Yes, yet another Statbucks but this one is a bit different in layout and seating. It's nice to see a break from cookie cutter corporate design. The service here was cordial and friendly. I ordered a mocha frappichino, so a nice cool and refreshing coffee with an added espresso shot for a warm afternoon. The seating is unique. There's a long banquette with comfortable individual lounge chairs, contemporary, and then the usual tables and chairs for the laptop folks. The coffee was indeed refreshing and well made. So, I was a happy camper while killing some time between appointments. One drawback were the number of very annoying flies inside! They were bothersome and relentless, and ruined rhe relaxing vibe of the place. It won't prevent me from coming back, but perhaps to just grab a drink on the run. My first time going to this Starbucks, my son had a game at twelve bridges park this Starbucks was super convenient to grab some coffee on my way to an other park for more games .. Mommy needed a coffee break lol I did not go inside. We hit the drive-through since we were on the go! The drive-through moved very quickly. Dylan took my order when I pulled up to the window I asked him if I could add something else to my order that I had forgotten. I felt bad it was so last minute but, he was super polite and very helpful.! The coffee was great like always ! The service was excellent from beginning to end ! Starbucks, this location is dirt. I was treated so low at this place ... treated with A. Bad customer service , B. rude tones, and C. they did not let me finish my sentences. Is this the new 2025 Starbucks experience? I came in for a free coffee I had the app and I made sure to show them the app for a free tall coffee. They did not want to listen to me or even look at my phone. They told me I had to make a purchase, another worker came by and had a loud tone that made me feel embarrassed and ruined my day. I seen them also speak rudely to other customers. I will make sure my friends of Lincoln do not come to this Starbucks or support them. I was really excited to get a new Starbucks in town. I've came here numerous times now and each time I'm disappointed with the wait time. Even when there is little to no customers ahead of you, you will be waiting at least 10 minutes for one drink. In store and in the drive thru are both slow moving. On a positive note, I do enjoy the location of this Starbucks. It's in a nice shopping center with Leatherbys. Sadly 4 months after my previous review service has not improved at this Starbucks location. The tone of service is rarely positive (though on occasion it is good), but my experience this morning was definitely negative. A rude comment when I tried to confirm my order, followed by the most insincere "have a good day" one could imagine. Had to wait in line in the drive-thru like normal for Starbucks. The employee at the window was pleasant. Opened up the sandwich and went to take a bite and had to look twice to make sure I removed all the wrapper because my mouth told me I bit into cardboard. Stopped at Starbucks for just a cup of water. I have money on me and said I would pay for it. I was told I had to purchase something else to get water. I'm a bit confused the barista told me there is a new policy now that started today. Water cannot be given without the purchase of an additional item. This is beyond anything I have ever heard of or experienced. I am an office manager for a company that uses Starbucks regularly. As of today we will be purchasing our coffee and kitchen coffee from Peet's coffee. I will no longer use Starbucks for any of our meetings or on a personal or business level. Wish I could give 0 stars. Came in the night before a specific merchandise release and asked if they had what I was looking for so I wouldn't waste my time coming to this location on release day if they didn't have it. They told me they did have it and to come in the morning for it. After being the first one there at 5am, they told me the closing employees took all of them the night before. So if Starbucks allows their employees to hog all the merchandise to the point of being completely "sold out" on release day then at least have the decency to tell people that upfront. i am thankful for this location based on the costumer service on the staff. i say that because it is very rare to have that care and service to have in this world nowadays! the coffee taste amazing, it is perfect as expected. the only concern i di have an hope for the future for the staff to consider that ee appreciate the proper customer service but to be aware also what the customers order . i have been here numerous times coming from the casino, but twice i have ordered a chocolate croissant and i have received a regular croissant, i would never order that ever. i jusg hope this type of things get fixed and aware for all staff who take the orders because it is always a waste of time if came back to get my correct item i ordered. normally i do call in and have it fixed but i don't get an answer so i hope they see this connect for me and not happen again. 1 time is too many 2 times is enough and i won't go for it the 3rd lol. but overall it's a great environment and location to shop at. i hope this small issues get fixed because they are so friendly to where their probably more distracted on being than listening to what we want to pay for . thank you ! read more
