I am not sure what is going on with this particular Starbucks location. It definitely needs immediate attention. This place was once my go to spot on my drive to work. Being a Starbucks/coffee lover, I am well aware of how my drinks should taste! For the past few times, they have gotten my order wrong! Considering the cost of the items, I don't need you to go above and beyond (as that would be asking entirely too much) I just want you to get my order correct. It had been a while since I'd visited this location. My co-worker and I decided to make a coffee run, not only did we wait in the drive-thru for 15 mins (before we reached the window, 2 cars ahead of us) once we got to the window, we waited an additional 7 mins. When she finally handed us our drinks, they were WRONG! The sizes were mixed up & two of the drinks appeared to have been sitting out for a while. The cool whip was melted and there was liquid running down on the side of the cups! An incredibly messy disaster. Needless to say, the cashier was less than thrilled when I refused to accept the drinks. She slammed the window and we waited an additional 8 mins. When we finally received our order, it definitely was not worth the wait. They were correct in size, but not in taste. You would think Starbucks would deliver the same recipe to all of their locations! On a positive note, one of our co-workers ordered just a plain black coffee.....she enjoyed hers! Immediate attention needs to be brought to this particular location. The focus need to be on customer service, attention to detail, and presentation. It will be a while before I visit this location again! Thank God for options, because I simply can't go without my Starbuck Coffee! read more

Never Again on tom hill until they train some of their workers better. I usually don't let bad service get in the way of something I really like, but tonight was the absolute worst service ive ever gotten in my entire life from anywhere. I will take my money to another location where they actually have the proper customer service skills. The girl on the drive thru speaker was rude AF. I sort of wish i went through with the order so that I could see for sure who took the order, but I refuse to have whoever she was fuck my drink up....adios starbucks. read more

Nice server. She was very kind and caring Drive thru has a message taped to it stating " how to order and not to yell ?? Because they have no way to know if your there ? They could not change a 50 dollar bill at 7:40 in the morning Lose business because you don't have $33 dollars in change ? Not very Starbucks-like read more

This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks. I waited at the window for over 5 minutes before someone came to the window to acknowledge me. When the guy came to the window he states "Oh, did you order something." At this point I'm upset. I waited to long sitting at the window then you didn't know that I ordered drinks. So I go inside to ask for a manager, but they did not have one on duty. So I talked to one employee who said he was in charge. His reasoning for no one acknowledging me at the window after he took my order was that he had a million things going on. Which is a sorry excuse for this poor customer service. They not once apologized for the bad service or even seemed to care. Will never visit this location again! read more

Wonderful service, Autumn and Sarah are very sweet and are always smiling. My drinks are always perfect and I leave happier than when I came. P.S Christian's hot. read more

Usually, this is my favorite stop when I'm passing through Macon. However, the employee was not happy when I asked her not to open my pastry. She was so mad that she walked off without giving me a bag or a receipt. I stood there until she came back to take care of the next customer. I asked for a bag for my purchase of 4 bottles of juice and a loaf. She said, "Oh, now you want a bag." She sat it on the counter for me to put my own purchase in it. I thought I was being punked! read more

This is probably the worst run Starbucks I have ever been in!!! They rarely get your order right and you can wait up to 15 minutes for your drink!! I wouldn't even go here but it's too far out of the way to go to the other Starbucks on Forsyth St. I guess I'll have to learn to drink Dunkin Doughnuts coffees next door!! read more

I've gone to this location multiple times. I've always had a kind and helpful barista! I don't think I've ever been inside the store or if I have, it was only once and I forgot haha. Today the red cups came out and normally thats utter chaos. So today I called and an Aimee answered, she was very nice and answered all my questions about the cups (there were only two lol) and she didn't try to rush me or seem like she was super busy - which I appreciated it! My drinks sometimes aren't always correct but over all this is a great location! read more

