I love Starbucks but not this location. Been here a few times but won't be back. The place is dirty. The bathrooms are filthy dirty. The area to add milk to your coffee is not maintained. I know this location is busy but that is not an excuse for lack of cleanliness. Hopefully someone from corporate will read this and address these issues. read more

In general, I'm not a fan of their normal coffees. I do however like many of their speciality, hand crafted drinks. That said, this location has gone progressively downhill. Though there are individuals that shine, overall the customer service is not stellar, and in many cases disappointing. No matter how long it is suppose to make for an order, it is never ready when expected. Occasionally orders are incorrect as well. In recent past, this location has been closed by 5pm and/or on Sundays. For these reasons, along with some generally rude service in the past, the beat I could provide is a 2-star rating. read more

I am in no way shape or form a fan of Starbucks whatsoever I do not like the coffee I do not like their prices I do not like anything associated to Starbucks but it's right next door to one of the salons that I go to for spa treatments and several times I've had to go in there for drinks and food and such I've been here may be a total of six times and never had a problem I've never had to wait very long it's never too crowded except for after school and I was very grateful that I have left myself on there once and they hold onto it so I put a $10 bill in their tip jar it's nice to see that the employees are honest It was a brand-new 7S plus I didn't think I would ever get it back Five stars for great service Yes really disappointed my son now he went in there with his father and wanted a unicorn frappuccino for some God awful reason you couldn't pay me to drink one of those things are you kidding me? I moved to the town about a year and a half ago and they were by far the best starbucks; everything about this starbucks made that atrocious parking lot worth it. the staff was friendly, mobile order was quick, and drinks were perfect. fast forward one year and they hired new staff and they plain out suck. don't rely on mobile order unless you put it in 2 days ahead. when your drink is FINALLY ready, assuming you didn't have to inquire about it, something is missing or wrong. if your drink does come out okay, it's a sloppy mess--coffee all over the cup or lid not on correctly. oh and the friendliness left with the old workers. read more

I go to this Starbucks at Nutley almost everyday for last few years. It's a great place to be when you would like to browse or study or mingle. Although they have a small parking but I did not have any problem finding a space since I usually go there after 8 pm. But Baristas are great and friendly. This is my Go-To Starbucks because it's close by and I don't usually have to wait long for my orders and the staff is Generally friendly. Like the other comments say, parking lot is very small and there is limited seating... especially once after school hits because all the kids from the high school tend to just "hang out" here. I ended up getting there to pick up my mobile order before it was ready... and as I was waiting... the barista complained the whole time about how I wanted my drink (thinking I wasn't there yet I guess). I order my drink the same way all the time and people are able to make it accordingly. The Starbucks in Beijing, China even made it how I like it. Needless to say, my drink came out nothing like I ordered it... plus her attitude and comments while she made my drink was uncalled for. read more

I think this is one of my fave Starbucks locations (even if it doesn't have a drive-thru). The baristas are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Yet they are also quick and try to get you in & out as soon as possible. My drink orders have ALWAYS been on point and perfectly delicious. Tight parking (not really their fault) but the staff here crushes the line. They had one member taking orders from customers in line before they were at the register so the team could get started on your order faster. I frequently visit this Starbucks to get coffee when I need it. The staff is incredibly helpful and I don't recall a time where they gave me a hard time or messed up my order. Cute Starbucks, spacious on the inside and this location actually has outdoor seating, yay!! Downside, the parking situation can be a bit of a nightmare, especially if you're trying to head into this location during a Starbucks rush-hour. Yes... Starbucks has their own rush-hours. read more

I have to say the this is the most sensational Starbucks I have ever visited . The staff is courteous , polite and fulfill all my needs. The establishment is absolutely pristine . This was my first time here and it was pretty busy but the line moved quickly. I ordered my usual which is a skinny vanilla latte. The first sip I took I was shocked on how bitter and tasteless it was. So I took another sip which confirmed it was a bad drink. I never send drinks back or complain about a simple latte but I just couldn't drink it. So I said something and Starbucks made me another drink with no problem and it was 100 times better. I'm guessing because of the amount of people they were rushing through drinks to get them out. I would come back here though; mistakes happen. read more

The baristas always get the order right, no matter how complicated it is or how many drinks we order. The only drawback is that the outside patio area is always dirty and littered. The tables are sticky and the ground is littered with garbage and cigarette butts. It could be a nice place to sip your drink if it was better taken care of. read more

The baristas here are really sweet and try to move as quickly as possible to get people in and out in the morning. The only major flaw with this place is that the parking lot is unbelievably small and you always feel like you're going to get into a brawl with someone because no one knows how to maneuver their car in that tiny lot. The staff for the most part is friendly, never a complaint. I'd have to say, I walked out half the time, I have been to this location because it just takes way too long for the line to move or the person in front is way too particular with their order and takes literally over 10 minutes... Parking is tight, I highly recommend not parking in front in the later hours because the distributors have to park their truck there. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have went to there was a young lady there today (Wednesday 6/27/18 at 6:42pm with blonde hair and glasses which claims she was the supervisor. She was very rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude for another employees mistake on my order. They way she was talking to me as if i made the mistake on my order which I did not. She was very unprofessional and rude. I will be contacting cooperate as well. Her customer service towards me was no way to treat a customer. I am very disappointed and an unsatisfied customer. I will never go there again and will let everyone know on my social media about my experience as well as family and friends. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks I have been to! The baristas are all very nice and accommodating to my special requests for drinks. They also put up with me needing an extra minute to decide on my drink and are always patient with me! Couldn't be happier! The only downside is the parking but that is something I have no problem looking past considering how lovely and personable all the baristas are! read more

I was at the Nutley Starbucks on 2/28/15 late morning around 11:30 a.m. The place was busy due to no parking in the lot. The lot was dirty with trash as it has been for a while. Service was fine. As I waited for my order, I noticed a thick layer of dust on top of the coffee machines and counters. I looked over at the station where the sugar and milk, etc. is - filthy. I looked in the display case where sandwiches and salads are - filthy. The floor - filthy. Behind the counter the countertops and front of the refrigerators - filthy. Dirt and grime build-up - EVERYWHERE. I have been going to Starbucks for over 15 years and this one is just minutes from my home. I was disgusted and disappointed. I don't think I will ever go back to the Nutley Starbucks again. read more
