I was in the mood for some Starbucks this morning and it was cold and so I didn't want my usual Frappuccino. So I went into their app to see what they had and I found a black and white hot chocolate and that sounded tasty, so I ordered one. Venti of course because I like a lot and when I had ordered it I was only a half mile away but to my surprise it was already waiting for me when I arrived and so I picked up and used the app again to tip. I waited until I got home to enjoy it and I was not disappointed, it was delicious. I highly recommend trying one of these next time you go to Starbucks. I know I will be trying it again in the future. The staff was very friendly and professional and greeted me with a smile and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you! read more

50/50 shot on if you will receive good service or not. If it's even a little busy just forget it. Drinks aren't consistent and this location isn't as tidy as other corporate stores. I usually don't leave reviews but in this case I feel like I have too. This Bucks has probably the worst CS SERVICE and consistently the worst wait time. And I've been to a lot of Bucks. Wait it gets better; I believe the next one is in Hanford which isn't exactly a hop skip and a jump. The Barista told me, you do know that foam comes from milk. Well if I wanted milk I would ask for it. I want foam not milk. After 28 minutes of waiting my white cup is filled with milk not foam. Shouldn't you know the difference you are the coffee maker. I just threw my drink in the trash. Wait time is more than 25 minutes for BAR DRINKS drive thru included. Why bother going into the actually store. They only use one "bar" for drive thru and in store drinks. I work at a Starbucks in a different town so I am familiar with Starbucks standards and how Starbucks expects us to treat our customers. When I first walked into the store it was the dirtiest I have ever seen a starbucks. If it was busy I would have understood. But there were 5 people behind the counter and 1 person on break. There was no line in the store whatsoever. They were not understaffed at all. There was trash all over the ground, all of their trashcans were overflowing and the tables were all dirty. I immediately thought: if it's this dirty out here how can I expect behind the bar to be any cleaner? I stood at the register for 5 minutes before someone decided to help me. There were maybe 4 drinks to be made on the bar and with 5 people back there they should have had someone on pos at all times. They were all talking to each other and had no idea I was even there. I finally ordered my 2 drinks and proceeded to wait by the call out area. I waited for about 5 minutes and when my drinks were still not done I decided to go to the restroom while I was waiting. The bathrooms were just as disgusting as the cafe of the store. I came out and checked the bar, expecting to see my drinks waiting for me. When they were still not there, and I looked irritated; a man who was also waiting told me that he had ordered his ONE drink about 10 minutes before I ordered mine. This infuriated me. Because none of this would have been acceptable at my store. And I know that this is not how Starbucks stresses that we treat our customers, in fact this was far from. The barista handed me one of my drinks and so I was as nice as I could be when I told him that this man had been waiting for his drink for over 20 minutes at this point. The barista was so rude with his response. He gave me the dirtiest look and said "OK" and proceeded to glare at me rudely. He then just walked away. Finally another barista brought me my other drink and I told her the same thing- that this man had been waiting for his drink. She asked what it was and it was still another 5 minutes before he received his drink. I left the store in shock. I could not believe the experience we had just had at this store. I'm pretty sure the manager was the woman who greeted me when I walked in. So disappointed. read more

I am not an regular at Starbucks and I really needed some caffeine. I went though the drive thru and Eddie was awesome. He helped me get a drink when I vaguely knew what I wanted. He was patient and listened to everything that I wanted and gave me a drink that had everything I had asked for. I don't know why this Starbucks had such bad reviews all the times I have been here they have always been super helpful and quick. Ordered 2 ristretto breve cappuccinos, took 15 minutes and the cafe was not busy. Once Heather pushed them toward us at the bar, we took them and headed to the car. They were heavy like lattes, people just don't know how to make cappuccinos these days. We were willing to live with that. Took one sip, and it was Raspberry flavored! Ugh! In what world does one drink a raspberry flavored cappuccino? Took them back in and asked for a refund, didn't want to wait again for a drink to sip on for the way home to Fresno. Heather's comment to us was "there were a lot more people in front of you"... What a lame excuse. Carlo, while an obvious baby barista on register, wrote the cup right. Been to dozens of Starbucks across the country.... This by far is the worse and I'm a Starbucks fanatic. Ordered 1 hot coffee and an ice coffee, told the ice coffee would only take a couple of minutes since I was in a bit of a hurry. I received my hot coffee and waited 10-15 minutes then decided to change my iced coffee to a hot coffee cause it was taking too long. When I got my coffee, my hot coffee was OLD, COLD and horrible. What the... The machine must've been turned off for hours! My first cup was fine, so it makes me wonder whether I got the old coffee out of spite for changing my order. Not cool. To top it off, she never took out the original cup so the poor barista will be making an extra cup he didn't have to. I unfortunately had already gone and already too late to return. I threw away the drink and WASTED my money. Also, The barista had a weird way of prioritizing the 20 cups of drinks he had to make. Grouping them by type rather than by customer and order received. People were standing around finishing up their drinks while their friends were still waiting for their orders. read more

