My husband and I go to Starbucks daily, but after my experience today on 5/4 at 9:08am we will not be returning. I walked in to pick up a mobile order and stood at the counter without any acknowledgment. A white woman came in after me, and Sophia, the barista making hot drinks, immediately greeted her with "Welcome in" and asked if the drink she had just finished was hers. The woman said no, and I had to speak up to say it was actually mine. Sophia then placed the drink down without saying anything and walked away. The lack of professionalism was disappointing, but what was more troubling was the clear difference in how we were treated. Whether it was conscious bias or something deeper, it felt dismissive and racially charged. Regular customers should never feel invisible, especially in a place that claims to value community and inclusion. Do better! read more

Disgusting Iced Coffee. It tasted like water down bitter left over from the bottom of the pot that they've been saving up all day because they ran out of the regular delicious iced coffee. I know what your iced coffee tastes like and this wasn't it, thanks for wasting my drink cause I had to throw it away. Luckily they're like a dozen Starbucks around the area so I don't have to go to this location anymore yay! read more

I happened to be in Noblesville on business and stopped in here for the drive home. The seating area is smallish but comfortable. The cashier rung up my drink wrong. (I use my own cups.) Had we known about the reviews for this place, we wouldn't have ordered anything. We put in our order for our for small drinks @4:10 according to the sticker on the cups. (My husband did order a pour over which should have taken about 5 minute, at around 4:30 we had Just gotten out four small drinks. Before that happene. I had already said to my husband, we just need to ask for our money back. He asked the guy how much longer on our drinks. The guy Couldn't tell him. Not long after that, my husband let the guy know that if they didn't hurry up with our drinks, we were going to ask for our money back. The guy says nothing to my husband, only holds up his own finger with one of our drink stickers. Before all was said and done. They guy let my husband know they were out of the coffee he had asked for. My tea ended up be wrong. I ordered a green tea. I didn't even think to check it till after it cooled enough to drink, that's when I knew something was not right. They insisted gave me mint majesty.) Customer Service was the worst, ( My husband watched the crew working, none of them were working as a team. They were all working independently instead. Cleanliness, I didn't walk through out the store, so I cannot say. Overall, I won't personally be going back for a while. Which is sad. The silver lining here is that my husband did call corporate, who did refund us, which we are thankful for. The district manager is to call my husband back, which we are thankful for. my husband I get this line of work has high turn over, I will be hones, if the cus service doesn't improve quick. more people may end up with the same taste I. If you are in a rush avoid this Starbucks unless you mobile order at least 15 minutes ahead of time, but do not even try the drive thru. Also avoid if you like your reusable cup because they will be sure to put the drink sticker that prints out right on it and it will ruin your cup. read more

We usually go thru the drive thru here. I ordered a venti Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel drizzle in the drink and on top. Needless to say, every time I decide to order here it's always the same disappointment. The drink consistency is just terrible. It's watery and lots of ice chunks in the drink. It always has a watered down taste and you don't taste any coffee or Carmel flavor. The extra Carmel drizzle is few and far between. They never can put enough on top if any. Usually this Starbucks is SO insanely busy. When I went today, I noticed they helped flow of traffic with some cones which is great! The barista who took my order and gave it to me was so nice. I asked for a medicine ball and she let me know they were out of one of the teas but had been substituting peach juice instead. I said that was fine and I'd try it. When I pulled up to the window, not only had she surprised me with a size up, she loved on my dogs and asked me to try the drink before I took off to make sure I liked it. Yuck. The sign says you're brewing blonde but no it's a pour over ! then on top of that she doesn't start the pour over and so I'm here 15 minutes waiting and waiting. Then the young lady is surprised I still wanted the drink I had already paid for!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I have taken a few minutes to read other reviews. Obviously I am not the only unhappy customer. I was given a $4 gift card. That might pay for another drink but not for the 20 minutes waiting in their store. This store makes me rethink my patronage of Starbucks! This Starbucks is consistently terrible. They're slow to make drinks even when not all that busy. Jura waited 20 min in drive thru with not that many cars. They couldn't even be troubled to shake my $5+ matcha latte with almond milk. See pic... it's tastes as horrible as it looks. Big chunks of matcha mix that are impossible to shake or mix with the straw in a car. Every other location I've been to uses the metal shaker to shake well. This place doesn't even try. read more

I think there is probably a good reason that this Starbs location has such low reviews, and I feel compelled to add another one. This specific location is an absolute mess in the mornings in many ways. The drive through line blocks any cars from parking or getting out of their parking spots. Too, when you order inside (as I usually do to avoid getting blocked in), the order will take 10-15 minutes almost every time. Would definitely not recommend this location. I regularly put in mobile orders, and it's usually an awesome process. However, this was not one of those times. I placed my order and waited 20 mins until I finally asked if my order was coming soon. She found my order at the bottom of a pile that she had forgotten about. The excuse was they were one person down, which I understand. I've worked in fast food, retail, and other customer service roles, I get it, but I also understand that even when you're short staffed, the show must go on. I'm sure the other people who were waiting for their drinks would rather hear the team come together and assure people they're doing their best instead of hearing the team complain about the person who didn't show up. In customer service, you can't show your frustrations to the customers, you just gotta push through. I really appreciate the complimentary drink, but I really just hope the team at that store can get some coaching on how to persevere when times get tough. read more

I am a Starbucks-aholic so when I think this location is bad... It's bad! Slow staff causes huge waits ... The drive thru is almost unbearable. I have been there 3x in the last week (visiting from out of town) and twice it has been painfully slow....and once they got my drive thru order wrong. Ugh. No one is paying attention and nothing is being done efficiently. Also the drive through is in a weird position -- you have to drive all the way around the building to get into line then all the way around again to leave. Combine that arduous journey with the sloth like speed they make your (wrong) drink and you can expect to spend an hour at this location! read more

With all the negative reviews, I thought I better give this place some love. I came here on a Monday afternoon when it was semi-busy. The cashier was very sweet and efficient, and my husband's and my drinks were made perfectly. The store itself seemed very clean and unlike other Starbucks locations, there was plenty of parking.
