What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. As someone who has worked multiple Customer Service jobs I immediately know what kind of behavior that attitude entails. I got a water-down chai which never happens, I wasn't even given a chance to say that I want it with a substitute milk. She also handed it to me without saying a word and also handed me my stamp card back un-stamped. I got an avocado toast, but now I'm scared to even look at that to see if it was done correctly, however, the blond girl who brought it out, was super friendly, which perked my attitude back up a little. I am now currently sitting in a Starbucks getting another drink because I am not drinking the chai that I got due to it not being made correctly. It tastes like hot milk. I have never had that happen before! This is my first bad experience at this location and I am very disappointed... I will make it a point to never go in the morning this early.
