Arrived at Forum and the kid behind the counter says "oh I didn't make it because we don't have the ingredients" !!! Not a phone call, nothing. Then he offered to make me something else, both of which were incorrect- this took 25 minutes !!!! 25 minutes to make two drinks- wrong. I was patient, he was alone, however last visit was similar with two people behind counter. The coffee is good. Service is horrendous.

It has a cute feel and modern and bright aesthetic that a lot of new coffee shops I see popping up have. I went with a Flat White which was warm and soothing. Unfortunately, the espresso was over-extracted making it bitter to taste. Some sugar or a flavor syrup would've helped with that but I didn't anticipate the taste to be as acidic and dry as it was.
