The location was a little tricky since the intersection is busy and it can be hard to get in or out depending on what side you come from. Also, the train blocks the intersection as well so the wait to get in can be a bit. The store itself is quaint and clean with outdoor seating and ordering in both directions. The barista was kind and took our orders efficiently. The drinks came out within 6 minutes so were relatively fast. We ordered a caramel macchiato and a whole milk cappuccino. Both were so delicious, the espresso shots were made perfectly and flavoring was on point! We were so impressed we would drive all the way up north for another go in the future. Overall, great little steamboat coffee shop! Would definitely recommend as it lives up to they hype.

They have bangs and a gold septum, I'm only saying this because of how inexplicably rude and poor mannered she was to me over multiple experiences. When she made my drink today incorrectly, I kindly corrected her and she loudly sighed and rolled her eyes. There was more signs in her behavior that seemed annoyed and short with me for no particular reason and I try to be as kind as I can. The matcha I received was disgusting and tasted like milk. I understand how hard it can be to work in customer service but it makes it difficult to keep supporting this location with this type of service.

When I arrived, there was only one car on each side of the stand--hardly a busy time. The car in front of me left shortly after I pulled up, so there was no reason for a delay. A different car pulled up behind me right after I got to the window. When I reached the window, I received absolutely no acknowledgment. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. The owner stepped out of the stand on my side, continued talking with the baristas, and still did not acknowledge my presence. She then walked past my car and took the order of the vehicle behind me, completely ignoring the customer already waiting at the window. For nearly six minutes, not one person--neither the owner nor the multiple baristas inside--said a single word to me or made any attempt to take my order. Instead, they began preparing the order for the car that had arrived after me while I continued to sit there with no service whatsoever. This level of disregard is unacceptable. When a stand is not busy and several employees are present, being ignored entirely--especially while someone who arrived later is served first--is beyond unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated, and this experience has seriously made me reconsider returning

The baristas are super friendly, warm and welcoming. Coffee is GREAT but iced comes with a lot of ice, so I'd recommend ordering light ice unless it's the summer or you're a slow sipper. The scones (orange cranberry & marionberry especially) are delicious- and they will warm it up for you so it feels like it just came out of the oven. Bagels and sandwiches are good, but I'd recommend the rosemary bagel in particular!
