This is the second time ive placed a mobile order here and Ive come to pick up my drinks and their mobile order is down and they have no clue what i ordered. The poor girl at the front apologized saying she thinks its the internet that is not transmitting the orders. Its obviously not her fault. The issue i have is , there is no signage inside that says their mobile order is down. Nobody is announcing it in the store, nobody is asking customers as they come in if they had mobile orders. Nothing. The store was packed of people waiting for their orders. Wasn't until one of the customers told the crowd their mobile order was down. Also- if you are one of the customers who placed a mobile order, your at the bottom of the line. So be prepared to wait. Its always something here. read more

When we lived in Waxahachie, this used to be our regular stop on the weekends or on trips. We got to know the staff, the coffee was always good, and they usually had a lot of merchandise on shelves. Fast forward a few years, and the staff is gone, our good friends that we carried conversations with are gone, the new staff didn't seem to want to chat at all. The shelves are gone, the stacks of tumblers are limited and the bags of coffee are non existent. I had to ask for our type of coffee beans, they weren't on a shelf, nor were there any others on shelves. Very sad. read more

A fun cup of coffee. What else do you say. They could do with a little more cleaning but this seems to be a trace that goes throughout the stores here in America. Japan spoiled me with the fact they clean the machines randomly through the day and checked the display every fifteen minutes. I have often seen flys in the dessert case. The coffee is bitter lack of cleaning of the machine. The staff is friendly. It is a fun cup of coffee and I like collecting stars. read more

I had to update my review for this location because they have earned a special place in my heart. We have a newer Starbucks within walking distance of my house, but I make the drive to this one because the staff members are SO kind. They always say hi to my kids or my dog; ask me how my day is going etc. My husband is a firefighter and they even offered to pay for his drinks (he was coming off a tough shift and that made his day). They take a long time BUT both the Midlothian locations do, and it's 100% worth the wait at this one. 10/10 customer service read more

I came through and ordered a espresso frap, I was given a coffee frap. When I came through to get my drink corrected I told them that I was given the wrong drink and repeated the correct drink. The man at the window took my incorrect drink and checked the sticker on it and proceeded to explain the difference between a coffee and espresso frap. I know the difference that's why I ordered the espresso frap. He then gave me the "correct" drink. At this point it had taken forever and I was not about to hold up and already long line by trying the drink. As soon as I pulled away I tried the drink, there was no espresso in the espresso frap. Been coming to this location for years and it's slowly getting worse. Drinks are made right half the time and the other half taste horrible. It's like playing a coffee roulette to see if your drink will be right. If you must have coffee and no other Starbucks is near, then stop here. I go here in the mornings on the way to work to get a Pike Place coffee. There is nothing special about it. The inside of this Starbucks in the morning is very clean and there are very few people inside as most people are going through the drive through getting their caffeine fix. The baristas that get my coffee have been friendly. One of the times the cup was messed up and the barista went through like four cups trying to make sure that my coffee would not spill out. read more

I have to say that the customer service is A1. Although they could be out of something it's one person I know for sure that will try to make it all better. He will go out of his way to try to find something that you can substitute for. That alone goes a a long way. I can appreciate that type of customer service even in the drive thru. Friday morning, 5:30am, drive through, 4/3/20, my $5 grande hazelnut latte was lukewarm at best. Even worse, the cashier at the drive through put stirring sticks in our drinks with ungloved hands and he grabbed the stirring sticks in the middle, not the ends, then inserted them into the drinks. With this covid19 stuff going around, this was a pathetic and dangerous move. I threw my $5 cup of coffee away when I got to work. Think I'll save my $5 from now on and drop in a Keurig cup, so long !!! read more

They are pretty good at getting through a busy line of cars! Only thing they need to work on is making sure we get all of our orders. A few times I have gone through they forgot an item from my order. Luckily I catch it in time otherwise I'd have to wait in the long line again. read more

This was a great store for quite a while but I'm not sure what has happened in the past year. I spend a lot of time waiting for them to remake our drinks because they are not what we ask for. Love Starbucks but not this one. Will have to drive to Waxahachi from now on even though its out of my way. The last drinks we ordered were double chocolate chip frappuccino and we ended up with caramel. Didn't know it until it was too late. Too bad for us. read more
