The citrus green tea frappuccino is great! I went non-dairy with soy and held the whipped cream.

I feel embarrassed that I have frequented this Starbucks for five years and have never left a review. This trend stops now! I started working in Mississauga over five years ago. I wanted to get a beverage at Starbucks, but the closest one by my office at the time was at the airport. It was tricky to drop my co-worker off at the terminal and circle around until she got our order. I would then pick her up and head back to the office. It was incredibly inconvenient! After doing some research, I found this location. I mainly use the drive-thru, but will occasionally go in to see what sandwiches and baked goods are available. Every barista that I have interacted with at this cafe is friendly and helpful. I had to ask one barista whether a wrap that she had recommended had any black pepper. At the time, I had a horrible cough and black pepper irritated my throat even more. She made the extra effort to read all the ingredients on the wrap before saying that it was okay for me to buy it. I loved that! The only downside is that the store often runs out of items that I want when I'm there at 6 pm. It's understandable that it's late in the day and items disappear. However, it's a 24-hour cafe, so it should be stocked more. Anyway, I like this location. It's even closer to my current office, so it's convenient to swing by for my tea or iced tea fix.

I would call this a "Starbucks Express". Sure it serves the whole menu in terms of drinks, but don't they all? The reason I would say this is an express location is the fact that there is very limited seating there. There may be about 2/3 small tables and a bit of bar table space, but that's about it. There is however a cafeteria next door in the gas station, but I wouldn't really go there to sip and enjoy a coffee (while watching people order subs from subway). On a good note they do have a drive thru... yet another reason to just order and get out.

I ordered the Southwest Steak Hash with Scrambled Egg Whites (4/5). The potatoes had a nice texture to them. They were crispy on the outside yet pillowy soft on the inside. I love the addition of the fried onions too. The steak, however, was not as tender and juicy as I hoped to be. The guac could've used some more lemon. The sauce was good with its flavour tying in the dish. It was creamy and delicately spicy. I asked for tabasco sauce for that extra kick! We were seated right next to the washrooms and right in front of the entrance of the kitchen which was unpleasant. Hence, why I deducted a star. I don't think they should even offer this table to customers. Our server was great. She was attentive and friendly, and she always took the time to check in on us and top up our coffees and water.

The only thing was the noodles was more vermicelli than the udon. I think next time I'll order it I'll get it for udon only. Definitely coming back here for the bakkutteh dish my other favourite!

The place was far from crowded when we showed up, and we were told to check out the menus and place our order at the front. We decided to share the House Special Sandwich ("Pork loin marinated with house special recipe, tomato, fried egg, cabbage and peanut butter") and the Malaysian Street Style sandwich ("4oz ground beef with a taste of M'sian spice, tomato, fried egg, lettuce and sweet & spicy sauce"). (I also got a milk tea to drink, and it was really good. Very rich but not too sweet.) The sandwiches were both excellent. They were packed with flavor and the various components all worked really well together. The Malaysian Street Style did flirt with being just a little too sweet, but it was balanced out with the other components. Everything was decently priced, too. The bill, with tip, came out to around 25 bucks, which is great considering the quantity and caliber of food we were given.

I went on a Saturday around 9:00 AM, and there was already a line of about seven people ahead of me. Since I was dining solo, I grabbed a seat at the kitchen bar, which ended up being a fun spot to watch everything happening. I ordered the mango mimosa and the wild blueberry pancakes. Mildred's has some of the best pancakes I have ever had. They were fluffy, flavorful and absolutely lived up to the hype. The mango mimosa was a little too sweet for my taste, but I would still love to come back and try more of their menu. The staff were friendly, although service was a bit slow to start. It took about 15 to 18 mins before I got water and was able to place my order. Overall, I can absolutely see why this place has such a great reputation. I waited over a decade to try it, and it was well worth the wait.

When dining in, you order at the counter, get a number, and they bring your food to the table. Breakfast items are available until 4 p.m., and after that they serve salads, bowls, and sandwiches. On my first visit, I had a hot chai latte with espresso and it was absolutely delicious. The second time, I tried the iced pumpkin spice latte and didn't love it. The pumpkin spice syrup is homemade, which is nice, but the flavor fell a little flat and the large glass was mostly milk, which overpowered the drink. For food, I've tried the egg sandwich simple but good. The spinach feta croissant was heavy on the spinach, light on the cheese, and even though I asked for it warmed up, it was still cold in the middle. Their bowls are very fresh, but I found them a little under-seasoned and could've used more dressing or a sprinkle of seasoning to tie everything together. Overall, it's a cozy spot with an inviting vibe (I love their "stay awhile" sign on the wall). I think it really depends on what you order and your personal taste. For some, the fresh and lighter options might be perfect. For me, a little more flavor and balance would make it great.

They have a small selection of beautiful pastries on display too. Their Omelette plates are made with fresh ingredients, well-seasoned home fries, and fresh bagels.
