My least favorite location around . 3 of us came and they didn't have neither of the flavors that we wanted unfortunately . I frequent the Anaheim and garden grove stores even Tustin and Huntington when in those cities. This is the worse one I been to . 4 flavors were out . Not as many topping selections as the other ones and it was soooo messy outside and their trash cans inside were over flowing . We did go at 9pm so end of the night but it was just so gross and this area is so nice so I didn't expect it to be this badly taken care of . I wish I would have taken pictures but there were a lot of ppl sitting outside at the tables . There didn't seem to be enough ppl working . Only seen one employee. The tables were dirty and sticky . So sad to see a location not taken care of especially since a lot of ppls love to come here it seems . I won't be back to this location . I hope they are able to get this store up to standards . This is one of the YLs I have mixed feelings about. It's reliably here for us customers, the staff is always welcoming, the toppings bar is always clean and well stocked. On the other side though, their yogurt tends to be a bit more runny and the inside seating area is often dirty. I've usually visited during rush hour YL times, so I assume the machines are playing catch up with temperature.. Despite the yogurt being runny sometimes, I find that all or at least the better 90% of their machines are working and dispensing regularly. read more

Came here with my boys excited to try the new Toy Story flavors. Waited in line for at least 5-10 minutes while a group of kids and their parents ran around the store sampling multiple yogurts and touching things with their bare hands. No employees were anywhere to be found until it came time for the group to pay. While we waiting in line (about 20 minutes into our visit at this point) my husband my two boys and I were at the topping section. My five year old grabbed a strawberry while we weren't looking and put it into his cup, a male employee YELLED at my five year old telling him to not touch anything with his hands and to use the spoon ( multiple people in the store turned and looked at us) I tried to be calm about the situation but was extremely upset , even then we continued and paid our 31.75 for our yogurts. Young lady with glasses and bangs was insanely rude to my family and I. She was upset because my child rung the bell in the front near the scale and had a very smug look on her face approaching. When asked if she was upset she gave my children and I the scariest look and refused to serve us. This location will loose service because your employees are extremely rude and then double down when addressed. We got the plain tart and noticed that it lost its form quickly and didn't have the typical texture I've seen at other locations. I talked to a worker and he said that it was normal for it to look like that and tested it himself. By the time we walked back to the car, it was completely melted. On Friday May 24 I stopped into this location in Orange California. As I was nearing the check out to pay for my yogurt, I noticed a gentleman with his family verbally berating the young lady behind the counter with glasses. At one point I believe he had started the confrontation by harassing her about her appearance and the young lady was attempting to defend herself while he continued to argue and escalate things at her after she had warned him to stop. She eventually asked them to leave but not before the man further verbally threatened her by announcing he would report her to the owners. After leaving, myself and several other customers attempted to calm her down as she was clearly very distraught and shaken by the events. I'm sending this message to the owners of this establishment that the young lady didn't appear to any of us in the store to be doing anything wrong or worthy of his treatment. She did her job and defended herself. I believe it would help in the future for employees to have additional help from management when dealing with customers such as that. Came here on a Friday night at 8 pm ish. I was so surprised how clean it was. I hate it when the machines are gross and full of froyo. However, this place kept clean at 8 pm! Wow! Yogurtland has great tasting flavors! The plain tart is always my favorite, but I really enjoyed the chocolate ice cream flavor as well. I think their flavors hit the mark on what they are supposed to taste like. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the yogurt was runny at this location, and was pretty melted by the time I paid. The tables were also not very clean, and I had to wipe it down myself. They also had run out of napkins at the counter, so I had to ask the employee for some. All the flavors were available. I put two in a cup: espresso and chocolate-peanut butter. The fruit toppings all looked fresh and plentiful but I went with some of the sweet toppings. I'm one of those people who you think just got a little frozen yogurt to go with the toppings. After paying (very reasonable) we ate outside. Our go to location, however this time we didn't have a pleasant experience. My child accidentally put the spoon in her mouth, I quickly took it away before she put it back in the candies. I understand this is frustrating but at the end of the day she is a kid. I did correct her and made her apologize to the employee. Husband and I each got some frozen yogurt tonight. Once we got home, my husband tried his (peanut butter cocoa) and said it tasted absolutely foul. I tried a bite and had to spit it out immediately. Not only did it taste foul, it smelled like very sour milk. I took it back to the store and asked for a refund. The employee helping me was very nice and processed the refund. Another employee was laughing and pretending she was just "coughing".... However, I am extremely perturbed that nothing was said about checking that flavor in the back or trying it themselves to make sure they don't continue to serve SPOILED frozen yogurt. I would highly encourage the manager of this store to go over food safety with their employees and just plain old common sense. I've been bringing my kids here for years! Service was always excellent. Until this evening when my daughter and I went in. We were at the topping station and a guy kind of came up super close to me. But my daughter was trying to get some toppings. She had taken one of the toppings off the spoon to try it and I corrected her saying she needed to pour all of them in her bowl and I told her not to put the spoon back in the place where she got it. Because I was going to ask for a new one. When this guy who rudely snapped at her and said don't put it back in there and I said I don't need your help thanks I'm her mom and I have this. Turns out he works there! And was super rude saying I work here and also have to make sure families don't get sick. My most recent trip they had a grape sobert that was delish! We LOVE Yogurtland. Today we visited the Village of Orange location and it is FILTHY!! The floor is disgusting and doesn't look like it has been swept or cleaned in a while. My daughter dropped her spoon and when she picked it up it was cute Verdes in fuzz and hair. So gross. The strawberries look like they were cut last week. The chairs need to be replaced.
