i only have one word. ATROCIOUS. i've been going to this starbucks location for years and yet their service is still horrible. i went today and i ordered two warmed butter croissants and a warmed dubai chocolate bite. the dubai chocolate bite was still in the packaging and the croissants were literally cold. when i tell you cold not room temperature. cold. i also ordered two pink drinks. two different shades of pink by the way. i took a sip of one of them and it was straight coconut milk. this has been going on forever. We've been going to this Starbucks location forever but my husband has been having issues with the service as to taking a long time for his coffee to get to him. Why a customer gotta sit there for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. And the severs are nasty specially a Spanish worker man tagless. Who's usually there Sunday mornings. Long hair and beard. This has to be my favorite Starbucks ever! There's a drive through which is a nice change from the Starbucks further north. This location is super spacious with plenty of seating and PLUGS! I'd especially recommend this location for getting work done since there is plenty of room so you don't have to worry about it being over crowded The baristas are all super friendly and I've never had an issue with any of my drinks. Half the time I order ahead on the app and my order is always ready by the time I get there. They also tend to have better things on sale here compared to other locations. For example today they had S'well bottles on sale for $10.49 + tax that are originally $40+!!! This is the closest Starbucks to my job so I'm grateful that it's pleasant here. read more

It's really sad. It's a beautiful space, open and clean - but the counter service is awful. The music is club level loud. I had poor service, then I've had rude - it was rude here. Drink was made correctly but the continual "we don't have that today" makes it hard to order food. read more

I come to this Starbucks pretty often. Mainly the drive thru. The service is normally exceptional, however I noticed on many occasions at the drive thru and inside when a drink is not made to your liking the baristas (some) are not very pleased to remake a drink. Given the price for espresso drinks are very costly I could only assume the barista would have no problem remaking a drink. It is very noticeable that in that moment the baristas are making astringent remarks. I expect a lot better especially because the service here is normally exceptional. read more

THIS IS THE BEST, I TELL YOU BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! I used to come here with my grandpa all the time for a "pick me up", but I recently moved so I don't get to see my grandpa much anymore unless we visit. (Which is like 8 hours away) But, when we do visit (usually for holidays) we always make sure to stop here and visit where we made so many memories being together. Drive thru staff is always so rude. They rush to get your order out of you like they're on a time crunch. I understand working a fast paced job but these people need to lighten up. Let me teach you about professionalism yes it's Starbucks but you can move up in places like these and that mind set will set you back a lot. Treat your position as if it is the only thing you got. SO SLOW! Baja Fresh was faster(they are always on point). I ordered my food and drinks a minute apart. I have put mobile orders through and given them AMPLE time to fulfill them (more than 10 minutes) & 90% of the time, I show 20 minutes later and it is STILL not ready. Like today. 2 drinks and they were not ready 20 mins later. 6 employees floating around back there. I'm sure drive thru people had theirs faster. That's what I'll try next time! II k now it's the Christmas rush and all but I started my shopping and wanted to end on a good note with a coffee from Starbucks. Stopped in here yesterday on my way to the Beach. Nothing different about this location compared to the others.I feel there are Abit over priced for fresh brewed coffee or even the raw beans. I am a lover of the good stuff,don't mind paying for it. Smaller type of Starbucks , but there are video cameras all over it. Given that it is located in one of the worst towns in the area, I can only assume that this is a high crime or violence location. The workers here are like machines. There were about 6 people in front of me, and I was in and out of there in less than 5-7 minutes. They spelled my name correctly, which is a big plus. You wouldn't believe how many variations I have seen of the name 'Danielle' on my cup. They were friendly and super proficient...I am pretty sure I was greeted by each and every worker/barista, and maybe even a customer or two!
