For example, on my last visit, I did a mobile order for a iced caramel macchiato and it's almond milk, light ice, extra caramel drizzle, and for my cup to be lined with caramel sauce. When I got my drink, it basically tasted like espresso and almond milk only... there was BARELY any drizzle and the cup hadn't been lined with caramel sauce. When I went to ask the staff for extra drizzle and that I had that in my order, I got told that the drizzle melts pretty fast in drinks like these... I get this drink ALL THE TIME and have never had an issue nor have I been told the caramel sauce melted. Because clearly they don't wanna take responsibility for not paying attention.
