I made a quick stop at Target for some shopping and decided to grab a coffee afterward. I looked at the menu and ended up trying the iced horchata shaken espresso, which turned out to be pretty good. The service was super fast, there wasn't a long line, and I didn't have to wait long at all for my drink to be ready. The whole area was really clean too, and they have nice tables and chairs set up if you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee or food. It is a great little spot to relax after shopping. read more

Quick and efficient. Went to the Drive Thru and ordered. I had my teenage granddaughter with me who wanted a fancy drink, Pink? There are several options to choose and she was telling me what to order and I was confused as I'm not familiar with this drink. Anyways, after everything was said and done, the barista taking my order was not not happy and was rude. I asked her to repeat my order and she just said, "it's on the screen!" She wasn't nice... Just had a drink from this location made, with what I suspect was malicious intent, a blended drink. The blended drink contained what looks like a chunk of ice from the bottom of the ice maker. The barista had to know what they were doing when the made the drink. The chunk of ice took half the space of the cup which was a venti. As a former Starbucks employee I know for a fact there is no way they didn't notice this HUGE piece of ice. And it was done with malicious intent. Who ever did this knows better and will learn from this expirience. I've contacted the location and the manager/supervisor advised it may have been due to issues with the equipment. I said if there was a issue with the blended the barista should of felt the Hugh ice chunk in the blender. So terrible on the barista and the manager. Do better. So i order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew first off they didn't put enough cold brew and because they didn't have it then the barista continued to mess up my drink making it incorrectly then instead of pouring out the drink and making me a new drink she knocked the top off and tried to make the drink I ordered which was two week because there was not enough coffee in it so I told her that it was wrong they tried substituting me with a iced coffee I asked for her to put the vanilla sweet cream Man she handed me a black coffee I tried to make it somewhat drinkable which I was unable to do being on my lunch break I had no time to get a new drink so I left a drink on the counter told her I didn't want it and I proceeded to go to a different Starbucks to get a drink I actually ordered and was late to work so beware of your barista at this Starbucks they will put new people out without knowing how to make a drink buyer beware read more

THE OUTFIT I was on my way home from Asia's wonderful birthday celebration, but I wanted to make a potty pit stop (since I had forgotten while still at their home), also wanted some coffee, and at the last minute, wanted to get pictures of the party up as soon as possible since I knew as soon as I would get home, there would be a ton of things and people making demands on my time. I'm a big Starbucks fan donut pains me to give it 4 stars. This only issue I have is consistency. They either have a lot of turnover or they like to rotate everyone through and teach them how to make coffee. I'm not one to complain, but I've even had to ask for a drink to be remade twice because it was just terrible. I think it was her first frappaccino attempt. She was super nice- and I was respectful- but I needed a drinkable $5 coffee. You'll see sale items and bags of coffee just like the regular retail stores. There is plenty of seating around behind the counter as well with huge window a looking out to... The parking lot. Overall it's super convenient because I frequent both Starbucks and Target so it saves me a trip. Also, it's nice to have a hot coffee while perusing the clearance isles. read more

Let me just start with saying that I left Starbucks and I love shopping at target so the fact that target has Starbucks there has me sold LOL I love coming to this location they have very delicious coffee with very affordable prices the barista's are very friendly and make very great coffee my favorite items from here are the white mocha's I like the iced and I like the hot so sometimes even when it's freezing out I will be that weirdo to get an iced coffee LOL this is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere they also have the holiday drinks out which I haven't tried yet but I might have to to see if I like it the staff definitely listens to what you want and I always leave with my drink being perfection Plus you can use your Starbucks app here to pay which is nice but I definitely appreciate because I don't carry the gold card on me so happy my Starbucks app comes in handy when I'm coming here to shop My mom's favorite drinks here are the caramel Brulé for the holiday season and she loves ice tea during the summertime it's her favorite I highly recommend this Starbucks for anybody they make a killer cuppa coffee with really great friendly helpful staff they definitely have some thing for everybody including cake pops and cookies for kids I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more delicious coffee and more great experiences to come Thank you Starbucks inside of target you guys are awesome thank you for all you do I appreciate it :-) read more

