It can get crowded at times by the front door. I recommend that if remodeling is ever done have the register further away from the doors. Also get auto doors to be more inviting for handicap patrons like AmPm has. Just a suggestion. Im not handicap but I see how that could elevate the establishment. Have you ever tried their Pizza. Ready in about 5 minutes and honestly rivals Domino's and Pizza Hutt. Delicious and fast. I'm not speaking of the single slice but instead of the whole pizza. Just once I want to walk into a 7-Eleven where all the drink flavors are working. Something is always out of order, and this 7-Eveven didn't disappoint. I don't know what flavor it was, but one of the soda flavors had an out of order sign on it. With that, this 7-Eleven is much cleaner than the others in the area. Granted, it's newer, but it's nice to see that someone might be actually taking care of it. While I didn't get any hot food, it looked fairly fresh, which is also unlike a lot of 7-Elevens. The workers were very friendly. I'm so happy when they remind me to enter my phone number to get the points. My last visit (to another 7-Eleven) my Slurpee was free! Gotta love it. read more

If they are in a break, it would be helpful to place a sign letting people know how long they will be gone since this is the nearest 24 hour store next to the gym! For some one that works graveyard shift, let me tell you this is very unprofessional and a waist of time for the people waiting outside in the cold! Very disappointed! read more

Every time I seem to go into this store I always find the following: 1. They have only one muffin in the display case. Not two, not three, but just one. I believe that it is the same muffin every week, but no one has purchased it. 2. They never brew new coffee unless someone asks them to. The 7-11 by my work is always more proactive in brewing coffee. This 7-11, however, seems to always run out resulting in me having to create a Frankenstein coffee drink of different flavors with coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup. Yuck! read more

Why would you give this place a 5-star? So no, it's not ugly. And no, it's not got some rude attendants or cashiers. But 5 stars? Yes, it's true. NO liquor in this joint. I think that is appropriate since there is an elementary school near by. And you could get liquor at Albertsons if you really need it. I just like that this place is clean, has lots of coffee options and the regular gourmet food choices. Try their taquitos that have been rolling around for the last 2 days. I would like to say I am extremely disappointed at the service at 7-eleven. I went in with my Service Dog and was asked to leave by the employee Miguel. I asked him to call animal control or the OPD to verify I have an actual service dog and the employee Miguel said he was to busy and had no time to make the call. He told me I had to leave because my dog was not a service dog and had no vest, I told him service dogs do not need a vest as long as they carry their license which my dog has from animal control. My service dog did not cause problems we only about 3 steps into the door when we where asked to leave. I made a complain with the corporate office of 7-Eleven and did hear back from Sandy the district manager but never gave me a explanation why I was asked to leave even after I told her there is no visable signage to no pets or service dogs allowed. Sandy said it was a mistake since 7-Eleven has no experience with service dogs and requirements "REALLY"!. Sandy sent me an email which I replied back and after I called her back she ssid she had to send me an email to show the complain ticket was closed. I find this disappointing and unacceptable. Its ashame a corporation like this treats people with disabilities this way. read more

Wow finally a 7-Eleven semi-close to me!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the signs & banners 2 weeks ago driving down Tustin Ave.! To me its the only thing keeping this center somewhat relevant since everything seems so old & run-down. KFC is across the way along with IHOP. It's one of the cleanest 7-eleven's I've been to! The one on Katella is darker & dirtier. This one is big and the employees stay on top of the store so its never a sticky hot mess by the coffee areas. I really like the staff, they greet you & are friendly. They don't seem like their pained or dead like a wallpaper -_- . I enjoy the big selection of drinks & fresh cream for the coffee! When I'm not in HB I'll be going to this one all the time!! ^_^ read more

I drive alot for work so I've been to a lot of 7-11s in the socal area and this is one of the nicer ones. Always clean and well stocked, workers are friendly, and tons of parking in the giant lot. I've noticed an inconsistency in the temperatures of the coolers in all the different stores and I suppose that's to be expected but this location has ICE COLD coolers and always have a great selection of Arizona teas(my favorite). BEWARE OF PRICES AT THIS LOCATION. I went in to buy an item. The price indicated said "2 for 'x'" and I TRIED to buy 2 of that item but was actually charged more. When I pointed it out to the guy working he walked with me to the back and I showed him. THINKING he'd either change the price or take the sign down, he did NOTHING!!! Just stood there and said "Oh!" Some customer service!!! I will NEVER go to this location again. And I'm warning you to double check prices and ask if you seem overcharged!!! Seriously, although it may be only $1 more...if this location is cheating 10 people, that's $10 extra they're making! Think about that! My friends and I frequent this 7/11 about once a week for beer and snacks. We like every clerk in there but we specifically always get excellent service from Enrique. He is one of the nicest employees I've ever met at any store and he's always very lively even during the late hours of the night dealing with customers doing last minute alcohol runs (like us). I really appreciate his service and I think he deserves a raise. We specifically go to this 7/11 so we can run into him and have a good chat! read more
