I really wish the baristas at this location would listen for a change. It's pretty disappointing to order a drink and get something that looks and tastes completely different than other Starbucks chains. Sadly, this chain is very inconsistent with their service and drinks. I also waited in like for over 20 minutes. I go to this Starbucks nearly everyday and get a Trenta Strawberry Açaí Refresher Lemonade, no water, apple juice, 4 Splenda, extra ice, and a couple of extra scoops of berries for luck BLENDED, thank you very much! My drink is extra as hell, I know it, not sorry about it either cuz it's SOOOOO good! And my Child's & 99 crew, no matter what time I go, is ALWAYS on point! I live for this drink, I really truly do (sometimes I even get 2 in a day, don't tell Mr. Cali), and they make it for me, WITH A SMILE, and they honestly make me feel like I'm kinda appreciated when I walk in (like, Norm from Cheers...most of you may be too young to understand that reference - but Norm was loved). SoMe times there's a wait people. They were feeling their way thru the early days of COVID like the rest of us. But they are all amazing, and I'm so incredibly appreciative of all the Partners there, you guys are a big part of my day and you make it so much better. A good starbucks, with lot of savory food options. Since we were staying in a nearby hotel, we stopped here for breakfast this Sunday. It was crowded with I assume the people going to Yosemite. We enjoyed the tomato & cheese squares, egg and sausage sandwich, and the Ham and cheese sandwich. Not to mention the caramel macchiato and the Zebra mocha! The server was a very friendly lady. I usually do not have any issues with the store but today they closed the store front for an unknown reason. I was limited on time and had placed a mobile order but had to wait in a 16 car line to be able to get that order. I understand a possible staffing shortage but if you're going to close the store front, turn off mobile ordering because it eliminates the entire concept of speeding up the process. read more

Honestly, my favorite Starbucks between Valencia and San Francisco... Even though the baristas don't know my name, they always make me feel like they missed me. Especially this one girl who I always talk makeup with. I don't remember her name but I think it's awesome that when she sees me, she remembers my order. She says "you're the one with the heavy cream and raw sugar" I always order the same grande or venti coffee, heavy cream and raw sugar... I don't get any weird looks, they just make my coffee right. I can sit there for 20 minutes or 2 hours and it's always a great atmosphere. The baristas are friendly and always seem happy... Super clean bathrooms! ... Beautiful store!... Perfect location right off the 99! There are usually some kids laying down outside the store, asking for money. I usually get them some coffee and they really appreciate that. Amazingly less crowded on a Saturday. I like the very stable team here. Great job, Spacious, outdoor seating. Prime location for freeway, close to high school and 3 elementary schools. In bad side of town so you would think not a comfortable feel. Very comfortable. People of all walks, HS students swearing too much, cops, local farmers, people doing homework or checking stuff on free wi-fi. Negative: Crowded lot, bad traffic... not the 'Bux fault. Bad city planning. They have a drivethru so you need not get out of your car, but the line is often hard to get into due to the lots configuration. Very long when you get in. BC it is so good, it makes it hard to get drivethru service. Better to go inside. Very comfy, rarely a line. Again, stable team. Usually very friendly with customers and you see they have good rapport with each other. Very fun to go to a place where workers make the place even more comfy bc of their attitudes. read more

The rest of the crew is very friendly and always happy to be here. I come here almost everyday and sometimes I do order and sometimes I come to work, thanks to wifi. I have to say I'm usually always greeted with a "hello" or "welcome". I think the thing that bugs me though is how much crap is talked between employees and about customers once they leave and even while they are waiting. They are judging you for your "special orders" and extra of this and that. Just makes me second guess coming here. I don't like the environment the employees create and the drama filled chaos that seemed to be here. Maybe realize your audience and be aware. If there's so much wrong with this certain coffee house location, maybe strive for change an. Apply for higher positions to fix your concerns. I love this Starbucks and I always order the same thing but today I got my usual (venti dragon drink, blended) and when I started drinking it I noticed something really hard that wasn't a seed. I drained my drink in a strainer and noticed big and small pieces of wood. I ask family members and they agreed it was wood. I wasn't comfortable drinking the rest so that was a wasted. read more

When your having a wonderful morning and you approach the register and Shelly who I believe is the manager has the rudest behavior when I tried to tell her good morning and ask about her day, she responds with I had a call in so its horrible okay it's not what she said it's the way she said it. I was in the drive thru line for about 20 mins with a long in-front and behind me waiting to order as the line moved we waited for someone to ask what we wanted to order we waited and waited for another 10 minutes thinking the workers were just busy once we figured no one was answering we decided pull up to the window and there was a girl named Gianna who was laughing and said we're closed she didn't bother to open the window let me tell you the stores closing time was 10pm and the time I was there was 8:40pm. Good service. Free wifi. And for a town in the middle of literally no-where, it's handy. The "baristas" are not too hurried as they can be sometimes. The place is small but comfortable. The bathroom is very plain and somewhat clean. The coffee is starbucks so, it taste like it's from there. +1 star for the noise level (which is low) and ambiance. +1 star for the drive through, which is very handy, especially if you just want a drink for the rest of your drive. +1 star for the "baristas" for letting you take your time ordering without fidgeting. -1 for the bathroom (needs to be checked more often for cleanliness or supplies). -1 for the coffee itself because it somehow tasted like burnt coffee beans and then too sweet. read more

Just service the shorter girl with the glasses was very rude in front of the customers she was leaned up against the counter laughing and carrying on while the line just got longer. Everyone else was working. She did not have a name badge on. There was a male and also an African American girl there they were friendly and helping move through the customer.
