Well sad to say after having a great experience with the manager last visit this one without the manager was not up to par. First off the gentleman making our food was not wearing a hat and had his hair all in his face hanging well past his bandana unlike the girl who had her hair under her hat nice and neat. I stopped by this place on Sunday and was completely appalled! It is utterly filthy. When I came in the employees were standing around talking- take a look at the pictures. This just shows you how low the expectations are for those being employed nowadays. How about being proactive and cleaning the counter, wiping down the windows, doors and counters. I came in today order my custom drink, and I usually pay $12 for my drink. If someone pays $12 for a smoothie I would expect that is made correctly but instead the girl that's working today on November 2nd at 1.30pm gave an attitude when she made the drink the 2nd time. The taste was off and didn't measured correctly! If you're going to work an environment that deals with customers you need to work with customer service skills! If you don't have those skills to work with people than you should never be in any service industry period! Otherwise you lose customers and your business will fail! the gentlemen taking my order was very kind, though i paid $12 for a chunky strawberry bowl that was water when they gave it to me , the bananas were so mushy i couldn't even eat it , looks like i only got one strawberry for my strawberry bowl ... told the girl to have a nice day and she just walked away. read more

So technically I was at Jamba Juice because my baby boy had an interview. I forgot the interviewers name but she made quite an impression on my son who is hoping that she calls him back for a position. After the interview he got a strawberry/banana smoothie which he thoroughly enjoyed. As a matter of fact he can't stop talking about it. A sip from him and I could understand why. It appeared they were running a skeleton crew of one when I visited. I think it was absolutely fantastic that she kept the store running by herself and she deserves 5 stars for that! But whoever owns or is managing this location is an absolute failure. Fix the windows, clean the floors, and bring the decor up to the standards expected from any Jamba Juice location! Only one employee working. Although she was sweet and welcoming it was frustrating how dragged out the wait time became. Another customer put in a huge order right after 3 other customers and it caused a major back up and overwhelmed her. I also noticed everything is stored in the back rather than being fresh up front. All the ingredients for smoothies were in the back. There was only pre-bottled tumeric and wheatgrass. No fresh juicing going on. Zero stars. Sitting here at 9:10pm doors are locked and the sign on the door says closing hours 10pm. I guess they close when they feel like closing. (Eyeroll*) if you're going to change your hours then purchase a new sign for your door and adjust your hours on the official website. Also the light is completely out on their Jamba Juice sign. I went to Jamba Juice in Moreno Valley on three separate occasions, in the last 3 weeks, all three times they could not make Bowls. They are always out of ingredients, I have been on different days, each time they are unable to make them. I also have noticed that the upkeep of the store is looking trashy. There's always dirt and trash all over the floor. Not to mention the walls, baseboards, floors, all signage and laminate is dirty and chipped. It doesn't look like they've had any updates done in quite a few years. Everything looks dingy and gross. I guess it's time to find a new juice shop read more

Ordered 4 drinks using the mobile app. They were ready by the time I got there, which was great. However, that was the only good experience I had. I picked up my drinks and they looked pale and not like they normally look. I just thought maybe it'll be ok still. WRONG. My kids tried their drinks first and immediately said they tasted weird. They wouldn't even drink it. I thought, maybe they're just being picky. Nope. I tried mine and it was extremely bland. It tasted like blended ice with a hint of fruit flavor. I tried my kids drinks and they were the same. The blueberry drink had chunks and wasn't even blended properly. I left feedback about the quality and experience and a manager emailed me to offer me a remake but I never heard back after I called and emailed. I will not be going back to this store. read more
