I drove my son to Starbucks tonight to pick up some gift cards for teacher appreciation day tomorrow. We arrived at 9:13 and the door was locked. The employees inside made eye contact with my son and did not acknowledge him as a customer. The sign on the door says that they close at 9:30. This is very poor business and I recommend that management seriously consider their policy on closing times and train employees to be considerate of their customers. read more

I have never been inside the South Lodi Starbucks. This location has a nice drive thru window - or drive through window (I never know which is which!) - so I have never needed to go inside. The shop is located in the Costco shopping center off Harney near 99 and has the same exact menu as the other million other Starbucks. One of the nice things about this location is its proximity to the great Lodi wineries. After a day of sampling the fine wines, it is nice to clean the palate and get a quick caffeine jolt from a reliable and fast option. It is also quick on and off while traveling on 99 or before hitting Costco to stock up on everything. read more

Well, I have visited this store almost daily since they opened. I order the same drink every time. I do have a few favorite employees that are very nice; however, I can't even begin to tell you how many times they have given me the wrong drink and I either have to throw it away or go back to the store to get the correct drink. Normally, all they say is we are sorry. I think one time they gave me a free drink. I have learned to check the drink before I leave but today I trusted the employees that normally work the window. Sure enough, I get to work and it is the wrong drink again! I called and all they said on the phone was I'm sorry. Not even an offer to give me a free drink the next day so I left work and took my drink back. I asked to speak to a manager.....needless to say, there was no manager working. This is a monday morning at 8:45 a.m. They couldn't tell me when the manager would be in either. How do you not have a manager working on a Monday morning when you are slammed? Obviously, they don't care about wasting my time, gas or money. It is convenient to my house but it will be a very long time before I go back to this Starbucks...if ever. I understand mistakes happen but I shouldn't have to repeat my order at the drive through several times because they don't listen and check my drink before leaving every time to make sure they didn't mess it up. I probably spend $75 a week at this store.....not any more!!!! read more

I like this location. It's bigger and there is more seating then the other Lodi Starbucks. I tried the new lemon at frapp it was so good! The staff is friendly and it's a clean location!! They close at 9:30, but will make you coffee right up until they close read more

I was passing through this area and we ordered at the drive through. Back on the road headed to the Sierra mountains. We tried our drinks and they were made wrong. Oh well we are not driving back as We have to be somewhere at a certain time. When I got a chance to call Starbucks to tell them they made my order wrong they said to come back and they will fix it. I don't think so I am two hours or more away. The manager named Lisa said, Then said take the cup to any Starbucks but the offer is only go for today. I said there is no Starbucks near me I am in a forest I can not do it today 4th of July. I might be through Lodi again in a month. She said I'll see you in a month and hung up on me. I called back they would not answer the phone. I called back again still no answer. I tried later a girl answered said the manager is not in. I said I just need her name I am about to yelp the store. The whole incident was unlike any Starbucks I have been to, and I have been to many since I'm a java junkie. I am a gold member since 2008. read more

I am not a Starbuck fan and this location was the reason. I often find the staff in a hurry and hard to understand what they are selling. I ask for the same drink every time, every location and they just don't get it right. I believe they are so busy they don't take the time to listen to the customer. read more

Today I had the BEST Experience at the Starbucks at the Reynolds Ranch Pkwy, near Harney Rd Lodi. All I needed was a big cup of Ice. The young lady at the drive handed me the Venti side cup full of Ice. I asked what do I owe you, she said "nothing". I said are you sure? She said "nah, I hope you have a great rest of you day". Unlike the horrible experience I had in the Danville Blackhawk location, this Starbucks is friendly, efficient and knows the definition of extra hot versus cold. The employees really show that they care and customers get what they ordered done right. This location is in a super congested shopping center with Costco and Home Depot next door. Starbucks Harney is a great Starbucks, this location is always clean. They are fast and friendly and have never messed up my order. Their proximity to the 99 make them convenient and easily accessible. Inside is very spacious and has plenty of seating. All in all it is a great spot. read more

