They have more than just coffee, such as cake pops ranging from a variety of flavors like cookies & cream, chocolate, and birthday cake. They also have pastry items to compliment your coffee as well. They have various cups and mugs to purchase, and they always have a sale on selected items depending on the stock and season. The customer service is always superb, and the baristas do a good job of preparing your drink right the first time. This review is for the Starbucks at Hwy 287 &360. They are Absolutely horrible. I did a mobile today and when I get there this is what my my coffee looks like It was absolutely disgusting. I think it's poison in it. Not sure who made it but it got me so sick! I reported it to the store manager and showed him. He stated he had no idea what it was this coffee. This Starbucks can't keep up with demand. If you order online in the morning, add 15 minutes to whatever time it says your order will be ready. Last time we went, we had to just give up and leave because it took so long and we had to go. I almost did the same this morning. I walked in and there were 12 people waiting around for drinks. I waited another 15 minutes after showing up almost 10 minutes after my pickup time. read more

This Starbucks is convenient because of their drive thru service. It never fails everytime I go there they either ran out of something I want to order or my order either is poorly made or made wrong. It happens so many time but today is the final straw. I ordered 3 iced caramel cloud macchiato and 1 iced caramel macchiato. None of the 3 drinks barely had any foam and tasted horrible. I come to this location pretty often for my morning coffee since it's very close to home. I like there new Seasonal cups this year they very nice a festive. They are very consistent in making my orders every single time. One less start because they are little lazy and leave tables dirty even after customers has left a while ago. This Starbucks was on the way for my return to Houston from the Dallas area I was visiting. I stopped in and ordered my usual which is a quad venti toffee nut latte with soy and 2 equal. I have the passbook app on my phone which includes my Starbucks cards and unbeknownst to my self there was $40 on the card. A great beginning to the return trip home. So this location is a pretty good one! We stopped in to grab some drinks before heading home tonight. We hit the drive thru and were immediately greeted and asked to place our order. The girl at the window was very friendly and took our order and repeated it back correctly. We pulled up to the window and she already had my frap ready to go, so kudos to the speedy service. My fiancé had ordered a latte and it was ready shortly after she handed mine off. We paid with our apps, so we can earn those stars and went off on our merry way. Let me just add they filled the frap up to the top as well as the latte....I'm a stickler about this as some locations don't fill them up to the top. Opened recently (about April 2013). I have been here many times to find an excellent and clean Starbucks. I see people studying and conversing, perfect coffee shop feel! This is a new location and it's just a couple minutes from my house. It's a mediocre Starbucks IMO. Very small selection of baked goods and they are often out of the few items they do carry. Went to get a blueberry muffin and they said the didn't get their shipment...went back a few days later & still no muffins. The coffee doesn't taste fresh to me either. The Starbuck's inside Kroger across the street is much better...fresher coffee & bigger selection of bakery items but of course the Kroger starbuck's doesn't have a drive-thru, but for the cost I'd rather go to Kroger's. read more

The barista's inside of this KROGER off Broad st. Have made me family. I come in here everyday no matter the time and all of the barista's know my name and my drink. They see me walk in and have my drink ready for me before I get to the register. The Starbucks out front is ok, but the one inside of KROGER is hands down the best place to come and enjoy the staff and your drinks. I came in on a Sunday night around 7pm. The place was dirty upon entering, papers and napkins on the floor, chairs all over. I waited a while before they took my order. After I drove away, I tried my drink and it was off. I always get this, so I know what it tastes like. Instead of tasting normal, the initial taste was very bitter. Ok so 2nd review almost a year later... this is ridiculous so I just left Starbucks and I ordered once again the salted caramel mocha frappuccino... this is my favorite drink they serve and it's only available during the fall!! So I look forward to it yearly! I just left there and went to take my first sip and there was no (zero) salt... it's in the name people omg!!! So irritating! So I turned around and went back and told them there was no salt and the guy at the window just looked at me, took the drink, took the top off sprinkled some salt on it and gave it back... ugh... should of remade the drink properly but I said thank you and he said NOTHING... it appeared like he didn't want to be there at all... terrible customer service... it's not my fault if you don't like your job... not once did he apologize for their mistake either... just terrible! I was going to give this location another chance and I received a second bad impression so I'm now done with this location. AHHHHHHHHH! I Love this Starbucks location! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!! All Starbucks follow the basic directions for drinks. I would hope that most drinks are uniform regardless which store you go to. This Starbucks ALWAYS makes the drinks correctly The people that work this location are amazing. I'm spoiled here. I absolutely HATE to go to the company store. The few times I've gone to the company store (in their parking lot, no less!) I've had bad experiences. The people that work at this location love working in the Starbucks. They're friendly and super awesome. They always know how to make my drinks - they pay attention and that means a lot. They give me super-star treatment. Not because I'm a gold card member (which means squat these days) but because they have excellent customer service. The drinks are always perfect, the staff is always in a good mood. What more could I want? Customer service at this location is the only reason why I'm still a Starbucks customer. They take excellent care of you. I really, truly, enjoy going to this location. They aren't just baristas, they're stellar people. I give this place five stars. They're quick, the drinks are made as you order them (no drink surprises!), and the staff is amazing. This Starbucks is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. I have to say- two of the baristas in the drive through just made my day. I placed my order at the drive thru and pulled up to pay. When I reached for my purse, I realized I had left my wallet back in home. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my order was taken by a young lady and She was very nice but the manager did not seem nice at all. He was basically bitching at his employees about attendance even though the employee who called in was merely having car trouble.
