When someone tells you that they have their own drink carrier do not proceed to hand them multiple drinks in your drink carriers when you can simply hand them a drink just like you normally would with someone who orders one or two drinks. I've been going to Starbucks with my own drink carriers for over six years, and over a year with this particular Starbucks, and I've never had an issue with someone handing me the drinks through the drive-through after I explained to them I have my own drink carrier and then you try to excuse it as if you're too busy. It takes you more time to fill up your own drink carriers then giving me the drinks as they're being past to you. Give me a break and do better. read more

They're fast with getting the drinks out but in one of my experiences that I've mobile ordered here the baristas will make fun of your mobile order while not knowing you're already inside the store. Another bad experience I had recently was that the lady at the drive thru called me annoying for asking a drink to be made kids temp and had an attitude when I wanted it made that way. I think this place has cleaned up its act. They're very efficient. I ordered a frap through the drive-through and by the time I drove up to pay, it was already DONE! I was the only one in the drive-through lane so I thought it was pretty fast. I've ordered inside also and I usually get 4 drinks at a time, the wait wasn't too bad either. It's quite average which is good, I don't need speed - I just need my drink order to be correct and they haven't failed me yet. But, as I said before, it does have a spacious layout and a reasonably good outdoor seating area. The offerings here are not unique (it is a Starbucks after all), but the baristas here are friendly and willing to make customer drinks. There are about four Starbucks within a few mile radius of this one, and I think I like this one the best. Why? The employees. It seems that they have a lot of employee turnover- its always new faces besides the older brunette that usually runs the drive thru weekday mornings- and while she is not the "overly jacked up on espresso" type that you usually get she is always on the ball. It's so hard to hate on Starbucks. I love Starbucks. They have consistently good quality food options and tasty fast coffee and drinks. THIS Starbucks location however manages to consistently serve attitude with their incorrectly made beverages and cold breakfast options. Also my drink is never right. 4 times out of 5 they have incorrectly made a tall, unsweetened, iced coffee with milk. That's impressive. I mean really you have to try to be that terrible. Oh and who doesn't love their incorrect coffee to be served with a breakfast sandwich with ice cold egg in the middle?! This location is blocks from my house and I've had so many bad experiences, I don't go here. Hopefully the store manager monitors Yelp and can make a change since it seems others agree with my sentiment that this location has some severe staffing issues. I'm too tied to deal with bad food, bad coffee, and bad service. I'll drive to another location or kick it old school with my French coffee press at home thanks to the awesome ability of this Starbucks locations employees to get nothing right, consistently! After a bad experience every other time visiting this location today takes the cake. I ordered through the mobile app and my husband went to pick it up. The barista argued with my husband about the drinks and completely made them wrong. He had things to do and couldn't keep going back and forth with her so he just took them and left. I like this particular Starbucks location mainly because of the friendly staff. I love the fact I can use the app to pay and keep track of my rewards and gift cards. I recently encountered a problem with my order and I called and they were more than willing to remake my order for me at another time. I was already late to a meeting so I didn't have time to turn back around. The Manager Ron was very apologetic and told me the next time I come in to just let them know and he would personally remake my drink for me if he was there. I'm a bit surprised to read the previous negative reviews here. I stop in all the time to study, and I've only had an issue with an order once (and it was really promptly fixed.) The staff have always struck me as friendly and personable, too. Now, I only ever order straight coffees or ask the barista to recommend a drink... I also never use the drive-through, so keep in mind that your mileage may vary! Still, I see this as a fine Starbucks to stop by.
