This is not easy to get to getting off the highway, especially if you are not familiar with the area. This location gets extremely busy with all the shops in the area and different events taking place nearby throughout the year. I've only been here once, and it was early in the morning before the shops opened - and it was very busy then too. I hope it stays consistent the next time I am in the area. read more

Lattes were very good but this mornings crew didn't know how to make oatmeal. Asked for steamed milk instead of hot water and half the amount. They gave us cold milk and still added water that was not very hot. Also was out of the mixed fruit topping so threw in the blueberries. Would love to rate higher because of the view but had we not called and put in a online order like we were going to do we wouldn't have known they weren't open at 6:30 on Sunday but 8 am as they informed us on the phone. I edited the google times to represent this. Though they should change the hours on the door. Update: went back at 730 after I got gas and I saw the parking lot security attendant who previously had checked to see if he could get in earlier when we were originally there and tried and couldn't was getting served coffee inside at the back door even though they now put up a sign that they wouldn't be open till 8 Side Note: the view no longer makes me want to rate higher as they have better staffed locations near by read more

This is a very nice Starbucks that's located on montage mountain. There is a drive-through for the Starbucks. They have everything on the menu that a normal Starbucks would have. The staff has always been fine with me I have never had an issue here with ordering. You can walk to the Starbucks from both of the hotels located on montage. There are seats outside. On most nice days people will be reading papers out at the tables. Overall. It's a good Starbucks I recommend to anyone on montage. read more

Would be 3.5 stars... Believe it or not, this location doesn't carry any Bistro Boxes. I've been to many locations, and so far this is the 1st one that I came across that doesn't carry any. I came in one morning to redeem my birthday reward in favor of that for lunch, but unfortunately I was told that they don't sell any. So much for convenience. I've been to this location a few times. The 1st one was in favor of lunch prior to my job interview for the company in this vicinity. My recent experience was just a simple take out of a toasted sandwich with my birthday reward prior to my lunch break. All other experiences in between were simply "sit-downs" for coffee drinks and/or casual lunches. I've had their peppermint mochas, which were always delicious. For lunch, I had their Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella Focaccia Panini (also includes spinach and basil pesto) and a slice of their Iced Lemon Pound Cake. When toasted well, the cheese is gooey and the sandwich is hot. Not bad for lunch on a cold day, and I got that sandwich with my birthday reward recently. The Iced Lemon Pound Cake had a tart lemon taste with a sweet icing on top. This location includes a drive-thru. The staff members were friendly and the place appeared to be clean. This is located in the "Shoppes At Montage" strip mall. Overall, a decent location that's convenient for those who work or visit nearby. read more

What I love about Starbucks is that the drinks are always fabulous and the same no matter what location you are in- not all coffee shops have their consistency. Don't really understand the negative reviews on this location. Perhaps these individuals were having a bad day and took it out on Starbucks. I am an out of towner and was staying at a hotel across the street and went here most mornings for a tea and some delicious banana nut bread. The people who worked there were kind and efficient. Hey I had to wait an extra minute or two if that ruins your day perhaps you should eat at home or prepare your day a little better, no need to take it out on these people who quite frankly I thought worked very hard. read more

This Starbucks is in a little shopping strip close to Akita and across from the SpringHill Suites. I've been inside but with the frigid cold weather lately, we prefer the drive thru instead. The drive thru is kinda hard to find; drive straight back to where it dead ends and make a left. The baristas are very good at their job, they have always gotten my drinks right and they are very quick. You guys will definitely be seeing me at last once a week. ;) read more

This was a nice Starbucks. Staff were lovely and they helped orient me to the area (I was here for a funeral) a good cut above the typical Starbucks in NY and NJ (see my other reviews). It is too bad about the view; the area is so downtrodden by the recession it would of been nice to have the positioning of all the shops and restaurants overlook the best view. Here in town visiting and this was the closes Starbucks to me. Came in for some brownies and unfortunately they were out, the barista which was delightful enough to give me a free drink which was awesome! First impression says everything! Terrible service. It took them ten minutes to make my tea. All they needed to do was put hot water in a cup! Slowest, most inefficient Starbucks I have ever been to. I go to this Starbucks once a year on my drive up to Massachusetts for the holidays. Every time I have stopped I have had a sub par experience...bad coffee, poorly made latte, etc. But today's lack of efficiency in making my tea, probably the most simple thing on the menu, was the last straw. I am not stopping here again. Will just go down the strip mall to the Panera. Not worth it!!! read more

At the drive through tonight with my kids and I pull up, the guy at the window says "sorry we can't take your order here because of the tornado that's coming". Cue my kids FREAKING out in the car. Yeah there's a tornado warning for the area but "the tornado that's coming"? Plus, they said if we wanted to we could come inside. Went to starbucks and ordered 14 drinks. It was for a buisness meeting. Waited 30 minutes while i saw the other people getting there drinks in 5 minutes or less. I asked the employees where my drinks were and got "Well i'm not sure I don't know what you ordered" from employee Jade. I told her my order number and asked one of the other baristas where my order was. She said they forgot about it. 15 minutes later and got 7 of my drinks. another 13 min and got my other 7 drinks. Got to my meeting and they incorrectly labeled all the drinks. Everyone got the wrong drink. Not to mention they were all watered down. Very poor job. read more

As a coffee lover I hold certain morals to the "bar" that has measured excellent coffee. Starbucks isn't that bar. Or that coffee. This was my opinion before I stopped here after lunch to pick up a tall blonde to go, before I ordered, as a patron I had one unbiased, unjudgmental question; What regions the coffees that Starbucks markets, actually come from. I simply and politely expressed that I did not want a Sumatra or any sumatran blend. The counter barista had no idea what I was talking about. Great location. I have stayed at the Marriott across the street a few times over the past year. I am a Starbucks gold member and have been to many across the world. This is consistently bad service. Seriously. It's hard to be this bad, this consistently. I was there Saturday and ordered an pineapple infused iced tea with extra ice. So clearly I wanted it cold! The tea must have been warm. There was very little ice when I got it so I had to ask for a cup of ice. I should have had them remake it so I kind of blame myself for accepting a sub-par $4 beverage. My bf ordered a coffee. They were out of allllll cups except for one size. Hard to believe. But really, they just don't seem to care at this location. read more

I ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato - it was far from Grande! It tasted like a coffee bean was dipped into luke-warm water. I can't comment on the quality of the Caramel since I was unable to taste even a hint of it in my drink. So if you like being served a luke-warm cup of brown water, then go ahead and stop at this store. read more