There's a lot of seating in this Starbucks, with an outdoor patio. They added a fence around the patio which is awesome because before, kids/pets were able to run into the parking lot. So major improvement to Starbucks! I think this one usually has long lines inside and out, but it is set up to flow smoothly as there's plenty of space for a line inside & a drive-thru line in the parking lot. read more

Have never really been happy with this place only goes here becasue its the only drive through around. Staff is always wrapped up in thier little social world and you are lucky if you can get in the middle of thier conversations to place an order. Going through the drive through is a joke its slow slow slow and the people that work it are NOT profesional at all. I have had them call my fiance MISS on multiple occasions and had them tell me what I was ordering because they think im someone else too...who really does this? Tables and floors inside are usually dirty too.... On the plus there is one particular employee she has shorter redish hair and is a bit more mature than all the rest, she recognizes me everytime i go in and is super sweet not pushy or immature probably because the is a bit older than most of the teenybopers that work here. Starbucks is Starbucks, right? Wrong! This location in Lincoln, is probably one of the best locations I've been to. Inside it's a little small, compared to others I've been to, especially if I want to come in and study, but the service is probably the best I've encountered by far! Regardless if I go through the drive-thru or if I come inside, everyone working there always seems to be in great spirits and happy to help. Even when I come in wanting to try "secret menu drinks" that I've found on Pinterest or online. As long as you tell them what exactly goes in the crazy concoctions, they are more than happy to make it for you. I love this Starbucks! read more

I have tried to over look the slow drive thru time when going at AM times. I just don't understand why 6, 8, 10 cars has to wait for one car at the window getting slow service by them adding or changing or the employee made s mistake. Once that customer moves away, the next handful of cars zooms right thru. To me, the back-up would move faster if they suggested them to pull foreword and run out their order when ready. The longest wait time so far was 12 minutes and in today's traffic that can mean I'm late for work. I'm passing on this location until management gets a handle on this location. read more

I am a person who needs coffee in the morning to jump start. i always go to this location as it is right across from my house. It really depends on what person you get. Lines are always long and they always run out of things for the drinks, super annoying. Some staff are super nice and others are rude. I am inclined to write this review today because I stopped by Starbucks for a caramel frapp and waited for TEN MINUTES in the drive thru. At ohter locations, if the wait exceeds five minutes your drink is free. I also has a friend who works at another one so I know this is true, it has always happened to me before. Always super friendly, but drive thru or walk in, it's usually slow. The drive thru takes at least 6 minutes most of the time...unless I'm the only car in the drive thru, which, as we all know, is very rare at any Starbucks! On the positive side, they rarely mess up my drink, so sometimes slow is better...I just wish they weren't so slow all of the time!! Starbucks location inside the Target store in Lincoln not to be confused with other ones some are reviewing here. It gets crazy busy here especially during promotions. Due to the influx of customers the cafe is not as clean and well taken care of as it could be. The employees are relatively nice but not service oriented. They do the job but don't seem to desire to give good customer service. That is sad. On the plus side, the drinks taste good and the wait is reasonable. we have lived here for almost 5 years, and my husband i would say that our drinks come out right 10% of the time. the tables are usually dirty, yet the staff is nice. in the past couple years, we have yet to have a drink come out right the first time. we would think our staple drinks (mocha and a latte) would be pretty easy. the only difference mine has is that it is decaf, and it is crucial that i cannot have it, due to a condition. within the last few visits, our order have always been repeated back correctly, yet still made wrong, even on the second time. after so many times, it just gets old having to check your ordered coffee over and over again, to make sure the staff does their job...we had high hopes for lincoln, but we now make it a point to get our coffee elsewhere or just make it at home.... read more

This Starbucks is great!! I was staying with a friend, nearly across the street from this location. It doesn't get more convenient than that! I could pretty much roll out of bed, throw on shorts, a t-shirt and flip flops, drive less than two tenths of a mile to the drive-thru and get my coffee & breakfast to enjoy on the patio back at the house, in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I've done that every morning for the past 5 days. My time here is coming to an end soon. I will miss the convenience and I nearly forgot to mention that they got my order right 100% of the time! Impressive because, it usually takes a time or two for a store who isn't used to making my unique drink to get it right. The drive-thru is lightening fast too! I have this cool stopwatch feature on a gauge of my car, and with 7 cars in front of me last Sunday morning, it took barely 8mins to get my drink and on my way.Talk about impressive!
