Clean, quick, efficient, delicious, and honest... I have been here many times over the last few months and the service is always great and orders correct. I have my usual favorites but try to mix it up now and then. What prompted me to write a review is that today, the cashier accidentally overcharged me for my order today and I didn't catch it. While I waited for my order, the cashier approached me with a corrected receipt and an apology, explaining that she realized her error and changed the charge to my card. People make mistakes all the time, but rarely have I experienced the benefit of someone catching and then publicly correcting a mistake that could have been easily overlooked. I hope management rewards their staff for such integrity. As a customer, I will reward them by making sure to return more regularly...and maybe bringing my coworkers as well... read more

This store is a disappointment. From the workers to its upkeep it should honestly be closed. First off the interior is dirty and disgusting anywhere you look. Second they need to hire people other than young teens. Came in with my sister around 3:40 and the only girl working looked at us come in , had not 1 but 2 airpods in! And as she sees us standing ready to order she just stares at us. My sister proceeds to order her smoothie and I tried to order a waffle bowl (only strawberries & banana on top) she proceeds to cut me off and say she can't make it because they are "out of fruit" , so what did you just use to make my sisters smoothie ??? it's ridiculous to be told at a SMOOTHIE BOWL and be told she's "saving" the fruit for NIGHT SHIFT ! Why save the fruit for night shift when i'm a willing and paying customer NOW???? Make it make sense! This place is awful and owners should be embarrassed. read more

I've only come to this location once to visit family in the area, but I go to Jamba Juice all the time. They have so much space inside, they could hold a yoga class in it. The employees were incredibly nice and the smoothie was great. Only knocking off a star for the super stale cheddar tomato twist. read more

They are always so friendly and helpful. I always leave happy. Yeah, I wish they had winter instead of summer drinks on the menu, since it's January...but they made a great recommendation that works for me. Try the Golden Turmeric Spice if you are missing the fall and winter flavors! I don't know if it's listed on the menu, but they will make it! read more

Today I walked in to purchase a large watermelon drink. Note no one was in line nor was it busy no greeting when you walk in ! I stood my at the register to be waited in worker her back turn spoke to me that way and said I will be with you a moments I stood there patiently she continue to open packages of waffles after open those she reach to grab more to open and I am still standing there I politely walked out and took my business else where!!! Where customers are treated with respect she could have stop and help me and than went back to her other duties you would think That would be the right thing to do especially there was no other customer in front of me! People want to get paid more on the job but their services sucks the owner or manager need to review cameras in live motion just to see what their employees are doing!! The staff was friendly and working super hard to get our orders out in a reasonable time. There were 15 customers in the store with only two employees working... the owner is either slave driving them really hard or you don't have dependable employees. I preordered my drink before I got there. I waited outside due to covid and know they can only have a certain amount of people inside at a time but I would've thought that preordered drinks would go in the fridge or something so they don't melt, but I watched as they made mine and left it out the whole 10 minutes that I waited outside till I was able to get in and ask for it. Went in with my little one & bf today. Marisela helped us out and was super great and patient. Honestly the best help I've gotten from this location. She threw out suggestions and even came outside to bring us our drinks. The drinks were made perfectly and she even asked how we liked them, if we didn't she'd make us new ones! I always go here for the Razzmatazz. It's always a refreshing choice during Merced summer days. I have been bother by the fact that they almost always forget to give you the receipt, making me look like that person to hold up the line to have them print it. They don't even ask if you wanted it, they just take your money and move on. My orders have been inconsistent as well; the nighttime employees seem to have much less energy on the job and their smoothies around those hours have been watery and bland. You're most likely there for a cold drink anyway? Dayshift employees at this location, in my experience, tend to make better drinks and show you better customer service. read more

Today for lunch I came here and smoothies is all I can consumeright now, they tried three times and all three times the Smoothie tasted like water. She was able to answer my questions about the differences between yogurt drinks and straight fruit drinks with such enthusiasm. After I ordered I sat down and waited for my name to be called. Shift manager or whatever she is was extremely rude to the workers. I went in at 1:40. I felt so bad for the worker that got in trouble right in front of me before taking my order he still managed to turn back and smile at me with a red face of nervousness. I overheard he specifically asked the previous customer that they didn't want something and somehow the worker said it wasn't right. Then yells to the other worker "(name) put the waffle in". You don't get a worker in trouble in front of your customers. She needs to smile more then the workers. read more

Sometimes the consistency of the almond butter drizzled on top of the açaí bowls changes each time I go. Watery almond butter is sad, hope it's more thick consistently, but other than that the açaí bowl is good. But same with the almond butter, sometimes it's more on the watery side. read more

Not a good place anymore to get a smoothie. Never blended right always chunks of fruit u have to chew to eat. Last few times I felt sick right after having my smothie not sure if the wash there hand before the make your smoothie. I do know the cashier does make smoothies and cashier at the same time. They should have to wear glove when blending food. read more

I paid a visit here on 11/22/14. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was clean. Not just because of the appearance but also because it smelled clean. The gentleman that took my order was nice and patient. But overall I give this place 5 starts because of the girl working there. I ordered a strawberry kind of drink and my boyfriend ordered a berry type of drink. He did not like his (this is our first visit so he didn't know what to order) When I went to throw away the rest of his drink I noticed the trash was empty and I didn't want to throw it in there and fill up the bottom of the trash with liquid so I asked Nicole if there was a better place to put it. She insisted she made a different drink for him since he didn't drink this one. She made him a razzmatazz and gave him a different outlook on the place. Thank you Nicole for your hospitality.
