She tried to tell me there were no funds on my gift card. She was mistaken, and I had to correct her... oopsy, guess she wasn't trained on how to accept gift card payments (or she was trying to keep my gift card for herself, lol). Not a great start to my visit, but my order was ready in less than 5 minutes, so at least I got out of there quickly. Everything was made well. My iced mocha was chocolatey just the way I like, the sandwich tasted freshly made (even though I know it's not), with savory sausage and egg in a soft and airy toasted english muffin, and the egg bites were simple yet full of flavor without the added carbs. Each Starbucks location has its own subtle unique point that makes it different from others. The biggest subtle difference is the staffing. This location has a nice group behind the counter. I didn't try the food, however, the quality is uniformly the same. It's all ok. I especially like the cheese danish. Ambiance - There are cozy spots of deliciously warm sunshine in the outside seating area, which has a nice bricked design separating it from the parking lot. read more

Sometimes it's just little things like accidentally making my drink the wrong size or forgetting to put cinnamon powder on top, but lately it's been the entire flavor of the drink. It tastes like they made my chai a grande first and then realized their mistake and then just filled the rest up with milk. Ordered in line and ran in for a quick pick up. I've noticed this Starbucks is very consistent in quality. I ordered the spicy dragon fruit refresher (which, is awesome). They consistently make it the same way and always delicious. Some other locations don't make them the same way and often use less chili powder (which makes this drink what it is). I also got the potato cheese chive bakes and YUM! Add some siracha and it's perfect. I only wish they were bigger than they are but they are so delicious it's great for a light breakfast. The order was ready super fast and the service here is always great. Starbucks is kind of a luxury these days with the prices. I feel like the drinks are over priced however, it is a franchise so I understand why the drinks cost more. The restaurant was filled with people working and hanging out together. I admit I swing by the downtown Starbucks 2-3 mornings a week on my way to work to grab a hot chocolate, breakfast sandwich, and a brownie. This morning the Starbucks app randomly logged me out, and when I logged back in it set my location to the Starbucks by Good Sam. So when I showed up downtown to pick up my order, they didn't have it because it was at the other Starbucks. I was running late and didn't have time to drive over there. The young lady working there immediately offered to just make me my items again there and didn't charge me again. She was so incredibly kind about it even though it was 100% my mistake. Their bathroom was so atrociously filthy. There was literally fecal matter splattered all on the wall behind the only toilet in the whole place. There was no soap which is so scary considering their employees are making our drinks after rising the bathroom! I come here every day and up until a few weeks ago, it was great. I order through the mobile app, and it's gone like clockwork. Now, there are no notifications from the app (no one is updating). I waited over 10 minutes for a croissant (that would normally be ready with my coffee) and finally just asked for a refund because I had to go. The workflows look chaotic. Many more people who, like me, order mobile for a quick pickup are now standing around waiting. New management? I understand a rush, but wow. I hope they figure it out. read more

This Starbucks is on a corner in a plaza that is very close by Petco, plenty of parking in the plaza. On my most recent visit to Northern California, my husband and I, along with our little girl dog decided to grab some iced frapaccino drinks because of the current happy hour promotion that Starbucks was having during this time (50% off all blended frapaccino drinks 3-6 pm, May 5-14). This Starbucks has a small outdoor seating area (there are only 2 small tables that is covered to provide some shade from the sun and the remaining is not covered). There is also one small unisex restroom here (but smelled of weed so I decided not to use it). On this visit, we ended up getting: Grande Oprah Cinnamon Chai Crème Frappuccino Blended Crème- To help cut the calories and sweetness, I requested to have this drink be made with nonfat milk, no whipped cream and only 1 syrup pump. With these modifications, I thought this drink tasted perfect. Not too overly sweet and had a nice milk and cream chai flavor. Grande Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino- My husband ordered this drink as is (no modifications). I thought this drink was very sweet and had a strong chocolate taste. A bit too sweet for my liking but my husband thought this drink was okay. -------------------------- (Total= $4.84 after tax and 50% discount promotion) Although there was only 1 person ahead of us at the register, service was a little on the slow side. It is most likely that the orders backed up the barista(s) making these drinks (most likely because of the special 50% promotion discount). Overall, my drink came out just how I wanted it and enjoyed my visit here with my husband and our little girl dog. Love the patio that wraps around the corner so you have the choice of sunny or shady seating. Great for people watching! Two gender neutral bathrooms and all the regular Starbucks stuff inside. This location was added about 4-6 years ago in our hometown; and it's a really good one. The staff here is always attentive and super friendly. They always have Bantam Bagels, SOO yummy. There always is a crowd of techies on their laptops hanging in here so I never stay, because it's a smaller one. I'm bummed that I didn't get this stock when they went public, but I only invest in companies that I actually know a lot about the products and I just started drinking coffee like two years ago so I wasn't qualified to judge what was good or bad. read more

