I wanted to take this time to share my amazing and flawless experience on a mobile order I had made at this location. I won't get into the quality or the drink because we all know what Starbucks taste like. I feel we know what we get into once we have placed the order so I won't be rating that. However I would like to highlight John who did a phenomenal job on customer service experience even though it was such a short engagement period. Upon arrival I can tell there were busyness and drinks that are still being made. The environment was pretty lively to say the least. However, John immediate asked for my name and saw that my name is on their system and is currently being made. He quickly made it and I swear within minutes he called my name and the way he called it felt personal and organic. Not just a typical calling name and looking elsewhere. This is the worst Starbucks in California don't ever go there. The manager that works at night is a horrible person and has horrible customer service don't ever get a frappe. She don't know how to make the drinks ripe. She has an attitude. What a super friendly and fast Starbucks! I placed a mobil order on a busy weekday morning and was warmly greeted as I walked in for my pickup. They must do a lot of mobile orders - there were so many in the works and awaiting pickup! I'm advocating for the café experience at Starbucks and this location is a good example of that. There's ample space, with tables and seats...no lounge chairs but still. The barista's were friendly and looked like they were happy to be there and be of service. I ordered the usual (got it pretty quickly) and found a table to have my coffee and do some reading(for work). There is no drive through...of course they do constant mobile order fulfillment for those who don't want the café experience. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I am usually stopping in on my way to work and have my toddler with me. I would usually be deterred by a location that doesn't have a drive thru, but I go out of my way to walk into this store because of the fantastic customer service. My drink is always ready quickly, and the staff are all very friendly. Even if they don't recognize me, they act as if they do! They will also often write messages or add stickers to the drinks, which makes for a nice personal touch. The quality and service is consistent and I will continue to walk into this location, despite the lack of a drive thru, for the customer service I receive. read more

Bri is the worst and most incompetent employee at this Starbucks location. Made a mobile order that was estimated to be done by 12:13pm. Didn't get my drink until 12:49pm because Bri likely gave the drink to the wrong customer. I checked in with Bri to see if my drink was ready and she said it was not ready yet. 20 minutes pass and she finally said she didn't see my mobile order or name anywhere and then proceeded to make other drinks after I showed her my receipt for my drink at the right location. Thankfully Jonah was there and made my drink accordingly. Jonah also mentioned he saw my mobile order but was not sure what happened to it. There has been a lot of inconsistcy lately at a variety of Starbucks when it comes to the SB Double Shot on ice. My most recent visit here I was surprised that it was actually done right. Why because hardly anyone makes them right. I also picked up some Passion Tea Lemonades with Raspberry instead of classic for the Mister and his friends. They were very happy with their drinks too. With COVID they require masks. However there was a woman in the waiting area without her mask yaking away on her phone. Nobody said anything. More COVID no self serve condiment bar. I have to say I'm a little disappointed that when I ordered my free birthday drink and it even states it on the drink tag that no one said anything when I came to pick it up. I have seen that this particular Starbucks, despite being close to me in proximity, is not as friendly or personable as others. I always order from this location for multiple reasons but today just added an extra little smile to my day. I love this location One they ALWAYS have everything I'm looking for which as of lately is my pumpkin cold brew and impossible breakfast sandwich. They never run out here and this place is always busy, which as a supervisor myself, tells me one thing. That the team here are on top of their inventory and usage. I love seeing an efficient team run the store like that. Two, they ALWAYS get my drinks right, it's never an issue of "this tastes different from what I normally order". The consistency at this store is superb. Three, the customer service I have gotten here is also top of the line. I always order in advance because I don't like to wait in line or stand around. Never have they messed up an order, and never have they made me wait past their promised time on the app. Now the reason I am writing this review today seems really simple but it's the little things that matter. This was my first time visiting this particular Starbucks. It was a Saturday morning around 9:10am. There was a bit of a line, but the wait wasn't long. I only came for a breakfast sandwich, as I had already had my coffee for the morning. This location delivered my hot sandwich faster than any other location I have been to and ordered the sandwich from. I did see other food orders coming out, too.
