Piping Dreams is a custom cake bakery run out of a home in Averill Park. I contacted the owner a few weeks ahead of time, explained the theme of the party, gave her the concept, sent some pictures, and set a date for pickup. Payment was by Venmo and while a bit pricey, well worth the product. The cake was ready when promised, and had all the elements I asked for. It was a big hit at the party and people didn't want to cut into it for several hours.
