I am super bummed to write this review. I actually wrote this Starbucks location first review over 2 years ago when they opened and I gave 5 stars and wrote a novel of my satisfaction. However, this is the Starbucks I frequent as its on my way to work and for the last 1-2 months it has significantly gone downhill and hasn't improved. I am a big user of the mobile app and ordering ahead of time when I leave my house so I can quickly pick up my coffee with a quick stop on way to work. It takes me 8 minutes from my driveway sitting in my car to get to this Starbucks. The app always says 1-3 minutes or 3-5 minutes or sometimes even 5-8 minutes for a wait time. Perfect right? Ya I wish. Instead, it ends up taking them usually around 12-20 minutes to make my drink. I show up after 8 minutes then join the line of people waiting for mobile orders with no mobile orders sitting there for anyone to pick up yet. I don't know the deal. I don't know how they manage the app but you would think they would never put anything under a 10 min wait to get some more accuracy. So, my advice is... expect long lines coming here and if you use the mobile app don't listen to the wait time instead order knowing you are going to wait at LEAST 10 minutes but probably more like 15. Also- if you use mobile ordering and make a special request like no ice in your cold brew, they probably aren't going to listen as they don't get it right with my orders. Expect errors. If I was the manager of this Starbucks I would start by investigating the mobile app ordering system and accommodating to more reasonable wait times. People will be understanding if there is wait, when it is clearly communicated. It is when people are misled that they become upset. Also- to the employees- I know you are busy, but take the extra 5 seconds to read the order in its entirety before making it. To have to wait a long time (when promised earlier) for an incorrect order is really disappointing. I hope I can give a better review in the future if improvements are made. read more

The worst Starbucks in the fishers area. I always avoid going here unless I absolutely have to. They're the slowest location and constantly have a backlog. Today was the first day I've been back in months and the app said a 4-7 min wait time and I waited well over 20 min along with many others who ordered via the app. I won't make the mistake of going to this location ever again. The Olivia location or Olio Rd are way better locations to visit. read more

Never got my double espresso after twenty minutes so I had to leave without it. I was third in line at cashier on a Saturday morning just after 9:00. After a few minutes I noticed about 20 more people coming in who must have ordered via the app. I would have appreciated a warning from cashier of the extensive backlog. I dont know what has happened to this location over the past few months, but this has gone from a great location to one to avoid. I live about 5 min away, and we have been coming here once or twice a week since they opened. But something has happened there. They are out of one thing or another every single time. Consistently. At first I thought it was covid related. But the Starbucks over the bridge on Olivia is never out of anything. This has been happening every visit for the past few months at least. Sometimes I will pull up to the drive thru in the early afternoon on a week day to find a hand written sign propped up in the lane that says "Closed until 3pm". Drive down the road to the other Starbucks and of course they are open. A few times when I have been told they are currently out of white chocolate syrup/Almond milk/peppermint/2%milk take your pick, I have asked why and was told by the batista that "nothing came on the truck." I have a strong suspicion either management has changed at this location or there is something going on with management here because it is truly a mess here. The next nearest location is over the bridge about 2 miles away on Olivia Way. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just go there. I have given up on the Campus Parkway location. read more

I rarely do reviews for Starbucks. Love the coffee and usually have decent service. Not many bad experiences but nothing super special that jumps out at me. This past Sunday I came in on my way to church and Bre helped me. She was super attentive, asked me how my day was, and offered some water since I only ordered a croissant. We mobile ordered at 10:58 and were still waiting for our drinks at 11:30. The app also said it would be ready in 3-6 minutes, so we ordered when we were that far away. We have never had to wait that long for drinks at any other location, no matter how busy it was. The cashier did give us gift cards for a future visit, but only for $4 even though the drinks we ordered were over $5. They seemed to be solely focused on the drive through orders, with multiple people making those, and only one person making orders in the store. We ended up leaving without our drinks and were late to church (that's 2 minutes down the road). From now on, we'll be going to a different location that we know can make drinks in a timely manner. read more

Apparently this is the only Star Bucks that changes their hours daily. Also half the time when they do decide to be open they are out of things. I mean call me crazy but I would think that a coffee place would be open in the mornings but today they decided not to open till 1:20pm. Very frustrating when you take the time to drive there in the morning. But the past several times I've been there it has been terrible; one time I literally waited for 20 minutes in line before having to leave for a meeting. And twice recently I have placed my order, only to get up to the window and after waiting found out they were not able to fill it and I had to get something else. I become a Starbucks junkie during fall every year (pumpkin chai, yum!) but experiences vary by store. Today I went through the drive thru with my almost 2 year old and 3 month old, and neither was very happy. I always feel bad when that happens, (because I'm sure it's loud in those headsets!) but today the partner working the window was so kind and chatted with me while I waited about her own kids. Third time I've had mobile order wrong or not ready. Saturday morning 11/3 NINE employees NINE and no one at the front ordering. Me waiting for them to finish mobile order and employees busy socializing with two drive thru employees doing all the work. Get in the car and the dark roast is clearly pulled before it was done brewing. Pull lid off and see it's a dark brown with the cream in it. Employee should have known something was wrong. Turn around, come back, ask for the manager who is STILL BUSY socializing. Meanwhile drive through is 8 cars deep because it's a Saturday morning at 8:00. Anyway, I tell her my order is wrong she gets me another dark roast and I mention the hassle and all she says is "I'm sorry" and NOTHING. Just stares at me. They need to re-evaluate management. Anyway expect a hassle and poor customer service. Never written a negative review in yelp but three times and it is a pattern for me just letting others know if you're commuting use the Starbucks at Olivia dr a mile away. Way less hassle Ok I'm back. One year later. Mobile order was 10 Minutes late, bantam bagels were frozen. Dark roast was obviously pulled before done brewing AGAIN. Gritty and bitter. I was so happy when this location opened because it's closer to my house than the one across I69. However, each time I stop by this location, I am disappointed. From slow service (which I can understand at times but not during slower times of the day) to my usual order not tasting the same as every other Starbucks I go to. Tonight we went through the drive through and after leaving my fiancée tasted his drink to find the coffee tasted burnt. Not the end of the world. We just went back to have it remade. The problem was the way he was treated when going back in. The woman working argued with him about the drink and then huffed while telling a coworker to remake the drink. There was no apology for having to come back and he the employees acted annoyed with remaking the drink. We will take the extra 5 minutes to go to another Starbucks next time. read more

I had the happy hour on my phone. I guess today they were doing cold refreshers, teas, and lemonades on the happy hour. Okay, well I still needed a cookie crumble cream Frappuccino. She then very loudly, in Drive speaker, repeated that I cannot use the happy hour. Yes, I understand that. I still need to order one. Very short, only car in Drive thru at the time. 2 dragonfruit drinks, the cookie crumble frap. She handed my order to me. It was a caramel Frappuccino, not a cookie crumble. The drink set in the counter for at least another 3 minutes before she walked back up there. As I read previous reviews, I saw a lot of chatting and standing around by a few employees.
