbed that nothing was said about checking that flavor in the back or trying it themselves to make sure they don't continue to serve SPOILED frozen yogurt. I would highly encourage the manager of this store to go over food safety with their employees and just plain old common sense. I've been bringing my kids here for years! Service was always excellent. Until this evening when my daughter and I went in. We were at the topping station and a guy kind of came up super close to me. But my daughter was trying to get some toppings. She had taken one of the toppings off the spoon to try it and I corrected her saying she needed to pour all of them in her bowl and I told her not to put the spoon back in the place where she got it. Because I was going to ask for a new one. When this guy who rudely snapped at her and said don't put it back in there and I said I don't need your help thanks I'm her mom and I have this. Turns out he works there! And was super rude saying I work here and also have to make sure families don't get sick. Yogurtland is my favorite frozen yogurt shop. The only one I will go to. I love the fruit toppings and the caramel and chocolate sauces.

I love this place! Fun flavors, great toppings, and inexpensive! Next to a Panda Express and a Rubio's, it's your one stop trip for meal and dessert. I'm not a fan of tart yogurt which a lot of other places have. This place does a really good job of having just nice fruit/chocolate flavors with some unique ones. My most recent trip they had a grape sobert that was delish! They are often busy so seating might be difficult, although if you eat at one of the other places first, they don't seem to mind you continueing to eat some yogurt in their area. read more

We LOVE Yogurtland. Today we visited the Village of Orange location and it is FILTHY!! The floor is disgusting and doesn't look like it has been swept or cleaned in a while. My daughter dropped her spoon and when she picked it up it was cute Verdes in fuzz and hair. So gross. The strawberries look like they were cut last week. The chairs need to be replaced. Have a gift card that keeps getting denied even though the balance is still very high when you go onto their website to confirm there's still plenty of money on it. No manager on-site, won't help me get it resolved and this store told me, "it's not their problem" and to call corporate. Asked to talk to a manager to get it resolved as this was our 3rd time it was denied in this store and they would not put me in contact with a store manager or the franchise owner. Pretty bad customer service coupled with no supervision to help a customer that is just trying to use a valid gift card that they already received the money for. read more