I am not a huge coffee drinker, but I had an important meeting coming up and wanted to be energized for it. I was happy to see that this location has a drive thru. What made me even happier was that they had cold-brew! read more

I was having a bad day. I got my coffee and a breakfast bun. My day has substantially improved, and the young lady who waited on me was an absolute sweetheart read more

I can't stand this location. They NEVER get my coffee right. I always get a Ristretto White Mocha, and they always make a Raspberry White Mocha. Even though the cashier says exactly what I ordered back to me. And when they fix it, and make what it's supposed to be it isn't Ristretto. You can tell by the taste. They can't even make a Shaken Sweet Tea correctly. The employees here are just lazy, and don't care how the drinks turn out. An employee there actually told me that, from what they had seen. But there are a few employees who are great. But I just stick to the Starbucks on Forsyth Road. read more

We went here to grab a quick cup of coffee and we love starbucks but this is the worst one i have ever been to. i don't know if it was the baristas that we're working or what.... i just know if i could rate this a zero i would! SPENT 25 dollars on TRASH!!!WORST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD!!! read more

good job!! New crew, new staff.. much more friendly than before. Kindness, efficiency and clean! Excellent job especially the register

Just recently visit this Starbucks location right before 7 on Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy, I had order online before getting there maybe 10-15 min before my drinks were on the pick up area and so was my breakfast sandwich, honestly only reason I'm writing this review, is to thank who ever did my double shot on ice because it was perfect I've gone to other Starbucks though out the panhandle of Florida where I live and they've alway disappointed me. But this time I really enjoyed my drink. read more

Let's just start by saying my car automatically takes me to the nearest Starbucks. This Starbucks runs fairly efficiently. The line moves quickly most days. The staff mostly courteous and friendly. read more

I live in Atlanta and travel for a living. This morning I needed to be in Douglas, Ga by 8:00 a.m. I knew that when I left home at 4:15 a.m. That would put me at this Starbucks at 5:30 a.m. When they open....well when they are suppose to open. This is the second time in a few months that I've traveled south on I-75 and they weren't open at 5:30. Still not open at 6:00 a.m. So settled for Dunkin' Donut. What's up guys? You're killing me! read more

You usually can't go wrong with Starbucks. But the service here was mediocre. Something about my order was a little funky too. The line was pretty long, so I suppose they're doing something right. Or maybe it's just because it's a Starbucks. read more

I have been a customer at this Starbucks for years and have had consistently great service. They have the typical menu for any Starbucks, but what sets them apart from others I have frequented is the people. They are always chipper and seem overjoyed to serve me, whether I am there early in the morning or late at night. And, most importantly, they are extraordinarily patient when I attempt to order something new and complicated, often changing my mind half way through the order. They are to be commended for not only excellent service, but YEARS of consistently excellent service. Very few restaurants can claim that description. Keep up the great work! read more

This team always gets my coffee right! They even smile when I order a six shot venti cappuccino early in the morning on the days when I know I have late nights! The drive-thru is fast and so is the queue indoors! read more

If you come to the drive thru there's a crappy hand written sign that says "say hello but don't yell" really? So after saying hello without yelling I was told it would be a minute. I came at 1pm and there was 2 cars waiting that already ordered. Approximately 5 minutes after being told a minute I said hello again. Ordered my drink 3 times then waited in line for 24 more minutes and was given the wrong drink. read more

Great location off Interstate 75 in Macon, Georgia!!! Always friendly... At certain times, they can be somewhat busy, but it's worth the wait!!! Especially in the drive-through. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Could be better. The drive-through can be slow at times and the staff could be more attentive to specific requests.

