Friendly service, well made coffee, clean bathroom and lots of parking. Tried the s'more's cold brew and it was great-not overly sweet. My husband got a skinny vanilla latte and said it was perfectly made. read more

Came to pick up an app order. The service was very slow. The 4 people behind the counter had no urgency in them. At least the drinks were typical of Starbucks. read more

Great customer service by all the employees and the manager Plum, who held a mug for me while I traveled three hours to get here add another state and mug to our collection read more

Very nice and clean Starbucks with a swanky interior and very friendly staff. And the drinks and food were delicious!

Really friendly staff , stopped in for my daily coffee. Drive through is always convenient!

Good food but didn't get any. Sat in line for 20 min at the drive through with multiple cars behind me as well and I get up to order and the stupid machine says that they are closed. Put a damn cone up next time so I don't sit there for 20 min wasting my day. The cars in front got their orders they cut me off. And it was my brothers birthday. Bitches. read more

There are several other local coffee shops to visit. You don't have to go to Starbucks. This location is overwhelmed with women in yoga pants from New Jersey who just came from getting a Chinese-made leatherette bag at the Michael Kors outlet across the street. Skip it. read more

My drinks have always been good. Friendly baristas and cashiers. Sometimes the staff is overwhelmed since this is the only Starbucks in the area, but they try their best to deal with the demand. read more

The employees don't show up until after it's supposed to be open and walk around doing nothing and refuse to serve you. I waited for over 25 minutes so far and nobody has done more than look my way. It's ridiculous and not very business like. read more

Honestly idk what people are talking about in the previous reviews! Best service and product I have received from any Starbucks! I went twice in the past two days right before closing and the employees taking my order were the nicest of any place I have been to in a long time! I never post reviews but had to give 5 stars because this is not a 2 star location it is 100% 5 star location! read more

I really like the people who work here but this has to be one of the most erratic Starbucks that I've ever experienced. Half the time their mobile ordering system is down. From day to day they switch the hours that they're open until. Some days they're closed but the drive-through is open. Other days they're closing three hours early. It's not like it's a one time thing. It's consistent. Not sure what's going on there but it just seems really weird. I've never experienced a Starbucks like that before. read more

If I could leave negative star I would. I rarely leave a bad review being a small business owner myself. However, I walked in with my family, was rudely asked if we were together, which we were and then told to leave with no further instructions. I am well aware of new covid rules, and follow them. There is no excuse for rudeness. Those employees just didn't want to work. If I owned that shop I would fire them all. read more

Not even crowded but made me wait forever for a Frappuccino. Didn't taste right and not the right size drink I ordered (I didn't send it back bc I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes). By the time I left, my toasted bagel was cold. read more

This Starbucks has been closing early due to lack of staffing. All these people complaining over coffee have nothing better to do than sit on their phones and complain. They're understaffed and underpaid, yet still have the decency to show up for work just so you guys can get your coffee at 6 in the morning. This place is great, the staff is amazing, and people just love to complain. read more

When it's open, it's a decent coffee place. But, this location in Manchester is never open past 3:00 pm anymore. Crazy!

It's a Starbucks and I think it's a good one. The staff is usually friendly and the drinks and food are what you'd expect.

Was in Manchester in need of caffeine. Was happy to see a local Starbucks, however it was closed at Noon for no apparent reason.

I have tried several times to get a Nitro cold brew or an Irish Cream Nitro Cold Brew and they have failed miserably. Once the nitro was with ice cubes, the next time it had some cream and the next and last time it was just hot coffee. My friend ordered a Chai Latte and got some Xmas type pepperminty coffee. Don't waste your money with this Starbucks. their heart is not into their job! read more

So incredibly SLOW. Plus we ordered a simple custom drink and the Cashier, who admitted he was new, and after telling him 10 times what I wanted finally said he got it. When we got our drink the sticker on the drink said IDK this drink is whack. Not to mention it was wrong. It wasn't even a complicated drink. Don't waste your money or time going here. Plus that's just plain rude. If you aren't sure about someone's order, ask them. Bad customer service. Thumbs down. read more

The staff members are courteous and friendly. The service has vastly improved since they opened. So glad to have a Starbucks in town.

