This is our favorite local Starbucks location. We love the way it's set up inside along with the outdoor patio. Plenty of room and lots of natural lighting. We usually order on the app and go inside to pick up. It's always ready by the time we get there. And everyone is super nice and welcoming. This last visit we tried the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Crème Frappuccino and Pumpkin Spice Matcha. Both were delish. read more

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I've been in. With new, comfortable chairs and lots of soft natural light being let in, this is what I imagine Starbucks initially envisioned when they came up with the idea of their coffeeshop being the "third place" - one that was between home and work. This was a super cozy place where I wouldn't mind spending the afternoon getting some work done. We stopped by in the afternoon on a Friday and there were only a couple of other people there. The staff was super patient with us as we all decided what we wanted to get and once we got our order in, our drinks and hot food items came out shortly after. I went there today around 1:30 to get my birthday drink and when i ordered at the intercom the guy taking my order responded just "okay" when i finished. When i got to the window he said "here", shoved the drink in my hand and closed the window. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and i won't be returning. I get people have bad days, but being rude to a stranger is unacceptable for me. Hope he receives some better training when it comes to customer service. read more

Corporate needs to re-visit this store for training. Barista at the window couldn't be bothered, rushed us. And my drink (shaken espresso iced) tasted different from ANY other Starbucks I've visited recently. Mom's vanilla cream cold brew was all shaken and there was NO line of foam at the top, was all mixed into the coffee. And NOT in a good way. Every Time I MEAN EVERY TIME! I have gone through the drive thru, the Starbuck employees are extremely polite, professional and Kind. I purchase drinks at least 2-3 times a week. I order the same drink, as soon as I open my mouth they know EXACTLY the drink I normally order. As a parent of a kiddo with food allergies, finding places that provide safe experiences with minimal risk is huge for me. I felt 100% confident that the risk of cross contamination was very little today when I got my daughter a steamed apple juice. The ladies working had celiacs and another allergy, and went out of their way to take the extra steps to sanitize and have fresh jugs for my daughter. This is a new neighborhood Starbucks that is so nice to have given it's close proximity to the Johnson springview park. The baristas are always so quick to welcome you through the drive through or at the counter when inside. They are super welcoming to my kids and are consistently making the few holidays they have been around for as a newer location very festive. I have never waited long in their drive through and they are always prepared with your drink as soon as you come up the window. While it is not necessary, they do from time to time out stickers on the top of your drink lids thanking you for your order or some sweet inspirational quote. I appreciate as well how they widen the drive through after I'm sure multiple people came forward expressing issues with it's accessibility for larger cars and the worry about not having enough room to complete a three point turn due to traffic in front of you or behind you. This Starbucks constantly disappoints, I had the worst experience with Kim in the drive thru yesterday. I asked for my drink to be made a certain way (the way I like it) I even offered to pay extra, she said they had no way to ring in the extra charge and therefore could not add what I wanted. It is shocking to me that her attitude switched when I questioned this, she ripped my drink out of my hand when I asked it to be fixed and her tone went completely rude. She clearly needs more training with customer service. Also, if I am paying almost $6 for a drink and offering to pay extra for the only way I like it, I think it is crazy to tell the customer no, you can't. It is literally your job. Steer clear of Kim, nothing worse than an aggressive and rude employee. read more

Awful experience! For being a new store you'd think they would have their shit together. Nope. The employees are on their phones while making drinks and around food. There is a barista that never has his hair up. Which is definitely a food safety hazard. Fucking disgusting. I've never been more disappointed in a Starbucks. Every. Single. Time. My drink is made wrong without fail. Starbucks can you not train your baristas? Or is it because they are to busy on their phones. This is by far the best, cleanest, and friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The team was extremely helpful and friendly. Christian was patient with me and very knowledgeable about the menu. My experience today with Jenny and her team at Starbucks couldn't have been more perfectly timed. It had truly been a rough week; as a single mom of two, business owner, and homeowner too often I feel like I'm constantly getting beat up no matter how hard I work. This morning I decided to treat myself to Starbucks for "self care". When I arrived, I attempted to redeem the BOGO offer I had in the app but it wouldn't work. The Starbucks team tried everything on their end but said it appeared to have expired or been redeemed. They were very apologetic even though the issue was likely my son used the code previously. Since I couldn't use it, I removed the extra drink from my order and paid without the code. However I guess they had already started making the other so gave me the second drink anyway. When I say I nearly cried.... Not simply for the special drink but for the genuine kindness from Jenny and her team. In fact, every time I've come to this location, it warms my heart the way they are intentional about saying "welcome" and "good bye" as people are coming and going. Such excellent and inspiring energy to go with your cup of coffee. read more

The inside of this Starbucks is nice since it's newer. Very updated. The staff were attentive and kind. The only thing wrong with this Starbucks is parking. You have a few parking spots up front but they are reserved for mobile orders. And the other option to park is in the back and there are few places to park which are taken up by the staff. If you are able to park you need to cross through the ridiculous drives through which looks like a go cart course because there isn't a sidewalk or walkway. It almost deters you from going into the lobby. The bathroom is updated with a sink that's an all in one soap water and hand dryer. The toilet seat dispenser had fallen off and on the ground. read more

Absolutely amazing an friendly staff that greet you as soon as a you walk in!! They are all very precise and accurate and the rare occasion they mess up a drink, they will redo it for you in a heart beat. I come in every week end and they recognize me and chat with me. The ambience is very mellow and quite and easy to get work done. It's never noisy unless there is a family get together, which happens every now and then. They are so nice they even let me clock in and work with them!!! Almost every weekend they ask me!! It's like clock work, almost like I work for them or something.
