Very busy on a cool Friday night in March. You can order inside, outside, and drive thru. At first we weren't sure if the inside was open because ppl were ordering at the walk up outside and it was cold but you can in fact go inside and order. We waited quite a bit to order. Not sure if they were prioritizing outside orders first. The cookies looked good as well at the coffee. We just got ice cream though. I really liked the coconut cream ice cream. I stopped in on a Monday morning thanks to a Discover NEPA promotion to try their coffee. I don't know about their ice cream, this was my first visit and it's January. I got in the habit of going to Picc's several times during the week . I love their strawberry sundae's ! One other thing is I love their drive thru ! It's don't have to leave my car to place my order or pick it up! lol I have to mention their employees !! They are soo nice ! Especially Dayla.!! She is the best ! We love Picc's. Almost always we go with the Hard Ice Cream. I'm not sure the total count but the variety of flavors and toppings available is CrAzY! So far all of the ice creams I've tried have been top notch. Favorites so far are the Cashew Cherry and the Cookies & Cream (probably the best cookies and cream ice cream I've ever had). They are available thru DD and maybe other delivery services and are almost always super quick. Great way to finish off an evening after a BBQ with a movie. read more

I've been going to Jitty Joes for years while visiting family in the area. We haven't visited in some years, so when we pulled up, I was skeptical. However, I was not disappointed. You still get a very good amount of ice cream for a very reasonable price. We fed a family of four for less than $12. (In Atlanta it would cost us $9 for two of us.) Ice cream was very good and the staff was very friendly. Even under the new management, this place can't be beat. read more

I gave this a shot and I'm sorry I did... It's run by a bunch of teenagers and the one that waited on me had a severely negative attitude... I asked a few questions, one of which was the prices of things since their entire menu has zero prices. You would have thought I had asked the girl the hardest question in the world. How can they not post their prices is beyond me. My husband and I both got soft ice cream, but it was terrible, it tasted more like ice milk instead of actual creamy ice cream. My peanut butter cup topping tasted stale. They also do not offer doggie bowls for my pooch like most ice cream parlors do. I really like this place. They serve awesome Italian ice for those who cannot tolerate milk and offer a pretzel stick with it. It's odd however that they ask if I would like one as if it's addictive! The salty crunch and cold smooth icy treat taste great together and they serve Electric City coffee! The attitude and extra service of their staff shows the pride they have in their workplace. One thing however that I was disappointed with is that I could only get coffee twice because they cleaned the machines already. I understand that many don't drink coffee after 8pm but they are serving electric city brew, which is the areas best micro roast so there needs to be a better plan . I'm a night owl and good friends don't let friends dunkin! That said I did have a cup tonight and they gave me a medium for waiting instead of a small and it was fresh coffee AND they made sure to let it finish it's brewing cycle!! This shows good training. Bravo! The Pina colada Italian ice was spectacular as well. It actually tastes like there's alcohol in it! We tried a banana split the other day and although it was amazing with fresh bananas it was too large. We asked for a smaller size up from but we're told they could only offer one size. Milk is not something I tolerate well and my wife could only eat a little so sadly we had to throw the rest away. Well we will just have to invite more people next time! One more thing. We noticed that the place was supposed to be closed as we ate our second order of Italian ice in the car when a truck pulled in as the crew was cleaning. They ended up serving them anyways! The 2 dollar bill is a legal form of currency. I was denied from using them. The one girl even ridiculed me for using them. The two women all together were very rude about the whole experience. I suggest they learn the basics on currency in general before you let them be able to handle it. I will not be returning. read more

This is the worst ice cream place in this whole world.. the service is almost as bad as the ice cream! The person serving me, Julia was her name, was extremely rude, sarcastic, and beyond arrogant. If I owned this place and was served like that I would fire her immediately. I do not recommend this ice cream place at all. Kays kreamery is right near burger king about 2 minutes away which is amazing has great service and I highly recommend it. DO NOT GO TO PICC'S!!!!!!!!!! read more