I usually really like this location and enjoy going to sit there and drink my drink with my husband or even my whole family but today we went and I ordered 5 drinks inside and explained that my daughter wanted to use her own card. The barista walked away to start the drinks and the two of us stayed in line since there wasn't anyone else behind us. When another barista asked if we needed to order anything else and I started explaining this to her about my daughter and her card and she cut me off and was very short with us. It's wasn't about to close and it wasn't busy either so I don't understand the attitude. read more

I normally don't write reviews but my experience this morning with the staff was extraordinary. My car got broken into in the parking lot, so I'm sure you can see how I can be upset about something like this. The employees were all so awesome offering any help anyway they can. The assistant manager was a sweetheart and stood out in the cold with me while I was waiting for the officer to come and write the report. She even went out of her way to try and make my day a little better and gave me a Starbucks card. She was the sweetest, and I'm glad that at least starbucks and staff were sympathetic. They definitely went above and beyond for me in time of need. Thank u morning crew. Today I ordered a Vente Caramel Frappachino with extra caramel and four shots blended and asked for the extras, sadly I did not receive the extras that that I asked for and with the extra shots i didn't get I lost 4 fluid ounces of my drink down the drain. I've had some Starbucks locations mess up my drinks where it doesn't taste right which is okay it happens but I've never had my drinks not ordered correctly...First off they gave my husband a grande black tea lemonade instead of a Trenta and we couldn't argue it because it was on the receipt and then they didn't even put my drink on there which was a Venti cafe vanilla frap with Java chips and a extra shot. And then charged us for my drink after we used my birthday reward which should have covered my drink which was $6.45 or something. Ordered a traveler to take to work on a Saturday morning from the Starbucks app. App said time to be ready was 4-8 minutes. I arrived there 10 minutes later to be told it would be another 15 minutes to be ready.The barista states she had a phone order which she is doing before mine and I have to wait. Of course, I'm on my way to work and can't wait 15 minutes. I cancelled the order. Of note, there was 3 other baristas standing around doing nothing. Didn't offer to help or do anything. I came to this location to meet with a client because it seemed to have a lot of table space. The place was quiet which was perfect for what I was looking for as far as that. However, it was FREEZING in there, I'm talking like their AC must have been at 55 degrees, no joke. I should have ordered a hot drink. Instead I had ordered my usual iced green tea latte and I was given a cup of soy milk with scoops of powder sitting on top and all over the top of my lid... Usually when I order this the barista shakes it for me but I guess I'll request that next time... I'll try it again for the quiet space but make sure to bring a sweater. read more

I like coming to this particular Starbucks in Lodi because of how big the store is. It's a relaxing place to do an amount of college HW or just by simply surfing through the Web. Only thing that bothers me on how some of the employees do not smile and mostly have a "Wtf" face. And when drinks are ready, majority of them do not say the persons name out loud or don't even say it at all when the drink is ready. I have tried to give this location multiple chances because it's conveniently closer to my job, but every time it's a let down. The first time I went through the drive thru and ordered an upside caramel macchiato and wow when I took that first sip after I drove off, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted! It was like they filled the whole cup with milk and added 2 drops of coffee and some drizzle! Again I went in through the drive thru, waited about 15 minutes after I ordered and I usually don't mind a wait when I know there's probably a rush going in but when I drove by the door there was no one inside! 3rd and last time went through drive thru again, ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher with coconut milk, and this time waited for 20 minutes after I ordered and got my drink.....with NO coconut milk. I now prefer to leave 10 minutes earlier than usual and go to a different location. In this case, third time was not the charm. read more

My husband and I come here for coffee and pastries almost every weekend. We haven't used the drive-thru, and have been very satisfied by the courteous service and efficiency INSIDE this Starbucks store, particularly when Max is on the job. This kid is amazingly FAST when he prepares a drink, and his beverages are consistently outstanding. Additionally, we've noticed that Max is friendly and courteous to customers and co-workers alike, always ready to pitch in and help when things get busy. Great place!
