I felt compelled to speak about the price of one of their drinks. It was just a regular energy drink like anything else and I decided to get light ice as I usually do not once have I been charged an additional two dollars for getting light ice. I asked them if this was an individual owner type thing because some of these are franchises because I've never been charged the two dollar charge anywhere else I've gone to. I just thought it was a bit cheeky and unnecessary for someone who is a loyal customer. I didn't have time to really fuss over it. It's not so much about the extra two dollars. It's the principal. If you advertise a drink for a certain price then that's what it is and trying to slip an extra two dollars on there and then have the audacity to ask for a tip on top of it. It's just a bit much. So now I'm sitting here with an almost $11 drink, which is insane to me. I'll stick to my normal Dutch Brothers along my route.
