I enjoyed having a breakfast sandwich for lunch. I ordered the Bacon, Gouda & Egg sandwich, which was decent. The Cappuccino was also good, as usual. The service was quick, and the atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and spacious. read more

i only have one word. ATROCIOUS. i've been going to this starbucks location for years and yet their service is still horrible. i went today and i ordered two warmed butter croissants and a warmed dubai chocolate bite. the dubai chocolate bite was still in the packaging and the croissants were literally cold. when i tell you cold not room temperature. cold. i also ordered two pink drinks. two different shades of pink by the way. i took a sip of one of them and it was straight coconut milk. this has been going on forever. STEP IT UP STARBUCKS!!!! read more

Addy is a superstar! My mom struggled with ordering her drink and she stepped in like a champion. We were incredibly impressed, and grateful to her. Can't wait to make this our new standard Starbucks location. read more

Emma was working the drive through window and what amazing service. She was so fast, kind, and understanding if I could give her more than 5 stars i would!! read more

We've been going to this Starbucks location forever but my husband has been having issues with the service as to taking a long time for his coffee to get to him. Why a customer gotta sit there for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. And the severs are nasty specially a Spanish worker man tagless. Who's usually there Sunday mornings. Long hair and beard. Won't be coming to This place anymore. read more

It only take one to spoil an experience as a customer. They are slow and only call certain people when their coffee is ready. Bad service slow service maybe there selective to certain people, yet we all pay the same price. read more

Drive through only! No Mobile orders or sitting...very hard to get to as well. Avoid this location if possible. 25 minutes to get a coffee! read more

Starbucks - Long Line - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Ocean Township, New Jersey

Nice big Starbucks. Menu is standard. While the quality is consistent, their drive thru makes them frequently overloaded rendering service slow. read more

Eh I don't get the hype. This is by far the busiest location I have ever seen. The line is insane

This has to be my favorite Starbucks ever! There's a drive through which is a nice change from the Starbucks further north. This location is super spacious with plenty of seating and PLUGS! I'd especially recommend this location for getting work done since there is plenty of room so you don't have to worry about it being over crowded The baristas are all super friendly and I've never had an issue with any of my drinks. Half the time I order ahead on the app and my order is always ready by the time I get there. They also tend to have better things on sale here compared to other locations. For example today they had S'well bottles on sale for $10.49 + tax that are originally $40+!!! This is the closest Starbucks to my job so I'm grateful that it's pleasant here. read more

It's really sad. It's a beautiful space, open and clean - but the counter service is awful. The music is club level loud. I had poor service, then I've had rude - it was rude here. Drink was made correctly but the continual "we don't have that today" makes it hard to order food. read more

No longer the "A" team working here. Different people every time I visit and extremely inconsistent drinks. Worst was when i was given stale coffee, which I've never ever had before from any Starbucks worldwide. read more

This was a nice Starbucks in a strip mall and it provided an option of "one for the road" as we were leaving Asbury Park. The drinks were great, the staff was friendly, the store was clean and parking was easy. What more can you ask for? read more

I come to this Starbucks pretty often. Mainly the drive thru. The service is normally exceptional, however I noticed on many occasions at the drive thru and inside when a drink is not made to your liking the baristas (some) are not very pleased to remake a drink. Given the price for espresso drinks are very costly I could only assume the barista would have no problem remaking a drink. It is very noticeable that in that moment the baristas are making astringent remarks. I expect a lot better especially because the service here is normally exceptional. read more

Staff is very friendly but the last 4 times I have gone there over the last month they have been out of items, can't make things with caramel, out of certain cake pops, 4 times! read more

Big with lots a seats. Service hit or miss like most. Super convenient prior to getting on the Parkway.

I have been thru this Starbucks at all hours of the day. Always a pleasant experience. In the morning they are all energy and fun which sets a great tone for my day. read more

Nice large Starbucks with clean accessible bathrooms. Music is just soooo loud I can't hear anyone. Lol. Friendly staff. Just turn the music down from an 11. =) read more

Great customer service. Mags was very friendly and helpful :)

Friendly Staff, every time I come in they have a smile. Super nice place to study or catch up with a friend. I come here about once a week and have never had any issues with drinks. Love the Baristas here! Even when they are busy someone always makes it a point to ask if my drink came out okay. read more

Why do they not have any refresher/tea drinks ??????? Can you block them out on the menu so I don't try to order 20 different things you don't have....,, read more

It's official... I love this Starbucks! These Baristas are the bomb! I have found my "go-to"! Thank you! read more

