This starbucks is a JOKE! There is NO kind of consistency when it comes to these drink! I mobile order a medium iced matcha. There was soooooooooo much matcha powder in the drink that it was undrinkable. There where huge chunks at the bottom of my cup and sucking it up into the straw everytime I took a drink. After about the 5th sip it was a wrap and I had to toss the drink. $6.95 down the drain. This is not something that I usually do, but this was an anomaly at this location. I believe that the hot chocolate that I was served had spoiled milk. I am a frequent customer here, as it is on my way to work and I don't drink coffee so ordering their hot chocolate is my standard order and it is very specific the way I like it. Today it was awful. Went to my local Starbucks this morning! Mind you it was the third time this week since my family is traveling. They do not have seating so I sat in my car and handled my business. I went in 2 hours later and asked for a refill. They informed me that I am not supposed to leave the premises to get a refill. With no chairs or seats you have other choice but to step out side. When I told them my order they started to look it up in the computer. It wasn't complicated, a Sumantra with cream. Tony was rude and asked me how much cream and sugar!? How my wife and I have been loving the Pumpkin Cream Cold Bree drink this fall. The awesome part is, it's not overly sweet like a PSL. Also is way low in calories. Well this past weekend we went. Now they have all things peppermint. What they didn't have in the menu was a "peppermint cream" cold brew. But they made it, and it was AWESOME! Janelle at the Starbucks on the corner of Atlantic and San Antonio is awesome. I harsly ever order a brewed tea but I'm all about the Starbucks challenges so when I went in tonight I needed one atar to get my bonus stars but I needed a brewed tea and I was at a loss. Janelle went over all the teas they had, the Peach sounded good but I told her "work your magic, I do like my teas with milk and I like them sweet so see what you can come up with my tea is in your hands" . what she came up with was the Peach Tranquility with 3 honey packets and a splash of coconut milk and I must say it is yummy. I usually visit this Starbucks 3-4 times during the week just before close while I'm waiting for my partner to get off work and this particular viait I believe Janelle went above and beyond and made me an amazing tea. The whole crew here is great, I also visit in the early morning as well and they are all on top of their game and they are fast..friendly and very attentive and greets everyone who walks in immediately. This is my favorite Starbucks. I live nearby and the baristas all know me by name and drink. So much so that if a friend goes in to order my drink for me, they know it's mine. This Starbucks can be either good or bad, and it all depends on the staff that's on shift and their positive energy that they circulate around the room/place. It makes a significant difference in the establishment. Everything runs smoother, and faster and their is a happier ambiance. In addition, even if they accidentally get my drink wrong, again, if they willingly re-do it, I don't have an issue with that at all. But when, the barista making the drinks looks angry as every time that I've observed there, and is aware their is a mistake in the drink that was just made, but doesn't say anything about it, hoping you will over look it, only until I open my mouth and don't even have to utter a word because the barista that just made it, said it for me, and was aware of it, well then, that, I don't really appreciate. Came here for the free holiday cup day. I had already tried two other Starbucks locations that had drive thru lines around the block. This location does not have a drive thru, but I was able to park and walk in. Unlike the other locations that I had already tried, this location had NO line! Only one other person in front of me. The barista was very nice and helpful and was not rude at all. I previously quit coming to this location due to rude Starbucks employees. I ordered multiple drinks, the order was correct, and I received my holiday cups. Overall, it was a positive Starbucks experience and I did not experience any problems. read more

It's been quite a long time since I've been here to this location and I will say that it has cleaned up quite nicely. This location is on the smaller side with fewer tables and seats than other stores but there is an outdoor patio that is nice if you want some fresh air. The service improved and I was able to get my order in a timely manner. The only issue is finding where the line for new orders and the line for those waiting on their orders start and stop. Either way, my drink was made well, came at a decent time and I had no issues. If you're concerned about the small parking lot go around behind the Rite Aid and there is plenty of space. read more

This place has been here for a very long time. It's been a few years since I've been here but the customer service was very accommodating, sweet and personable. While I was sitting, I heard the staff remembering their customers names and asking how they were. There isn't a drive-thru unfortunately. Would definitely come back though, and there's Wi-Fi!