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Their inventory is always low and it can take 20 minutes to get your order. The positive thing is that this doesn't seem to affect the staff, as they are perfectly pleasant and seem comfortable with taking a long time. read more

The staff that work here are very friendly, however most of them need to be retrained on how to make the lattes properly. I go here because it's convenient in town but 9/10 times I'm disappointed with my order. They rarely make my lattes correctly and the cup isn't filled to the top like it should be considering how much you're paying for a cup of coffee. read more

As a former regular customer, I decided to try it out one more time, though I'd not been here in well over a year. As I stood around and waited, it was as if I was invisible, meanwhile at least 5 employees scurried around stocking boxes of supplies. Finally someone came along to take my order - 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. My sandwiches came out, delivered by another employee, while my 2 cups of coffee remained on the counter. I was finally able to catch someone's eye and ask for my coffee. Overall, an underwhelming experience. Now I remember why I quit going there and also why I sold my stock in Starbucks. read more

Am very happy to have Starbucks in Manchester, VT! My favorite coffee drink is "Short Flat White". Only thing is ... sometimes they are "Great" and sometimes they just "So-So". The staff is great. They are always friendly and try hard. I also really like the fact they give dog treats when I drive thru with my dog. read more

Prefer to give this one zero stars. Will give one for the great individuals taking orders and minus 4 for the barrista (female). In VT for the holidays. Drove over AN HOUR to get our starbucks fix (one way). Since we'll be here a few days, decided to get a couple extra to go. What we discovered when we got home... (the hour drive the other way) Venti: about 3/4 full. Ok... the foam probably settled. Not thrilled, but guess it is acceptable. Talls: WTH!!?? 3 are HALF FULL, the 4th 2/3rds. I don't know in who's book it is OK to give a customer half of what they paid for. Barrista ought to feel total humiliation for passing that one off. Newer Starbucks, assume relatively new employees. Starbucks, you need some SERIOUS training and quality control! Advice to potential customers: either go elsewhere or check your order before you leave the bar. NEVER returning there. Hope employees in Burlington take their jobs more seriously. read more

The barista that took my order was a preppy looking kid with a less than enthusiastic attitude. Second came the strange lady who didn't appear to work there but felt it was her duty to track down the owners of ordered drinks. I was in the middle of a crucial phone call and my mocha could have sat an extra 30 seconds. It's not like there was so much business is this place that my little mocha was causing some sort of inconvenience. Her handing my drink caused me to fumble my phone and drop the call...literally and figuratively. I have never been so furious after a Starbuck visit in my life. Third came the barista who made my partners drink and then left it behind the counter so she never knew it was ready. read more

Been twice. First time a few weeks after they opened, returned drink and got replacement , it was not good, burnt milk, low taste etc. Figured it was staff learning and settling in. Went again about two miles maths later, drink again horrible. Nice staff but I find it hard to believe it is that hard to follow a formula. Both times it was not busy so no reason to not do drink carefully. Have not returned. read more

I try to make it down to Starbucks at least one a week - there is something about being in a Starbucks that reminds me of home (originally from Philly). If you haven't tried a coffee on their clover machine, I highly recommend it - so good! The starbucks where I used to live didn't have one of these and I was excited to see it here. Other than that, my soy latte's are always good. read more

Awesome Starbucks. Really big, clean and friendly and the barista made us perfect drinks. A must stop for anyone in the area read more

I have to apologize to the barista with the blonde undercut. I am very sorry that I placed my order on the wrong side of the register, I am sorry that I asked for one shot of caramel in my coffee and I am sorry that I paid with cash. I can tell I inconvenienced you by the way you slammed my change on the counter, so I did not want to upset you more by putting my dirty cash in the tip jar. I apologize for being such a common peasant. read more

I go to this starbucks 5 days a week as. Order the same drink a venti dark roast. That's it. No one remembers it, no one knows my name, no one has it ready for me. There were 5 people working this morning 3 of which were doing nothing meanwhile 2 were helping one customer and simply ignoring me. I wish this was not normal but it is. Also today there was no dark roast again this often happens not sure why this would ever happen. They got a new GM and she only does the food and this morning when after 7 minutes when multiple people could help me and she was one of the 2 helping this one customer I simply asked if I could just buy a cup of coffee after 2 more minutes she asked one of the employees who was doing nothing (who could have been brewing dark roast) to help me. I like starbucks coffee more than dunkin but it's not worth the frustration of a poorly run, no customer service not dark roast cup of coffee! Come on starbucks do better- where is the DM and why are they not observing what goes on here? read more

Sounds like they've improved given the prior complaints. Super clean, friendly staff. Opens early. What else can you ask for in a Starbucks.