Starbucks are pretty hit or miss - either you get a super friendly staff or you get snobby rude baristas who screw up your order. Not sure of the barista's name, but he was super friendly and knowledgable about coffee. He made a perfect latte - the best I've ever had from 'bucks! :) read more

THIS IS THE BEST, I TELL YOU BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! I used to come here with my grandpa all the time for a "pick me up", but I recently moved so I don't get to see my grandpa much anymore unless we visit. (Which is like 8 hours away) But, when we do visit (usually for holidays) we always make sure to stop here and visit where we made so many memories being together. The drinks are always amazing as well! I always order the same thing, Strawberry Açaí Lemonade w/ no berries and light ice, they always make it so delicious! Stop by here sometime! read more

Ordered an Iced Latte with half and half, Instead I got a Half and Half with a spritz of coffee! This isn't the first time they overdid it with a drink!! And it wasn't ordered light either!!! read more

Drive thru staff is always so rude. They rush to get your order out of you like they're on a time crunch. I understand working a fast paced job but these people need to lighten up. I avoid coming to this location unless I'm in the area. The Starbucks in Oakhurst on 35 has much friendlier staff and they actually make your drink right. read more

Second time coming here and getting an attitude from one of the baristas. Let me teach you about professionalism yes it's Starbucks but you can move up in places like these and that mind set will set you back a lot. Treat your position as if it is the only thing you got. I don't come here for no one's attitude I come here to get my coffee and go to work. It's not necessary. Wake up and put a smile on your face. Learn how to deal with people. Or you will not be moving up the ladder honey. read more

SO SLOW! Baja Fresh was faster(they are always on point). I ordered my food and drinks a minute apart. I have put mobile orders through and given them AMPLE time to fulfill them (more than 10 minutes) & 90% of the time, I show 20 minutes later and it is STILL not ready. Like today. 2 drinks and they were not ready 20 mins later. 6 employees floating around back there. I'm sure drive thru people had theirs faster. That's what I'll try next time! Beautiful store but the service is terrible and most of them are RUDE . read more

Nothing I can say about the quality of the Starbucks coffee but the woman at the drive thru was very rude. I will never come back to this location again and I know Starbucks expects more of their employees read more

I fully admit it, Starbucks soy lattes are my favorite thing in life. The coffee is delicious without being too sweet. The oakhurst location is my go-to; establishment is clean and staff are typically quick. read more

I love starbucks and this location is so convenient but many employees here aren't friendly and often get annoyed with the customer. Was just ordering at the drive through when the employee screamed at me saying HOLD ON. Ok I'll hold on to the Starbucks that's further away read more

Wanted a decaf coffee at 12:30 pm. Was told there was none made and they would have to make a special cup for me and charge me more for it. Ridiculous read more

Awful service at this Starbucks ! Waited on line twenty minutes to be told they were cleaning the decaf machine parts ! How about you put up a sign so customers know ahead of time before being trapped on the drive through line! I was not even offered a free coffee cup card for the inconvenience ! read more

Smaller type of Starbucks , but there are video cameras all over it. Given that it is located in one of the worst towns in the area, I can only assume that this is a high crime or violence location. Get your coffee and RUN back to the car!!! Don't make eye contact with anyone loitering in the parking lot! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks by far! If I could give them six stars, I would. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. And there is plenty of room to sit and work. My only complaint is that the background music is loud and pervasive. read more

II k now it's the Christmas rush and all but I started my shopping and wanted to end on a good note with a coffee from Starbucks. What I got was very unexpected and I have never experienced anything like this. It looked like coffee grinds and food floating in it and this was just a white mocha latte. So sad I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Stopped in here yesterday on my way to the Beach. Nothing different about this location compared to the others.I feel there are Abit over priced for fresh brewed coffee or even the raw beans. I am a lover of the good stuff, don't mind paying for it. What is strange you can get the same else where for much less.It should be the other way around. nevertheless I got a cold brewed french vanilla coffee with two shots of espresso. O boy I was crazy for the rest of the day.lol I do like their election of sweet treats as well. Personally I don't have anything against them. Try it for yourself you might have a different view compare to mine. Respect! read more

The workers here are like machines. There were about 6 people in front of me, and I was in and out of there in less than 5-7 minutes. They spelled my name correctly, which is a big plus. You wouldn't believe how many variations I have seen of the name 'Danielle' on my cup. They were friendly and super proficient...I am pretty sure I was greeted by each and every worker/barista, and maybe even a customer or two! The location is extremely clean and not to mention very convenient to the practice I work out of. Thanks for the speedy service this morning, guys! read more