This Starbucks is one of my most favorite stores. The staff members are always attentive, courteous, friendly, and service-oriented. This is also one of the few stores that offer bathroom use to the customers during the pandemic. Also, I favor this particular store because they diligently offer a $.50 refill if you return to the store within 2 hours after getting your initial cup. There are ample public parking spaces in the back of the store, too. I come to this store to meet up with my friends, have a cup before I hit Vasona Park, and have another cup when I return from the walk. You can't go wrong with this Starbucks. read more

This isn't my go to Starbucks, I normally go to the one near my house to get my morning coffee before work but sometimes I forget to mobile order before leaving the house so I order to this one instead since it's down the street from where I work. My order is a simple shaken espresso, no 2%, splash of sweet cream. It's what I always order & it tastes good probably 30% of the time. They're very fast at making the drinks but they're just not good. I spoke to a friend that works at Starbucks & she says they probably just don't make the sweet cream right so it throws it all off since it's just espresso & cream. Anyway, definitely not worth the gamble specially when it's before work & I don't have a lot of time to stay & ask for it to be remade which is a hassle for both me & the employees. I never want to be that person returning drinks over & over but it really just isn't done right. I will really only come here if it's my last choice. read more

Came in on Saturday, January 3 at 5:33pm to get a Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal for my spouse, which I assumed would have some blueberries in one form or another. I double checked with barista that it was, in fact, not a classic oatmeal but the kind with blueberries, she said yes. My wife complained that there were no blueberries in any shape or form included. The following day, I got the same order from another location in downtown Campbell, where they gave me the same set of goods (oatmeal in a cup, a packet of nuts and seeds, two packets of agave syrup) PLUS a plastic pack with FRESH BLUEBERRIES! They even mentioned that some locations offer only dry blueberries in Blueberry Oatmeal, while they had fresh, which was awesome. Clearly I was doomed the day before, because there were no fresh nor dry kind included with my purchase. On multiple occasions at this location I found outside tables covered in crumbs and other things from previous patrons - not cleaned up. On weekend afternoons, a huge distribution truck arrives and parks right next to the courtyard area, spoiling the experience for those of us who try to enjoy the outside, while it unloads the next day supplies, puffing out the fumes and noise. I like this Starbucks because it's close to home and the staff and the vibe are great. If it stayed open as late as the one on Los Gatos Blvd., it would be darn near perfect. It doesn't have the influx of teens and tweens that the LGB one has, and people often bring their dogs to go sit out on the fairly private patio while they enjoy their drinks. One negative is a unisex bathroom, whereas the LGB one has two separate rooms, but that's simply a function of limited space. Other than that and the earlier closing, it's one of my all-time favorite Starbucks. read more

Started with dropping my oldest son off an having my younger two with me. Had to head over the hill an of course my daughters says she has to pee. Figured I NEED some coffee today so I'll mobile order an stop there for her to go. She goes an I run in. There where very busy an I could see the whole mobile order was full of drinks. I asked an they said it was on the bar an coming up. I had to run to car since alarm went off. As I come back in joe was walking to the door with my drink since he knew I had the kids. I was so thankful. However me being stressed out with life I dumped my whole coffee on the passenger side (sticky venti while mocha) I broke down an cried I lost it. Everything is been through that week came out. I got myself together ran in an asked Joe to kindly remake an asked for towels. He said he would remake for me an gram me towels. He didn't stop there he went to the back grabbed towels an came out. I reached my hand out to grab an he said "Oh no I'll help you" I told him it's ok my car is a mess. I couldn't argue when he said please don't worry. He literally wiped down the inside an helped me take my trash out. I poured my life story on him an was so easy to talk to. I'm not a fan of Starbucks... I prefer real coffee from Philz or Barefoot over everyone else... however I have a close friend who is a huge fan so I find myself visiting them with some regularity in order to hang out and talk with her. Out of the locations that we rotate between this one is probably my favorite simply for the fact that the patio is enclosed so that you don't have cars in the parking lot rolling right up on you like most other Starbucks locations. The fact that the seats are behind a brick wall in front creates some privacy and it's less noisy. Other than that... it's a Starbucks. You all pretty much know what to expect by now. I never get anything besides a hot or iced coffee (with faaaaaaaar less sweetener than they usually put in) or tea and maybe a sandwich. The egg salad is good and my friend loves the tomato mozzarella. The staff is friendly enough and efficient. So, when I find myself taking one for the team here it isn't too bad. ;-) read more