This Starbucks has good customer service and the drinks are usually good. My only complaint is that sometimes when they make my green tea latte the cup is not filled up to where it would be with any other drink. This Starbucks gets packed out a lot but being the only one in Lemoore, I can understand why. Overall good service and the workers are mostly friendly and welcoming. read more

Having worked for Starbucks back in Fresno, I know good customer service when I see it. The partners here are all friendly, except maybe one or two (there's always a partner like that at any store). They own up to mistakes and repair them if needed. Sometimes they can be behind on drinks a little bit, which also affects lobby cleanliness (the reason why I am giving 4 stars), but that's to be expected with just one bar to service both the drive thru AND café! If a single car pulls up and orders 6 drinks at the same time someone in the café orders 4? You can bet that there's going to be a slight delay before you get your drink. Lighten up on those workers, they're trying the best they can! :) Also shout out to Sammy, a really fantastic partner at this store. I love Starbucks coffee but I usually feel out of place and unwelcome by the staff. However, the Starbucks in Lemoore is very helpful and friendly. I went in there one night after having a pretty crappy day and I just wanted something sweet and strong to get me through my late night class. I went to the counter and asked the lady if she would help me decide what to get. I told her that I wanted something sweet and chocolaty but I also wanted to taste the coffee. After discussing it she convinced me to try their new hot salted caramel mocha drink. When it was done she told me to try it and if I did not like it she would make me something else. The drink was great and the girl helping me was incredibly nice. I have never experienced such a nice server at a Starbucks before. read more

We have breakfast or lunch at Super Mercado Leon (see my review) and then drop into Starbucks for a clean bathroom and an iced tea for the road. Then, usually it is off to Yosemite! read more

I hate the parking lot at this Starbucks location. But, as to the Starbucks itself, the staff at this location seems friendly and capable. The inside is roomy and well laid out, the place is clean. It's not just this location, but the Hanford drive thru is the same way. It's very disappointing! I really liked this Starbucks because they are so quick, up until today.. I'm a vegan and I asked for the peppermint mocha w/ soy milk no whip. My brother asked for the regular peppermint mocha with double pump of chocolate. Anyways, I didn't realize it until later, but they swapped the labels on our drinks. Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It has the nicest display and lounging area, but it's pretty small and can get cramped during the morning rush. The workers can be pretty disinterested. More than once one of them has actually said "Oh, Sorry! I got distracted" while taking my order... and then forgotten to give me one of my items. That same worker once took my order for an everything bagel, forgot to give it to me at the register, and then when I asked about it she proclaimed that "Oh sorry, I just gave out our last bagel." Tonight I went around 9pm (I didn't think this was a busy time) but I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru just to get my order taken. I was then told that they were out of both drinks I wanted which is understandable because it's the end of the day, but after waiting so long it's hard to keep a good attitude. After getting my order taken I waited another 15 min to get a drink that I didn't even come for. The management seems to be slipping very fast! Wrote a review a while ago stating they couldn't seem to ever make my coffee right, with time they do make it better. I'm only giving three stars because their customer service still isn't the best. Drive through is always nice and perky, before COVID and you were able to go inside the inside girls are still pretty rude, never great you when your waiting on a mobile order, I've worked in customer service so I'm usually overly polite, and majority of the time I'll say "thank you have a nice day!" When I leave and you hardly get a "you too" back. My 3 stars mainly reflects their pace. I still rather get starbucks in Hanford compared to Lemoore because unless you order your drink 45 minutes before hand do not expect to have your drink ready when you walk in. I usually order mine 20 minutes before leaving my house and still usually wait another 20 for my drink. I get it their busy but it's an ice coffee, you fan make that easily while you are waiting on the machine's to make someone else's order. read more
