There was considerable deflection, repetition, and what felt like half-truths rather than a sincere effort to work toward a mutual solution. The manager should remember that they represent the Root of Happiness brand. I got the Choco-Nami Cold Brew (cold brew with choco-nami cold foam and topped with Cocoa Puffs) and my daughter ordered the Sour Candy Matcha (Iced Matcha and Pink Lemonade with a Vanilla Soft Top).
