Strawberry açaí and matcha lemonade

Walked into this store and was greeted by the barista. The store could have used a quick sweep and wipe on the tables and all of their table chargers were down which was sad because my phone dying. BUT!! They were swift and quick with my order and made our drinks right (strawberry açaí light ice and matcha lemonade). The banana nut loaf was soft and they asked if i wanted it warmed. The unicorn cake pop my daughter had was so sweeeet but soft and fresh. Ambiance was nice. We sat in for dining and noticed a lot of people coming in. If you have a small dog I've seen people do a mobile pick up and walk in with them. Would come here again since it's close to the 90th street NYC Ferry stop.

I wish I loved this Starbucks but I don't. It's convenient so unfortunately I still go to it. They are often out of cold brew and often mess up on drink orders. Messing up is fine but the attitude from the employees is not. I have not had a positive interaction with any employee in this location.

The lone star goes to the nice female barista who actually makes the effort to get to know your name. Most don't bother to ask your name(although they DO to some other customers. Wonder what the difference is between the other customers and myself--I've been going at least three times a week). Half-assed effort results in a half-ass drink. This is the tall sized Frappuccino I received, only 70% full, missing the cookie crumble on top. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Dust and human hair in your coffee?

Every time I go into this place the line hardly moves and the place is filthy. They really need to get it together at this location. Better places for coffee around.

Basically like any other Starbucks. Nothing to write home about. Got a good americano with oat milk.

Quick service, a decent amount of seating, some outlets and Google WiFi makes this one a winner.

“So fortunately since my car is still drivable, I make my way to the Upper East Side and park in front of this Starbucks on 1st Avenue as it was the first available space I could find.”

Wanted to write this review based on the wheelchair accessibility and laptop areas…read more There are coffee shops in the neighborhood with laptop rules that say you have to sit at the high tables. Obviously as a wheelchair user, I cannot sit at the high tables, and when I have asked the staff for understanding, other places have denied me. Ines let me use my laptop at a wheelchair accessible table without any fuss. Mark was very gracious. When I asked, he said, "we will make an exception." I felt heard without advocating for common sense and I greatly appreciate the humility. Thank you!

The place is cute and small. They have good happy hour prices on wine. The food we tried wasn't…read moreso great. My friend had been here before and raved about the escargot and meatballs. The escargot was covered with pesto that tasted like the basil wasn't fresh. Also, I'm sure there was plenty of garlic because the restaurant smelled like it, but I would have liked more garlic in this dish. The meatballs were mostly bread (there may have been some meat). After we complained, the item was removed from our bill by our friendly, polite, and conscientious server. Note: This is a French restaurant, but they didn't have any butter for the bread.

They have a table to pickup preorders so you don't have to wait in the main line. I ordered a dozen for $39. You can select your assortment. Here's my review in order from the best to the least desirable, according to our group. Vanilla custard- the filling was thick and speckled with vanilla beans. It wasn't too sweet. This was the best according to our group. Strawberry filled- this is most traditional and Breads Bakery does a nice job. The jam is homemade. Pistachio- this doughnut was filled with smooth pistachio cream and was topped with a few pieces of pistachio. Not traditional, but they did a good job. Chocolate- the filling tasted like a semisweet or bittersweet cream/custard. Like the others, it was smooth. The vanilla was more popular among our group and I personally didn't love this doughnut. Mango- this was the one that those in my group felt missed the mark. It wasn't cloyingly sweet, so that was good, but the filling didn't do anything for us either. If you're looking for a mango dessert the one at Lysée is a real winner.
