The staff (inside) was quick and on the ball. I waited only a minute for my iced coffee. I drink DD coffee often and give it a 4/5. The blueberry wasn't as "strong" as I like but it was fine. The coffee wasn't burnt (I drink decaf, which is less popular and often "old" due to being less popular) which is my main concern. They have the "tap" at this location which is cool to see. The cashier was also very friendly, made a little small talk with me and she made sure she had my order right (I do something special). She also answered questions I had about the non dairy milk options. The line outside for cars was insane (13 cars deep!) but that didn't seem to be the fault of the staff. I ordered 2 hash browns and I watched the workers make it they made it and one of the bags of hashbrowns dropped on the fifths my table and they still put the gas browns back in the bag then gave it to me I quickly threw it out money wasted call the health department to shut down this Dunkin location poor communication skills and poor service read more

Dunkin' as they liked to be called now, is grossly overrated and is NOT the place it used to be. I do like the donuts and other items like coolatas, and some sandwiches, but their coffee is nothing special. Maybe just "okay" is good enough for most people, but not for me. Northern Lights coffee downtown Scranton has the best coffee in the area. It's across the street from the courthouse on Spruce. Now Dunkin' is swill compared to NL. The staff seems like they make a mistake every time I go there, no matter what location. I don't like to complain on food orders and seldom do, but if the coffee is undrinkable, I will ask kindly for them to remake it. When they have monthly or seasonal latte flavors, I get the impression that it's an inconvenience to make these drinks because they seldom get it right, too, too sweet, or much too much creamer. If Dunkin" got their shxt together it would be much better. I'm close to writing them off completely. read more

Middle of the road service at this Dunkin Donuts. I stopped in around 11am on a Sunday (so it wasn't busy,) and while the food/coffee I ordered was fresh, not one employee gave the impression that not only did they want to be there, but also that they wanted me there. Here's a tip: when you're loading food into the bag and you drop something on the ground, don't pick it right back up and put it into the bag and leave a few hash browns on the ground. An additional tip: certainly don't do it while the customer can see you do it. I'm thinking there's plenty of room for improvement/training at this location. read more

Wait in long lines cant go inside to pickup then they can't even correctly make a coffee as simple as 5 cream 5 sugar

I ordered through the app and went to pick it up. I ordered a coffee and pumpkin muffin. when I arrived 15 minutes later only the coffee was there so I said excuse me there was a muffin with this order. Both the manager and girl at the drive thru turned and looked at me and said nothing, so I stood there being ignored and wondering if they were out of them or if there was a problem with the orde. The girl from the drive thru walked past and went into a back room and came back to the drive thru again not acknowledging me so I said "is someone going to help me or are you both going to continue to ignore me" the manager turned around and with a very nasty tone snapped "I told her it needed icing" so I said to her for a manager you really have poor customer service skills all you had to do when I asked about the muffin was simply say it'll be a minute it needs icing instead of ignoring me the whole time I was standing here read more

This location is almost always on their A game in the morning, which is especially great when you're not a morning person. There is one woman who makes a vanilla chai over ice with the coolatta machine so it doesn't get watered down (everyone else makes it hot and dumps it over ice) and she is seriously my savior in the morning. Some of the guys aren't as great in the afternoon/evening but I can live with that because overall it's a great DD. read more

Perfect every time and even the 1 time it was messed up I was comped a free drink. Open 24 hrs. Pretty quick service even when packed.

every time i've come to this dunkin they've messed up my order. i just got a beyond breakfast sandwich and asked for no egg and no cheese which was printed on the receipt so i know they got the request and when i got home and opened my sandwich there was cheese on it. i would understand if they were busy but there was literally no line. i'm allergic to cheese so i had to throw it away thus wasting my money (which is usually how my experience here goes). also my bagel was burnt to sh*t. no wonder you have 2 stars, this is a recurring issue. everyone who works here is incompetent which is probably why they had to open a second dunkin a block away. i'll be going there from now. read more

Used to be my favorite Dunkin, now, every time I go there they are cleaning the machine that makes lattes. Different times of day, different days of the week. Must be the cleanest latte machine in the country. Today I sat at the window, watching my prepared latte getting cold, for 7 minutes while 4 employees watched 1 employee count money. I drove away without my beverage. I guess I'll go to a different Dunkin from now on, It's not like they're hard to find in Scranton. read more

Went there late night and ordered a tea. Asked for the water out of the hot chocolate machine because the one that they just let sit on the burner is sometimes cold. The woman was super rude and said multiple times "we aren't allowed to do that but I guess".......... After 2+ teas a day for over 3 years this is the first time I've heard any employee say that. read more

Terrible experience here. I'd never return here. Coffee was weak and sour. I asked for a cup of ice water and was told they only sell bottled water, and was told this rudely. For the cost of a paper cup, dunkin lost a customer for life! read more