Waiting in line for over 10mins at the speaker. Had to call inside to get someone to come on the speaker..then got to the window and they still didn't have the order prepared...so we say another 5mins at the window waiting. I wish I had more hands I would them four thumbs down! read more

Stopped in to grab coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for an average-tasting latte. It may have tasted so average because the barista made a mess of it when pouring in all the ingredients. read more

Love their mocha lattes! There is usually a line at the drive thru but it moves quickly. The store is always clean and the staff are always nice read more

Not up to the quality that you would usually expect with a Starbucks. Although the coffee was very good, the store was very cold especially for December. It was 65° outside and about 50° inside the store. All of the patrons were wearing coats. Additionally, the furniture is uncomfortable, consisting mostly of hard wooden chairs and several wobbly tables that need to be replaced. The convenience stand was disorganized and the only pitcher of cream was basically empty. I have frequented many Starbucks but none of them have been as ill equipped as this one. Again, the coffee is good! read more

I ordered two Venti London Fogs that come with 5 squirts of vanilla syrup per drink. They did not put any. I took them back in for them to fix it. They put three squirts. Still not the right amount. If I'm going to pay $10 for two drinks, I expect better than McDonald's service. read more

I prefer their vanilla bean frappe. But their green tea is healthier, cheaper, and tastes great. Not awesome service, but every time I've gone it's been good. If you want to get good service you would have to think of a time that no one else would want coffee. Because everyone loves Starbucks and it can get crazy busy. read more

I am not really sure where the Starbucks brand is headed, but service is going downhill. I drove 15 miles out of my way to get to this location hoping for better service than the store near my home due to very rude service, severe stomach cramps, and illnesses resulting in doctor's bills and Rx as a result of careless baristas mixing my drinks with milk during two recent occasions when I paid for soy. My husband and I were at this location 1 day ago, but his frappe cost more today. He asked the cashier why, but she ignored him and rang my frappe. Interestingly enough, she did NOT provide a receipt for his frappe after he asked, but did provide mine although I paid for both on my Starbucks app. The barista at this location actually complained to the customer standing at the counter about my orders as she called our complete order out to the other customer and stated that she needs to get a job soon. I noticed that there were errors on the label once I received my order so I apologized to the barista for her inconvenience when making my drinks and I explained that the cashier actually keyed my order incorrectly. She made a few smart remarks as she placed our drinks on the counter then she said "I just need to find a new job so I don't have to triple blend anyone's drinks" read more

Well i have a very strong and unhealthy addiction to coffee...I love love love starbucks. I'm pregnant now and Can't have any caffeine so i order them cream based :) The price is worth it. read more

Arrived at 9:00 pm during a stop on a road trip and ALL the food items were put away. The store closes at 10:00, so I feel that these items still should have been available for purchase. We asked if the cooler was broken and the cashier said no it is all put up. She didn't offer to grab something from the back so between the four of us we only purchased one drink and not our typical larger order with food items. read more

The customer service at this location was poor. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my drink, I inquired about my order and one of the workers pointed and said "it's right here". Needless to say, I never received my order. I politely asked for my money back and left. The lack of good customer service has made this store unfriendly! read more

After waiting for 10 minutes and seeing multiple customers served who were behind me in line I asked about the status of my drink. While the lady continued making drinks she asked me information about my drink as she had lost the ticket. She continued making other customers drinks and finally got back to me to ask what I had ordered. No apology just a comment about how busy she is. Finally received the drink after watching 5 people who were behind me in line receive theirs. read more

RUDE!!!! Must have been the rain or the fact it was Sunday but the girl working drive thru was not nice. I'm a heavy Starbucks drinker and have always had a pleasant experience in Atlanta. I guess I'll just stick to my normal spot. read more

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would. It is by far the worst Starbucks in Georgia. The wait is outrageously long whether you go inside or drive through. I would almost guarantee a 15 min wait no matter what you order. If the coffee was great, I would wait the 15 min, but it is terrible. How do all Starbucks not have the same recipes? There is one on Forsyth rd and riverside that I promise are much better. Please do not waste your time with the terrible customer service and even worse drinks here. You may also want to call before you go (if you just have to go to this one) because they aren't open during the advertised hours. I agree with another reviewer who said this location needs some serious attention...it's just the worst. read more
